looks like mamajee had to leave the love of his life for the love of the family. Now his family must be his dad, mom and mental sis ( Ishwari) because they don't show any other relatives. I am convinced that it must be Dev's mental nani who must have married mamajee off to GKB 😆

Infact i wouldnt be surprised if Ishu had a role to play in that. Abhi toh she's all like "mera beta...mera beta" aur tab kiya hoga "mere bhaiyaa...mere bhaiyaa". She would have surely influenced her mother and family against Mamaji's love.
