Yes we are all confused with Dev's flawed behaviour and we are dying to tell him that he is wrong through our tv sets (at least I did!😆)

I m just gonna blame CVS for this goofed up portrayal of Dev in today's episode.. Nothing was clear.. We r left in a mess again.. To solve the mystery of Dev Dixit..

This definition is from wikipedia. I did not enter the complete text as in wikipedia, but this is the excerpt of it. My guess is Dev does have casual flings and he does come to this hotel often with girls. But his relationship ends before he does anything serious. Anytime a girl asks for serious relationship, he ends that and moves on.

I am not being pro Dev or justifying him in any way. But want to give him a benefit of doubt.

When he was friends with Natashsa, she too would hold his hand. But nothing further as she was also his business partner and Dev was also different. He at that time did not have the kind of anger he has now. Now he is looking at girls like a GF. Any girl who comes in his life, he tries to find Sonakshi in them. She is the standard for him. He tries to measure the new girl to what Sonakshi said in the last breakup. As long as she maintains that standard, he stays with her. But the moment she asks for a serious relationship or tries to cross that line, he moves away from her.

He might hug that girl or let that girl hug him. But it does not necessarily mean that it has to go beyond that. It is like the coffee dates he had with Sonakshi before the initial breakup. He did hold her and meet her at restaurants. Here he meets them in hotels.We can take it as we like it.

I would like to look at Dev's relationships this way...😊

oh god even I googled after hearing about casual relationships 😕 He is sleeping around to forget Sonakshi 😕 I don't even know what it means and he doesn't want to commit after doing the deed this is worst He didn't even touch the girl or has he done already and lost interest in the girl.And why do I think this is done deliberately by the CV's 😕 If he is doing this all than I don't even have any words I will b happy with Devakshi of season 1 and forget this new characters 😕

actually i think this is more realistic... See Dev has love-hate relationship with Sona... Love is burried deep under several layers of hate that she didnt stick around when he needed her the most... according to him he is a victim... fine

So .. he is divorced and it has been 7 yrs and he might be mad that Sona never even looked back or tried to see what he is up to or how he is handling himself... another blame game...

He is single and ideally after a divorce, no man or woman will stay single if they do have options to move on unless they are still madly in love with their Exs and they just want to drop the idea of having another realtionship.

Here if i understand it right, for the past few years .. Dev has been making friends with girls but the moment when the girl asks to take it to next relationship (physical)... i think he is withdrawing as he constantly remembers sonakshi and her words... so he is not able to move forward...

I think this is what he meant in the precap also...samething will happen in his room... sonakshi's FBs and her thoughts will disturb him and he wont be able to take the next step in the relationship... so he just goes out of the room and starts banging on sona's room and starts screaming... you cant just hide behind the closed doors after interfering in my life ... etc.

So yes... Dev did not become devdas but he tried to get into relationships but he failed miserably and ... he is still trying but cant proceed...

my thoughts

ps: i dont know how the CVS will bring these two together again ... i didnt feel that sona was jeaolous ... she just acted maturely and she understood that dev has a right to move on and do what ever he wants with his life as they are now divorced. She doesnt treat Dev as her property👏
