If we can digest the fact that Dev became one of the richest man in India in very shot span of time (evn less thn 7) without any external help, why is it difficult to accept Sonakshi's success in 7yrs. She atleast has her brother's exp of running online business and ger own exp in Nutrition field.. They have shown her's as app based company and we know how fast these companies grow n become profitable.
Getting the same award as Dev..Dev got it when he was 27 so had maybe 5-6yrs exp only...n as business woman Sona has 7yrs exp...but she had exp in Nutrition field for 3-4yrs before tht.

And her company is still less than Vicki's, whereas it seems like Dev is running multiple such companies.

Yes we see less flaws of Sonakshi compared to Dev and they have always shown the reason also for this...its Dev's childhood struggles n family members. The lessons he has learnt throughout his life by circumstances or by his mother, makes him react to situations differently and unpredictable which makes it interesting. His actions and reactions are always extreme...so when he does smthing wrong he is bashed a lot, but when he does something good..he gets much more appreciation n acknowledgement compared to Sonakshi.

Talking abt credit...first season we saw it was Dev's career highlighted...his business acumen, awards, generosity, helping others, his love n devotion for family. Why is it wrong to show career ascent of FL.Why only MLs have to be rich n famous n girl from middle class...another classic trait borrowed from Ekta n Co.

When it comes to showing pain, Dev gets much more screen time and importance.

Well fertility track was d worst track of the whole show..handled without any knowledge or sensitivity. Till now (3 epi) we hv seen Sona's side n as story builds up we see Dev as a father n again focus wud be on Dev's pain from being away from her daughter for 7yrs. Then offcourse Sona wud b shown as negative n Dev wud get all sympathies.

As a Shaheer fan, you are clearly disappointed about the screen time he is getting.
I am sure he is intelligent enough to know what he is doing.

Lakshmi , there is no point in finding logic in indian serials .They proved that they are just like any other makers .Every one knows its not easy to start a company especially in the technology field where there is so much competition .Anyone who can code can come up with their own app but only path breaking apps will be sucessful .Moreover she was never shown to be good in business or a born leader or from technology field .

If they really wanted to show her sucessful then they could have shown her becoming nutritional head of some top hospital or opening a hospital .

Whereas from begining Dev was shown to be good at business .Tomorrow if they show him becoming a doctor or expert in medical fieeld then its unbelievable .

Infertility track was a joke .What was the need to introduce this track if they wanted to show she could conceive just like that .

Lastly , Sonakshi is equally flawed but makers never focused on her mistakes .Do you temember the riduclous so called funny track where she makes a huge scene when she is asked to stay out of Neha's,matter .Did they show something similar when she hid about her family problems, her business venture or Elena issue ?

Have you observed the words in the FL dialogues ... spinless ,mama's boy ,temporary solution but have we ever heard something like that for Sonakshi like double standards ,egoistic ...never .Looks like some lazy dialogue writer stalks this forums and lazily picks up words used here without thinking .

Another one we have seen confrontation between Ishwari n Sona but have we seen anything similar between Bijoy and Dev where Dev points out Bijoy's intereference in his married life ?

Seeing all this everything is clear .i can bet this is gonna continue ..even when Devakshi will patch up it will only one character saying sorry and other one will be showing either showing atitude or giving moral lessons .

A guy can become a tycoon at the age of 28, a girl can't at the age of 33😆?
If one talks about capabilities in this case then a guy who made a record of being fooled by anyone and everyone under the sun was shown a successful businessman. Dev was shown so dumb, dupable and impulsive at times that you doubted his capability of running a paan shop forget a business empire.

Post leap Dev today minus his swagger and torn jeans looks and thinks like a successful man. He has the attitude and the acumen. The previous one didn't.

If they could show that Dev successful, why can't they show this Sonakshi who is a highly single minded, smart and cold person successful?

But one question - what is so undesirable about the current story-The fact that they dared show the female lead rich famous and independent or they removed a major shortcoming she had of not being able to become a mother? The one shortcoming that could make her look down upon by older generation or narrow minded people
