She is a scary parent actually. Typical meethi chhuri. The ones who agree to their kids' wishes only to keep on sweetly taunting them throughout their lives. The way she talked to her girls.. Damn, the most dangerous species of parents she is. She is those breed of parents who'll boast about their adjustments in front of people.

"Ab aaj kal ke bachho ke aage kiski chalti hai ji.. Humein to bas unki khushi se matlab hai." This dialogue which is patented by so many out there.. This defines Ishwari, at this moment at least. They are not happy. They are just trying to be happy. And probably they will never be happy.

Their kid's life partner choice is just an adjustment to them. A matter of victory and defeat. The girl/guy whom their kid has chosen would never be good enough.

Her insecurity trait will not go away so easily. I don't think Ishwari realized her insecurities yet. Her insecurity will arise as soon as she sees her son giving more importance to Sona than her 😕

after watching the "khilona" promo.. yes.. promos are exaggerated but still... it shows Ishwari didn't genuinely feel bad for her broken son. it was not his suffering but her feeling that "she lost Dev to Sona" that made her declare "Dev ab shaadi karega.. sona se" she wants to credit, she wants the glory, she wants to remain "Mahaan" in her kids eyes.

insecurities don't ever go away, I agree.

we are on the same page. her taunts are never ending and proves that she never tries to understand her children's POV or believe.. they are grown individuals with ability to make choices (right or wrong) for themselves.

She is the most dangerous parent.. indeed👏 and hence turning out to be "mother of all desi soap moms" she is a "meethi churi" who knifes her own kids🤢

Firstly when Ishwari was crying and feeling bad I really thought she has realized her faults but the moment she tells go and bring my Bahu I felt there is more then Ishwari letting on .
Firstly as a mother an elderly person she would know that Sonakshi is very deeply hurt so Ishwari would at least advice Dev but telling him to just go a bring Sonakshi as if she is an emotionless doll already shows us she will not respect Sonakshi
Now the segments are showing Ishwari's thoughts that she actually can think of Sona as a toy for her son

I don't want Sona to just run away! I want Dev to fight, realize his mistake, and win Sona's trust back.. If he truly loves and cares for her, Dev and Sona will be able to handle Ishwari together! Yes at this age Ishwari is definitely not going to change, but as a couple DevAkshi can make her feel imp and give her the respect,,love a mother needs!

Ishwari is very insecure and selfish! But with time she will come to love and respect his wife, I believe it's in DevAskshi's hand to deal with Ishwari together!

Agree. but Dev has to realize that. Sona can't do anything without him growing a brain! but CVs never showed Dev growing up. He cluelessly went to Sona and said "maa maan gayi"... forget her state of mind after what happened the night before to her, Ritvik, his family, Sona's family😡

Devakshi can move mountains for Ishwari but her need to feel important and all powerful will never be satisfied. In real life, Sonakshis of the world, after falling in love, after seeing and experiencing all that has happened.. will never marry a Dev... and that's because no matter what they do... Ishwari will always be a problem and will never allow a moment's peace to the couple.

promo proves what most of us felt through that "Maa Mahan" lecture of Ishwari to her girls. What a sad role model for these beautiful girls

exactly! like myself and few others have called her "meethi churi" right now.. focus is "get her position back" in family. promo is scary... how is she standing outside bose's doorway, looking at Bijoy while he closes the door. the woman is pure evil. don't wish a mother like this, even for my enemy😉
