Morality is defined differently for different people, while for some it is completely okay for two adults to move on from their relationship and get into physical relationships which are short term or temporary, while for some it is tota unacceptable.
Because the perspective matters a lot for this discussion, let us not go to that tangent.
Though I would add here that I belong to the later category, short term flings with only physical aspects and temporary pleasure are beyond my understanding.
So can I just say, I absolutely LOATHED seeing Dev with another woman like this. In a hotel room, at night, a girl whom who met 15 days back and you don't even want to commit, what is all this suggestive of?
I thought it was all a plan but the hotel staff's talk suggested he is a regular visitor
Even if it was to make her jealous, which isn't the case here, what is this way to let her assume that you have been sleeping with girls and you are happy to have moved on.
Whenever that girl was hugging Dev or speaking Sona's dialogues, I was cringing.
Yes, Dev did not acknowledge her words or actions for once, he was least affected. But the mere thought of Dev trying to be with someone other than Sonakshi like this, I mean for short term, no commitment makes me disturbed like hell.
He saw flashbacks of Sonakshi telling him he can't win trust ever blah blah, shouldn't he do the exact opposite by winning trust and get into a serious relationship. .?
I would have been really happy had Dev actually given a try with a nice deserving girl like natasha or someone, then all this would be oky.
But Dev is like spending time with girls like these to get over Sonakshi. Plus it has been 15 days, what before it?
And what next, he was remembering Sona before the epi ended, was he going to kiss the girl or something to prove himselfš

I am sorry for this rant, I am not talking about what is right or what is not, but certainly it upsets me a lot seeing Dev like this.
P.S We all understand the psychology of emptiness, how he is trying hard to move on but is not able to, how he doesn't want to commit, how he does not have that level of emotional attachment for anyone except Sonakshi and that makes him switch relationships quickly, trying to fill in that void.
Sonakshi is not doing that because she has Soha to fill in that emotional vacuum. This is the reason why as soon as she entered the room, thought about Soha, got busy to not enough think about Dev's acts until housekeeping reminded her again.
I am a hardcore DevAkshi shipper and I am worried how these two will come together again, so many complications.
Obviously for Sona, Dev is characterless now, she will assume Dev has happily moved ahead in his life. She would not be able to have any feelings for him until she sees his vulnerable side. Until the facade drops off. Which seems difficult now.
Edit: And the smile which he had in the car was so genuine. As in, it was not even a smirk. This guy was genuinely happy that Sonakshi has achieved something on her own and he also enjoyed how she was back to being her 'akdu' and 'batameez'
Then he sent a trophy back with the note, to annoy her further and also silently ensure that she got what she deserved in the end. Without showing how he cared for it minimally.
