She should insist that the ivf doctors dont use the sperm that dev could get out easily instead she should insist that they put a needle in his prostrate and retrieve the aperm directly from there (usually this is done on ppl who have Obstruction i beleive)...Testicular Sperm Aspiration (TESA);
