CV's should have followed the law correctly.Even in 1st break up.Dev stalked Sona.Sona should have filed a complaint for stlaking.Dev tried to sabotage Ritwick career. For that also a complained should be filed on Dev.Dev created ruckus in Riwtick N Sona's engagement.By drinking n fainting there.Bose should have filed a defamation case on Dev for trying to spoil their image in public.

When these things of Dev was ignored.Because he loved Sona. When in the Pre-Nup it's clearly mentioned. That the Child has no right on Dev n his property. So Sona followed what is in the Pre-Nup.Yet it was so big of her to say to her daughter.Reg her dad.For once she did not bad mouth about Dev.Said he is good human. Also left to her daughter to decide that whether she wants to meet her dad or not.Yet Sona is wrong. She has done a crime.Wah what a logic.Female lead mistake his crime.Male lead crime is love .Superb logic 👏👏

You're right for all the things Dev did were a crime and the makers should have shown that they were illegal. I also hate that they used this to add drama for trp because they never showed the real consequences of such crimes. They romanticized very scary issues like stalking, especially in light of what is happening in today's world with safety.

This is why when people say that this show was not meant to teach anything or be socially responsible, I have to ask why romanticize stalking and man handling (which Dev did a lot of towards the end of season1)

Dev got away with it because the actor happens to be good looking ... But in real life it does not feel good to be manhandled or stalked even if the person is good looking. It's extremely scary.

I also think the word crime for withholding info about the kid might be too harsh, not sure if it really is a legal crime, but morally it is unfair.

I will never say that what Dev did was right. Stalking and all can't be justified. Also since we are on the topic, do you remember how constantly Sona was physically pushing and hurting Dev in Shimla. That also is wrong. My male friend one told me how even when a guy mockingly says he will hit a girl, he is scolded. But a girl jokingly thrash a guy and that apparently is alright and cute.

I am a firm believer of the fact that just because you say someone is wrong, doesn't make someone else right. Dev is wrong. But what Sona did by hiding is wrong too.

You have echoed my voice completely agree with you.Hindi soaps always romanticize these kind of things.Which is so wrong. They should show if any one does wrong they will be punished be it ML N FL.Crime is Crime. No one cannot escape from law.

Reg Sona hiding the truth of Suhana. It can be morally unfair to some. But she followed the law.But now she has said all truth to her daughter. We should see that side of Sona also. She is not emotionally blackmailing her daugther not to speak to her dad.She has given full right to her daughter. That she can take her own decision. As per precap.Suhana wants to stay with Dev.Sona will feel sad.Because she will miss her daughter.I am sure. She will not stop Suhana from going to her dad.CV's wanted to add some curiosity reg Suhana N Dev meeting. So they followed this route of hiding the truth.

Dev also did wrong by forcefully kissing Sona.Because he is her husband. That's also wrong. If Sona is wrong for pushing Dev.Even Dev is wrong for forcefully kissing her.

But now she has said the truth to her daughter. She corrected her wrong.

Dev has not yet confessed to Sona. That he wanted to do Fertility treatment on Sona.Without her knowledge. That was also wrong.CV's conveniently forgot that.

The secret fertility treatment thing was so wrong and gross and very illegal. The makers must have known that they were going to reboot so not sure why they introduced such a despicable angle to the story ... It was so unnecessary even for drama sake . Indian soaps I tell you! So frustrating, I think this soap will be the last one I watch because logic issues.

Whatever the situation may be one should not hide about the child from the partner. Yes it was Dev's right to know about Suhana. But whatever sona did was to protect her child. And you do such things in such circumstances. Even she wanted to punish Dev or just wanted to save her child to be snatched away, whatever the reason may be but she could have told Dev. I will not get into details here, there were so many things which could have stopped her, prenup, final show down, Dixit's behaviour etc etc.
So for me Sona was wrong and right in her own sense. Morally and ethically she is wrong but from her perspective she is right.

Agreed, I'm glad that they didn't show Sona bad mouthing or manipulating the kid about Dev. I had hoped they would have shown Dev and Sona working though their problems like a mature couple after they had cooled off and sobered up. They had previously shown Sona to be level headed once she took time to calm down same with Dev ... The makers continue to be dramatic regardless of the fact that it has been established time and again the people will continue to watch the show regardless of the story due to the chemistry of sharica. They could have gone a different way with this story and shown some understanding, compromise and effort on both Dev and sonas part. They didnt need to end Fridays episode the way they did, it was in the makers power.

They didn't need to destroy Devs character the way they did .. They had the luxury of telling a different story without losing popularity of the show due to the love of sharia and their fan following. They were just too incompetent or lazy to do this. This is what is making me feel betrayed and cheated.

When people say 'they decided' or 'Sona decided' I feel like I missed something, because from what I saw in the episodes, it was always Dev who decided. 😃 Again it was Dev who decided to keep Sona out of his life, Sona and Suhana are 1 😛

I don't understand why and how every post becomes a comparative analysis. Like Sona did this so it is justified because Dev also did that. Here discussion is about one issue, why to bring other things in it. 😕 Galtiyan thoda ginavane k liye post bnate hai or to settle the score board.
