I will not justify his actions. Whatever he did was wrong.

Taking burden of all the emotions alone is not easy.

He is scared, sad, in pain from inside and has to show happiness to the whole world. Its not easy.

But such people are always misunderstood.

He lost his father at an early age...his childhood was snatched away from him and he was loaded with responsibilities
To support his family...to earn a livelihood for them

He grew up to become the most successful businessman of his time and made sure his mother and sisters have the best things in life, but he himself settled for secondary things

He never wished for anything in his life until sonakshi happened to him
She changed his perspective of viewing things...she changed his attitude towards life

But his mother disapproved their alliance n they broke up

Then one fine day after around two three months into his married life his mother suddenly comes up with a prediction that his wife is expecting...the entire world around him came crashing down
He got sona tested only to know that she has not conceived...but by then he notices his mother taging utmost care of his sona ...something he had always wished for

He decides to keep the misunderstanding on till his mother n wife develop an unbreakable bond
And now he'll be blamed for the same

I know many of us will feel that he wronged sona and ishwari by lying to them
Yes he indeed was wrong...but still he had not done this for his own selfish reasons but to get his family together

I feel xactly the same wht u hv written...as asha once said to sona on d pre birthday nite of dev wen devakshi planed for a party n ishu ma spioled it...that"both of u planed together...so dev must b going through the same disappointment n pain which u r going through"...n it happen every time with dev...he broke up with sona...ishu me didn't understand his pain...n more surprisingly sona who is going through d same pain..decided to move on..against her heart...which put both of dem in immense pain...which gv me more pain when i see that without any fault both dev n sona suffer

Yaaar... I cant agree more ! He's actually suffering with manu things and that too throughout his life. Sometimes I feel really bad for him. Kudos to Shaheer, he's playing Dev exceptionally well.

I felt bad for both of them yaar...and I still think Ki Dev was more open to Sona b4 marriage than now...

I agree whatever he did this time was for the 2 most important women of his life and it was so difficult and painful for him..

But Its time for him to realise ki he cannot satisfy everyone everytime...he should start thinking abt him now and Sona as well because due to him she is also sacrificing like him and still his family dont give a damn to both of them...

I just hope ki jis purpose ke liye Dev ne ye kiya vo pura ho jaaye and Ish sona ki bonding aise hi rahe...

He did wrong but we can very well understand the reason for that...now he has to stop finding short cuts. I sincerely hope that this track will change him from that perspective and he can understand that he actually cannot buy everything...

But on a positive note, this issue will make Devakshi relationship more strong...and the fear that both are carrying with them of losing each other again can disappear...

Agree with u di!...Dev has always been flawed...he has commited many mistakes but yet he never had any selfish intentions behind it...😊😊

He has nvr thought abt himself before his family members...he has always preferred their wishes, desires even if it means to sacrifice his happiness for them...😭

He never asked for anything from god even in the days when they were poverty-stricken he didn't even ask God to make successful and rich...but keeping aside his ego he went to the temple just for his mom & his wife's sake ..👏👏

Though he lied to them but his intentions were nver to hurt them rather to make them stronger to deal with the issue...⭐️⭐️

He has always justified his name DEV by

1) being the provider of the family

2) selflessly fulfilling evryone's desire without asking anything in return from them

3) always wanting his luved ones to be happy and live in peace

4) acted as a Saviour protecting them from all the odds...

Though he's not the BEST but no one can't stop oneself from luving him for the person he is...he may not be the Best Husband , Best son , Best brother , Best son-in -law...but is certainly a Good Human Being😃😃👏
