A prenuptial agreement is entered into before marriage. This agreement can set forth what will happen to your and your spouse's assets and income in the unfortunate event of divorce, separation or death.

So this means it can go two ways -

1. Either the lawyer himself suggests that in order to protect Dev's individual assets, they sign an agreement that after Divorce, Dev won't be liable to pay alimony to sona. Or that after divorce, Sonakshi cannot claim the assets of his property, which otherwise are matters of diputes after separation. Dev gets angry because a) He cannot think of a divorce with Sonakshi b) Why would he sign something that it so business-oriented, when this marriage is all about the heart for him. Ishwari gets to know this and she ensures they sign it for Ish wants his hard-earned money to stay with him
2. It is a contract to give Sonakshi some percentage of the property after separation. Either it has been initited by Bijoy, or the lawyer himself. Dev's refusal to sign in understandable because he doesn't want to think about separation and Ish makes him sign because she is not very sure how long the marriage will last so she wants to safeguard everything to ensure the Bose's dont create a mess later.

Former option seems more logical and apt for the situation. More chances of causing conflicts as well. What do you think?

ROFL ... The easiest thorn to eliminate would be the hair. If only somebody would listen.

Our Mr. Shaheer Sheikh can be one tough cookie to crack. There have been sooo many posts on his hair but he refuses to oblige. My list of pet peeve is increasing ... The haircut, the eye glasses and now latest his favorite plaid shirt that he has worn repeatedly in a span of 10 days. Looks like he can shell out advice but not ready to accept one.

Okay, I choked on my breath reading the last thorn... Dev's hair.. Never expected that...Hahaha...

Other things said and done, I have bad vibes about this pre nuptial agreement...

Even in Islam, it is kind of done... Which is called Meher... It's an amount predecided by the bride's side, that the groom is supposed to give to his bride as soon as possible after nikaah. It's kind of a lumpsum amount of security to the bride..

But, somehow, I don't feel ok in this scenario, abt the pee nuptial agreement... I am sure there's going to be lots of hungama after that.

Biggest potential threats are the Dixit lady duo mother n daughter only !
10 days me shAADi, pace is omg unbelievable..that if I may sit with popcorn.. I might just end up swallowing them all, that much of story lines up 😆
