Maine Angad naam toh pehli baar suna hai and never watched Sujal wala serial too...so really can't compare those characters with Dev.

i am just laughing at the posts who think i ran away or i m scared of virtual fighters. dude i have a life beyond this forum and i dont reply much to kindergarden kids who attack members for characters of tv show... also rahul dude get a grip n stop bashing others who doesnt support ur views... also all those who namecalled me and also said wht is wong with momma's boy? nthng wrong with it until my mommy wants me to insult my wife n throw her out of the house. it is called keeping balance n it is man's duty to do it... n dev loser completely failed to do so. n also those who r telling me to follow if'a coc.. lol dev is mcp n i will use harsh words for that pathetic person. n asking me to give respect to fiction show. sorry i dont put my soul in a tv show... i have a real life...report me like i care. i know truth is bitter... n some1 said i m spineless. now my parents taught me to take my own decisions... n thnx to all who supported me. i hve post limits so cant reply to u all

Yes, he has done mistake and he has some flaws in him but what u r saying is totally wrong and the word u r using here

dasji, what we miss to see always is that both ishwari and bijoy are highly interfering parents who did not give personal space to their kids. in any relationship there tend be a push pull situations where one of them will be weaker momentarily. as parents we need to stay away and let the couple figure out and allow the weaker to bounce back on their own. only then there will be a healthy relationship which can sustain.

like you said,if dev needed his mother to sort the things for him,he would not even have gone in front of sona,instead sent ishwari directly to the boses to finalize the relationship, just like how boses walked in earlier with sona's rishta.

coming back to sona, she too did not wait to get a proper answer to her insecuriites/worries but agreed to jump into the relationship once again at a slight provocation from asha. all she was worried was that her baba and ishwari agree to their relationship.

both dev and sona, never even for a second reflected back on the kind of relationship they were having.. both are to blamed equally here.

coming back to dev being spineless, yes when it comes to ishwari/family dev is the worst tongue tied male lead that we get to see on television and this fact was never hidden from all the boses. and if you remember this is one of qualities that sona fell in love with . that 's what asha asks sona right, woh apne maa ki har baath to mante hai, isi wajah se toh woh tumhe pasad aye na?

pre leap what we got to see was,when ever it was time for dev to confront any of his relatives/family his mom used to stand before him acting as their savior and dev had to cave in. post leap once dev is out of the mom is goddess bubble, he does not hesitate to speak his mind.

to me i will define spineless as one who cannot take any action irrespective of the conditions that surround him. dev goes by conditions, he does not hesitate to take action when conditions or should i say ishwari favours him ... lol.

coward lack the courage to face the situation, to me dev is more of an escapist that a coward. unless there is a brutal force thrust upon dev, he will forever try to run away from situations, but once challenged and he has no escape out, he will give his 100% for eg,natasha case, had he been a coward , inspite of realising that he loved sona, he would still go ahead with the engagement fearing the consequences of losses in business.
