this khaakhrawala bahen is very inspiring.
khakhra is the quite handy food of Gujarati Jain families. now a days it is popular not only upto Jains only, but also popular in all the Gujarati. thogh it is not a fry dish, it is also available at the 'namkin food' shop

this show is good. I haven't seen khakhra in my life 😔 so I really don't know what it is and how it tastes. To me, it looks like a fried papad. 😉

no they're not fried. but grilled on iron plate, i.e. tavaa. for that first a 'roti' is to be made and then they are to be grilled on the same tavaa untill they get crispy. there are so many variety of it.
