Thanks for the kind words dear !!! @Bold 🤣🤣🤣 . I rather find it amusing that we still insist the MLs n FLs should behave in some pre-existed notions .

The problem for dev is there is nobody to take him & counsel him. He's in a dark spiral.

I also feel there is a touch of ish in sona as far as parenting goes. She might keep telling her to be independent but sona needs constant validation from her. Is soha too mature for her age? Comparing her to golu yes she is. Is this an indication of bad parenting -no. But at 6 she has to process way more information than necessary. Hopefully with dev in the picture her childhood will be more carefree.

I dont know about Ishwari vibes , but Sona is putting a lot on her shoulders in her attempt to make her kid independent !!!

Beautiful post! 👏

I especially loved the point about how both Sona and Dev are trying to correct the mistakes of their own upbringing through the next generation, Dev by giving Golu the childhood he never had, and Sona by refusing Soha the sheltered, fairytale world in which she grew up. Remember how much Sona longed for her prince charming and loved romantic movies? Soha, at such a young age, is learning about princes who turned out to be a rude, spineless frogs, and that Kuch Kuch Hota Hai cannot happen in real life. 😆

And I think it is really good build-up -- since this is fiction and they probably will get back together -- to show how Sona and Dev already complement each other as parents, what Soha could gain by having Dev in her life. My feelings about Dev were obviously oscillating wildly in yesterday's episode, from frustration at his poor treatment of Shruti to that aww moment he had with Golu and back to frustration at his impulsive Dev-ness. But I do love how reliable he is for the kid in his own way... Golu feels at ease calling him at any time, from any number and knows that his chachu will be there to listen to his little woes and help him with what he needs. And it's clear that Dev loves that role he plays because that was the first time since he saw Sona that there was genuine happiness on his face.

It remains to be seen how, but I believe the kids are going to break the cycle of anger and hate the adults have started. I'm kind of hoping Golu and Soha end up in the same school and get to have their own interactions, free from all this drama 😊

Wonderful post.
Dev and Sona are stuck in the past, no matter how much they try to prove the world, otherwise. For let go, you have to forgive and forget and both of them haven't done it.
And I agree with you completely that Soha needs her father too for a balanced upbringing.
Sometimes i feel that Sona wants to punish Dev for his deeds and that's where she is holding her past deep inside her. and it makes her do all the things which in her sensible self, she wouldn't have done. May be I am wrong and its just a tit for tat kindergarten level fights of Devakshi. After all hmare bade bacho se kam hai kya. 😆

Ps- I wanted to say this from last week but never got a chance bcz i don't know other potter heads. Did you remember Mad Eye Moody when Dev was drinking from his flask during the award function. 😛 It was the same as mad eye drinking polyjuice potion and Dev his "medicinal" alcohol. 😆

I loved every sentence it held meaning and intellect describing both Dev and Sona and yeah its true they are separated both are adults they need to live their lives according to their wish
if they get back together in future it has to be on their terms

Its a beautiful analysis.
I will not have any problem if both move on with new people who are compatible with. But as devakshi fan i would want them to get back together.

Coming to parenting suha. .I think sona going on right direction. Making suha matured. She is not burdening her with any responsibilities. But she is preparing her possible future difficulties. What if tomorrow Dev goes to claim in the court. What if parents have ugly battle. So suha will not have heart break, she will be able to understand. Like she may handle situation better way. Calling ms.bose is kind of respect she is giving. It is way to make children feel that they are growing.

Let us see how story going to unfold. My only complain in this serial is eshwari character. Now I feel i will never forgive this character whatever possible way cvs try to redeem. I just hate that character.

@ bold red. I also would like to see their interactions, but am not sure if it will be free from all this drama. Not just yet I feel. As of now, Golu thinks his "bigcha" is awesome and Soha thinks the same about her mother. They also have been told by their elders about the other in a non flattering way. GKB told Golu about Sonakshi being bad for bigcha and Sonakshi told Soha how Dev is spineless, rude, arrogant and a frog.

Both Golu and Soha are coming with some sort of preconceived notions. When they do interact this is going to come up. At that time it will be wonderful to see how Golu and Soha react. If they will let what they have heard affect them or judge for themselves.

My hope is that these 2 kids in inadvertently blabber what they have been told about Dev or Sonakshi in front of everyone and contradict that by their opinion of them... Tell what they feel about them.

Just my take...

Mad- eye-Moody's polyjuice portion flask and Dev's hip flask🤣 What a comparison dear. Totally in groove.
