Guys just presenting an idea of what could have happened if neha would have been positive. She could have been the surrogate mother and she would experience the feeling of being mother without having to bear the kids. She only never wanted kids na.

Infertility is inability to conceive. I had understood that Sonakshi's medical condition pertains to her uterus not being to hold the pregnancy!! This could lead to miscarriage and even prove fatal for the mother.

If the latter is true, then adoption or surrogacy are options. If I am mistaken, then IVF is the best option. Incidentally, India, Japan and China are some of the leading users of IVF treatment. So, it's the couple's choice as there is no gain without pain! 😃

Coming to the soap, this is expected to be full of drama and emotions. For obvious reasons. And if you live in a joint family with characters like GKB around you, it's going to be messy. I am keen to see the woman in Ishwari to come out here in flying colours. While Dev and Sonakshi fight their internal demons, she can be their pillar of strength, giving more practical advice and voicing support for the leap in medical science. Yes, the first thought would be negative, where the chances of getting another bride for Dev is likely to be discussed, esp. since the shower 'snan' of Dev. But, I hope better sense prevails and Ishwari is able to change to bring on a much needed positive impact.

Another twist could be that Sonakshi wants to defy the medical report and takes the risk of going thru the pregnancy (if there are no uterus issues) and takes the bull by its horns. Then loads of tension would be created for TRP till the baby arrives.

What I would like to see is a strong Ishwari giving full support to Dev-Sonakshi (post initial hiccups) and with the help of medical science welcoming a bundle of joy in their family...

If Sonakshi gets into the sacrificial mode and threatens to commit suicide, if Dev doesn't agree to re-marry and both the wives live under the same roof, well...I would hope that all the three main leads quit the show!! 😃 😃 It would be the end of KRPKAB!!! But, the setting has been in modern times so let this soap be different. The pre-nup has been signed w/out Dev's knowledge. If that is used to create misunderstandings, I would like the leads to use their punch lines here to get thru this crisis- 'Agar main aisa pati hota, toh tum kya karti!' 😆
