Yep, that's my issue as well. Sona could have left with her head held high, but she left in disgrace again by the same person, for the same person. You know the saying? Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me? Yes, well, this time shame is on Sonakshi...

Wonderful post!

You know what saddens me the most? Is that after all that's happened, after all Sonakshi suffered at the hands of Dev and Ishwari and GKB, after ALL SHE PUT UP WITH to make peace with them time and again - it is not SONAKSHI who has put her foot down and said 'enough is enough!', rather she is the one that has been kicked out after all the mess DEV AND HIS BELOVED MA have created!

All my hopes of seeing Sonakshi walk out with her head held high, with utter conviction saying 'I'm through with you lot!', all of it went down the drain!

I've had a great time watching this show, but it's time to say goodbye. Dev apparently turning into a Casanova of all things is the final nail in the coffin for me, I've given this show enough chances. His character was f**ked up right from the start but what wasn't questionable was his love for Sonakshi - and now they're gonna show him, the man who didn't know F of flirting, as a Casanova?!

Bye. 🥱

Excellent and on point post..But unfortunately makers will make sona as pathetic as possible..Now future tracks would..Sona pinning for Dev..Sona daughter meeting with Dev in school/mall/n number of places..And then growing attachment with her (along with some background music)..And then after 20-30 episodes..Dev and Sona meeting..Which will again convert to Sona moving to house with her daughter..This is I nDian drama and I have never seen important characters living separately(writers do not write real stories)...Same kind of story happened in 1000's of serials before..Woman shown with minimum of self worth..Man abusing/not believing her viewpoint. .And then for man redemption..Just show him as alcoholic/recluse/with grown beard and his house run by some cunning person..99 chances are that they will show some similar story here or probably with little changes..

Thank you. I just hope though in real life, no woman ever has to learn this lesson in such a painful way. Generosity and immense love should not be paid back with disgrace. That's why I wanted to see Dev suffer along with Ishwari for their misdeeds and mistreatment of Sonakshi.

As usual brilliant post.

I have lost all hopes on the show.I hope some get inspired from ur post n don't settle for less. They oppose when they r ill treated.Loving some one is not bad.But not at the cost of losing ur identity, self respect n family respect.

Sona because of her bad decision. She is in the situation now.But I have no hopes on Sona. That she will not go back to Dev again. She can very well do that.

Yep. The only reason I kept on coming to the forum is because I wanted young woman to see that Dev or people like Dev are not heroes. Watching a woman broken down, losing confidence and trust on her own judgement on television is bad enough. I don't want it to happen any other innocents out there who is probably dreaming of their own happy ending.

very true.. i felt that i was settling for less by still watching this show on TV.. in spite of its jarring and abysmal story telling of late.. today was the last straw.. no more settling for less. Why the heck would i waste my time waiting for this show to air and skip all important family commitments for a show like this?
i am finally done..

Thanks. Aaarrrgghhh... Same old story, repeated 50 thousand times. As a fan of a good story, this is what bugs me most. Who wants to read the same story in every book? CVs need to come up with something new and by new I don't mean change of location like from mall to bookshop.

Tia dear I am all in tears..not b coz devakshi breakup. Cvs made us to settle for less. How I was eagerly waiting to see how devakshi handle psycho mother.. All my point of view went into drain.
I feel sorry for Erica. She will have to play mother role. Hope her career does not get effected. I was seeing her like successor of sakshi tanwar. She has strong acting capability. In this entertainment industry. .men are not affected much..but females are affected more.

That's how daily soap works. Considering there was zero growth in characters, CVs are now making Sonakshi turn a mother. This is now full-on saas bahu drama and when they run out of plots, they take a leap.

I am taking a leap of faith and saying, "Dev will still be a spineless douche bag regardless how many leaps you take."

I know, right? I don't know how women can bear to watch other women being victimised. It bothers the heck out of me to watch another woman in pain. Heck, I can't even watch any animal in pain.
