Though I started watching only from Dr Veer's entry, I find certain things in this show which are highly appreciable.

No. 1. is the cast - Apart from the leads, I like most of the cast. Shukla, shuklain, their sons & even Bela are perfect in their portrayal. The only person I feel a bit lacking is Dr Veer's sister. I love the FL, her non Ott performance, cute smile. ML is a perfect fit & perfectly fit too 😉

No.2 is character sketch - In many shows we find characters flipping day in & day out as per the wish of the cvs' but here every character is written with consistency, no flipping which leads to connecting with them more.

No.3 is the pace - the pace is just perfect, neither rushed nor dragged. The story is built well with just the required incidents & events. Refreshing amidst shows dragging/rushing, changing track suddenly all in the chase for trp. Honestly when they started the track of Shuklain talking to the dead Radhey via the con guy, I thought they'll drag this with Shuklain torturing Krishna endlessly with Bela using this opportunity to the hilt. But they finished it fast, good!

No.4 is social issues - The story has been addressing social issues one by one, not being preachy & Ott and not boring too, it is subtly woven along with the story's progress, hope at least some of it reaches at least a few targets.

These are my personal opinion from the short period I've watched. I used to think of this serial as an Ott sasural bahu drama purely based on promos. How my opinion has changed now, glad I stuck with it when the Shuklain drama wrt cutting Krishna's hair & stuff happened. Hope the cvs' keep this up & not go the way of the current trend like forced marriage, manhandling ML etc. Touchwood.

well said but there were instant which were really disturbing like shukla trying to burn Krishna and others.
Previous male lead was annoying to watch.
I really don't like Bela she's a negative character with a weird voice...(Sorry to her fans)

You are Right & i agree with that the actress playing Dr.Veer's sister is not that good but hope she will improve her acting with the passage of time 😊

Yeah even looking at the promos I never felt like watching it. I used to cringe every time Radhey spoke in his kanpuria accent, the guy was dapper & modern looking, I don't know why they chose him to play Radhey, was there something in the storyline to justify this mismatch between looks, education & accent?
Bela is negative but not a black full on vamp, she is rather grey, illiterate narrow minded, quite common in Indian joint families. She has fans? LOL. She acts well though.
