i by mistake unsubscribed my email from email notification for topic and forums update list.

could someone pls tell me how to subscribe again.

i will be really greatful

Go to Update Profile.

In the "Preferences" Tab.

Notify me by email when I receive a Private Message : Tick on "Yes"

Notify me of replies to posts,Sends an email when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you make a post : Tick on "Yes"
