Then she would have said a "YESSS!!"...but how was his approach...he said now no one will come in betwn us ...mom has said a yes to our marriage...blah blah...which girl will accept that ?? So its like mom said yes so its yes...later if mom says no...then ??

Ideally women prefer men who takes their own decisions and stand by her...is able to protect her from ppl who try to harm her ...She sees security in a marital relationship...I dont think Sona is getting that from him...

Very valid point .She is not clear about her feelings .Before the office breakup she wanted to move on to reduce her pain but after the office scene she said she is doing it for her parents .No matter how uncivilized Bijoy is he never forced her to get married .She agreed to it because she was looking for short cuts and wanted to replace Dev with another guy .

She knew what she was getting into and Dev had given her enough warning on how complicated he is .He had responsibilities towards his family .She knew everything about his past , present nothing was hidden from her .

Then the Break Up. Dev admitted sincerely that his mother is against you so he would like to break up.

Your ego was hurt. You challenged him that you would move on knowing that still you are desparately in love with him.You played with Ritwik and his family with your false pretensions

On top of it you went ahead with fixing the engagement date despite Ritwik warning you to take time and your family always ready to give you space if you insisted. But no. You should prove that you are Sonakshi Bose. You can show Dev that nothing matters now.

Bang on .Agree with each and every word .She agreed to get engaged to Ritwick because she wanted to prove a point to Dev .For a minute lets agree that she genuinely wanted to move on even though she had feelings for Dev but none of her actions showed her efforts to move on and accept Ritwick .

Why was she waiting for him in Ashirwad ceremony and on engagement day ?

Why did you invite Dev to your engagement? Don't you know his present state? Just a couple of days back you went to his office when Tina called you. Despite knowing how weak he is mentally you invited him to your engagement?

She did not discuss with her fiance or her parents before inviting Dev .Just a day before their photo was on the newspapers first page .Any sensible girl who wants to forget her past will not invite drama .

Do you have any common sense or Manners? The way you just paid attention only to Dev leaving your Fiance to his fate,will any sensible girl of today do that? You knew he will not be able to see you wearing the ring on another's name. Still you played with his feelings by inviting him there.

Now Dev came to your office. His mother accepted you. What is new in that? Dev broke up for his mother. He came forward when his mother gave green signal. I would have respected you if you had not gone ahead with the engagement or cancelled it before the humiliation happened to Ritwik. Don't you know how he will be laughed at ? His fiancee ran away just before the ring ceremony.That is enough for people to draw conclusions about his lapses or deficiencies .

After much deliberation I realised Dev is anyway a weak charecter but you are no less .

No matter how weak Dev is he has always been clear about what he wants and he has the guts to accept his mistake .He never blame others for his mistake nor plays double games .Among both Dev come across as a genuine person .

I respect Dev more .
