This is Dev's condition right now.
When your mind and heart become severly conflicted, you are bound to act senseless.
Dev is actually in a state of derilium right now, He thought about telling the truth to Sonakshi but the fear of losing her and seeing her so happy and excited about the baby puts him in a state of dilemma again.
It takes a hell lot of courage to say the truth, specially when it is bitter.
I can feel atleast one positive change (if that is related to the change of story writers, good😳) that we are getting Dev's internal monologues for quite sometime now, helps us understand him better.
Atleast we know he is trying to buy time to do something to sort the issue. And since he is not very used to such conflicts, his panicked state of mind becomes the root of his bad decisions.
Like a free wild-bird when put inside a small caged paces endlessly inside it, Dev's restless mind is pacing without thought.
Shaheer's body language was spot on👏 Not only dialogue-delivery but his expressions, the way his mouth was dry, that dry smile when Sonakshi complains to the baby about him, the way he says kitni bholi ho tum. That moment of relief when he sees how much Ish has started caring for Sona.Superb👏
It is a known fact that the more wrong you are, the more you shout. The more aggressive and assertive you become. It was so evident in today's episode. Since Dev knows he is not right, he is trying to silence everyone, more importantly his own heart by shouting.
Ishwari, who made it clear to RR that it is her house in the morning, with the same firmness closes the door on Dev's face. What an omg moment it was. Who would have thought The Ishwari Dixit would ask her son to leave for Sonakshi? Whatever the circumstances or cause be, it is quite surprising. Liked how firm Ishwari was and also loved that she said this is not how she taught him to treat girls.
These little things in the show keep me hooked.
Poor Dev, this was indeed a nightmare for him. On one hand he is trying to hold the rigged ropes tightly and on the other hand, the rope itself is being cut. Some moments of solitude in the cold outside would definitely bring back his confidence to get ayaan arrested because he now knows that Ish-Sona bond is so strong that it even overpowered her love for Dev.
P.S Sonakshi is such a drama-queen sometimes.😆 Dev just jerked her hand and she fell. Waha tak bhi theek tha, after that she sat on the sofa as if she had fallen on the floor.
Dont get me wrong, I am not being insensitive but it is just that I felt the reaction was slightly overdone😆
P.P.S Yesterday was sort of a no-brains, no-KRP sort of episode..glad it is better today😃
