I absolutely agree with you. I am where I am because I worked hard. My husband despite being born in rich family works hard himself. So we respect people who earn a living, no matter how small or big it is with their hard work without taking bribes or resorting to the life of crime.

I can't respect people like Dev no matter how successful they get on their own who drag people down using money and power. Now I think he didn't earn money for his family's well-being. But he earned money to stroke his and his mother's ego.

That's why he never cared whether Neha got her rights or not. Otherwise he could have told his mother that even if he earns normal salary, that's fine. Let's give chance to both of them equally. Then they can both take responsibility for the family in two normal salary as opposed to one high earning and other unable to do anything except be a charity case.

@Tia,now I feel that calling Dev a self made man is an insult to all the self made people in the world.

As a person who was born and brought up in poverty,he should have understood what it takes to build a business on your own.Money is not the only thing which is invested.Sweat, blood and tears are also invested.Yet I am amazed at how Dev and the entire Dixit clan look down upon people who are not as well to do as they are.
Dev doesn't even have the courtesy to respect Sona as a fellow entrepreneur let alone his wife.
Of course!! He can hire Vicky who is practically good for nothing and make him the CEO but he doesn't think twice before demeaning Sonakshi who had proved her worth based on her own merit.

I agree with you, Doc. There is nothing left to discuss about Dev. I don't see even an inch of decency in him. I just hope no one gets saddled with people like him in real life. I won't wish this guy on my worst enemy.

At this point I'm absolutely fed up of every thing about Dev. Like...seriously fed up. I do not have any more patience to read any more of those analyses on him , as useless a character as he is , because nothing could justify his total lack of good manners , basic human dignity and kindness . The way he sacked the poor guard , the way he put down, insulted and humiliated Sona and tried to poison the minds of her stuff, this time I won't judge him ( because 1. He's after all a fictional character , 2. There's nothing left to criticize pr judge in a piece of trash like him . )

But I'll seriously judge the integrity of people who continue to support / defend him . Period.
Brilliant writing and thank you.

He is a MAN?I don't think so. Personally I face this kind of man who openly tell that I know I am wrong but I love my male ego 🤢 love Sona gifting house to parents that's proud looks on their faces a priceless moment 👏 and "spineless "comment just loved it 🥳

Thanks. These days he and his mother has a special bond. They bond over their common enemy - Sonakshi. She makes such a lovely target to fling their blame on. I am surprised they don't have a dirt board with her face on it to target practice.

Oh Tia I love ur posts. Yes agreeer he is giving her more attention now. Sona should say it's better to be ur enemy then lover in that case . You know why because his mata ji is not in the office. So he might just keep his love or gf whatever in the office. Because at home he doesn't have spine. Mata ji takes everything from him as soon as he enters home.

I have a doubt?! Raising a partition wall in an office space shared by two companies is very normal decision.. It doesn't need a business mind or a business man/woman of the year award.. And Dev is making fun of Sona's business capability based on that.. 😆 I wonder how he had scaled his capability when he signed a set of papers in a file that included a prenuptial agreement.. 😆🤣

I agree, make him potbellied with Shakti Kapoor's leering face, his appeal will go down faster than I can sneeze. Good for Sonakshi for paying back in spades. Next time before insulting her in front of her employees, he will think twice.

Yes, true. One of my colleague works with a man like that. She complained to me that he doesn't do his work right and then he changes information from other people's work (that team checks each other's work for accuracy purposes) so that it looks like that no one does their work right. So I told her to retain proof of her work with time stamp so that she can prove later that he had been sabotaging her work.

Point being that there are two ways to make people look less than you.

One is that you try to make them look less by sabotaging or make yourself so much better that they look less in front of you.

Dev is doing the former, Sonakshi is doing the later. I hope she is retaining the proof of his instability if he ever sues her for Soha's custody.

Lol... I know, right? I mean this is the guy who handed over 49% of his property to Vicky and then told him that he wanted him to be a puppet and he questions Sonakshi's ability to manage business.

And how would she know which one is the emergency exit? And why is there no sign near the emergency exit? If indeed the office catches fire, are employees supposed to go knock on every door to see which one they are supposed to get out off?

Who is the bad business man then for not ensuring his employees' safety in his office building? Ok. So Sonakshi can't make a partition there. She can make a partition leaving the emergency door open. Big deal.
