Very good n detailed post..d more Dev is trying to resolve problem on its own, the more he is getting trapped. Ishwari's stern behavior is needed to keep people like Gkb in place.
I think Ish allows Gkb to spew venom only when its related to Sona..coz Ish herself feel d same. Whnever Gkb taunts abt Dev or their family, Ish becomes stern.
Since u mentioned Sona's overreaction, actually I m nt liking the acting of all the 3 leads these days...unnecessarily dramatic n overreaction. I feel d issue is with poor direction n haywire confusing plot n also bcoz of this super jet speed of the episode. These 3 are great actors specially Sha bt its getting difficult to connect with them emotionally even though this was supposed to be a heart wrenching track. Every time Dev sees god..I actually find it quite funny - lo fir se chalu ho gaya. N Sona's talk abt baby looks unreal n overly done...n Ish Sona fake bonding also looks forced nt genuine. Only people who acts consistently are Asha n Gkb.
