Actors Indira Krishnan and Chhavi Mittal who will be seen playing a mother-daughter duo on screen in Krishnadasi, have become the new BFFs in telly town. The friendship between the two is attracting a lot of attention on the set because the ladies have almost become inseparable. Their penchant for intricate traditional jewellery seems to have brought the two close. Recently while shooting for the show near Pune, Indira and Chhavi went shopping for traditional Maharashtrian jewellery at the popular Tulsi Bagh market.
Talking about the experience, Indira says, "I have always loved experimenting with my look and Kumudini's character gave me an opportunity to do that. I wanted to give it a personal touch so I dragged Chhavi to the market to shop for jewellery that can be used in the show as well as add to our collection."
Chhavi said, "Indira is a beautiful human being. When I learnt that she too has a weakness for jewellery, we hit it off instantly. We are like family now."
