I have seen posts saying Sona needs to be mature and she will also learn that making promises are tough but keeping them is hard which I am finding very difficult to digest because why should a woman always be the one understanding and compromising what lesson are we teaching our daughters?. This is just my opinion no offense to anyone feeling otherwise

@Bold - This stereotypical thinking should be broken.Why always women need to be the one who keep the promise.If her husband N BF broke their promises.

I am furious with Dev right now and I am definitely on #TeamSona (all the way! )

However I have to respectfully disagree here. I might be the typical fangirl who believes in her OTP but so be it.

I would rather have a track that focused on how Dev would realize his humongous mistake by not understanding how the love from the two most important people have their own place in his life. How wrong he was to assume that one was more important than the other while in the first place there should have been no comparison between the two at all!

I want to see a Dev who finally sees his mother for the "human" she is rather than the whole "Bhagwan" persona he seems to have attached to her. To realize that he was equally wrong to have expected his mom to be "GOD". No one is perfect not even his mom. Also to realize that he can never take the happiness in his life for granted. Also that he cannot continue pretending to be someone who is a "fixer" that doesn't need any fixing himself.

I want to see him suffer, writhe in agony and feel ultimate remorse for being such an ass to the one girl who gave him the world!

I want to see an IMPERFECT man learn to become the perfect guy for our beautiful sherni Sona!

Because let's face it, no love story in the world is perfect, perfect is the journey towards making each other worthy of one another! That's the beauty of a story as unique as our DevAkshi and I am pumped to see how it unfolds!😃

Edit-I actually rather like what I have said here myself!😆 So gonna post it as a separate post - increase the forum activity right?😆

I do agree with you and would like a tremendous character growth in Dev even though I am not rooting for Dev and Sona now. My only concern is will the creatives show this in a convincing manner because they have thrown the main lead under the bus with no wiggle room

Hey I know everyone is pissed and dissappointed with Dev right now and rightly so but I think he can be redeemed quite easily when compared to Ishwari. I believe you can rationalize Dev's current behavior unlike his mom which is why I haven't given up on DevAkshi yet. I have actually tried to explain why people shouldn't give up on Dev just yet in another post, in case you would like to read why - here's the link:
