seriously that was simple normal hug.😆.i don't think ishwari wants to prove anything to any one Dev asusual take ishwari blessings and when he is leaving with out eating breakfast for meeting she is proud of him because he is working hard.that was her affection for her son. iam sure if sona was not there she will do the the same. and coming to Dev he is upset about last night fight and longingly seeing at sona. maybe he expected she will talk to him

No. It is not wierd. A mother son hug should never be interpreted in such a way. It is a natural moment but not done with a specific reason. Dev's look is of anger. Iswari's hug is a gesture of happiness as her son honoured her word.

I personally am against drawing such thoughts as mother son relationship should be treated with respect. If Dev does not hug Sona that is a different matter. How can both be taken under one breath?

Supriyaji and Shaheer will never agree to do the roles if what most of the members attribute to Iswari Dev relationship is a part of the script.

Shaheer loves his mother( real) so much . During Navya days he was even teased for being a mama's boy. He will never do such a role that brings disgrace to mother son equation.

Supriyaji is a lady with moral values and principles. She won't accept any such role.

Time and again restricted myself from commenting where the mother son equation is interpreted in a wrong way. But just like that I did the comment now. Any way it is my personal opinion.

I think you got me wrong ...I didnt mean that hug had any other dimension to it..I understand it was a mom son hug...what I was emphasizing was on the timing..I felt it was purely done to make Sona emotionally insecure...she kind of enjoyed the fact that his son didnt acknowledge his wife's presence.

I watched the hug scene again n again just to see if I am missing something. Dev was absentminded during the whole conversation and hug because his mind was preoccupied with their fight and stubbornly angry at his wife's non relenting attitude. 😆 Ishwari was aware of the tension between them since it was really palpable but she didn't initiate the hug intentionally to hurt Sona or make a point to her. Even if the intent was not conscious the outcome was the same. Sona was left on the sideline as an observer to watch and understand their dynamics. Unless Dev n Sona initiates PDA in front of Ishwari she will not do anything to sabotage or interfere in it. The precap would be the best example. 😆

now thats what I said ish is more physical with dev than sona😆...come on who does that.???so freq??sometimes its ok...she gave her dharmic book like she is maa n she is huging dev😡

Ok ...these two always ended their fights with a hug but after this fight they hadnt resolved and he was going to office with out talking to her . She was also adamant of not wanting to give up...

Ishwari on the other hand new things were not good betwn them because of the previous night issues..( Her reference to read religious books for peace of mind...😉 ...smart lady ...)

I still believe , Ishwari's body language is a lil different towards Dev in front of Sona...( Let me make it very clear...pure motherly affection ) but its a lil exaggerated... and I dont think she realises it ...its from her extreme insecurity that is making her do...

So what I was trying to convey was ...Sona was feeling sad that they hadnt resolved and when he hugged his mom...there was this look on her face which was very sad...which is what Ishwari wanted...

( Hats of to Supriya ji for her acting skills...that moment was spot on..subtle expressions ...beautifully executed )

For me Ishwari doesnt fall under normal insecure MIL...she is on to the extreme side.

In my view Iswari just showed her happier side to Dev with that hug. She had a reason to rejoice because Dev kept her word .She always feels proud on seeing him go for work and hugged him blessed him. She is least bothered about Sona or her fight with Dev. So it is not a planned one it is a mother's spontaneous reaction on seeing her loyal son.
