I agree with Sue, LG is super in her acting and very good looking too. She is a great dancer to top it all. Meena is not doing a great job of acting in this show. Her role shows her to be so dumb....

I cant believe she wakes up in the morning and looks for jeeva and asks her mom if he left to work early...and then comes to know he has not returned from last night....How come she did not realise he was there or not. Which wife wont know if the hubby returned or not?? And he keeps missing at night running around with Nets and she has no clue....such a flaw in her character and no use talking about it. Devayani is a super waste too....so I guess its the writers....

I am waiting for it to get online to update guys...hang in there... 😊

I was only joking when I said Laxmi G. can do only villee roles. I did see her on UTube in some mallu version of Mastana Mastana where she could not muster even a malayalam sentance and spoke in english. Also on google, to find her one has to type lakshmi gopalsamy, where as Meena, tamil actress has many sites and been in 10's of movies as a heroine. How hard that role is to get.

Even legends like Trisha Krishnan and Sneha have not managed to act with the great superstar. Meena is one of his favorites. She has a masters or 2. Indeed an all time great. How she maintains herself! And how gracious of her to appear on small screen. Am sure she underperfoms just to accomodate the others. Vijay Adiraj is so perfect for her. BTW, an additional qualification I forgot to mention is, she is available!!! 😭 I know I stand no chance.

Jagdu, Meena was chosen to act with Superstar for one reason only. She acted with him in Anbulla Rajnikanth. Rajni actually did not want to act with Meena for sole reason she was his child star, but had to act with her as a lover/husband in Ejaman (if I am not mistaken). He felt awkard acting with her. But the director/crew members did lots of persuasion before he agreed.

After acting with Rajni in a couple of movies, Meena's career did not pick up. Yes, she acted with other heros but they were not box office hit except in Avai Shanmugi. That too because of Kamal.

Sneha's with Kamal, which became box office hit. To be frank Sneha can actually act. Her role with Kamal was far bigger than Meena's. All her movies have given the directors profit. Meena has years of experience whilst LG is a newly joined member. Education wise I am not sure what is both of their background. So I will not comment on that. But one having 2 degrees and the other have either something or none, doesn't make the other any less smarter. Nowadays, education can be bought. I can swear you on this.

Sneha and Tisha need not act with Superstars to be famous. They are doing it well on their on. As a child artiste Meena was great, but as an adult artiste, she is not so. With her beauty, came her arrogance. I can tell you, my brother's friends had first hand experience with Meena and her arrogance whilst she was in Malaysia. I have told this previously in the forum.

Only 10 films Jagdu. Tisha/Simran/Sneha have out beat that - I m sure. Given a chance LG too will make it in Kollywood.

Gracious to act in serial Jagdu? No, Jagdu - sorry to say this, but Meena is acting in serial for one reason only. She has lucked out in movies/Kollywood. She was only offered the role of sister/mother role in the movies. But Meena naturally had to refuse. So she switched to serials.

It is not about how many websites you own Jagdu, it is abt acting. I can create 10 websites for LG tomorrow. 😉

Why you don't have a chance Jagdu? If she is available and if you have all the qualifications her mother have listed, you can try your luck. You will never know. 😊

Thanks Poky...just saw this episode and I was shocked to see Nethra still active after that hard stab from the detective. Anyone with that kind of stab would have died on the spot.....but Nethra could climb that flight of steps and still conscious until the police-constable came to her aid. She even heard the conversation between Jeeva and the Dectective.

I think when she recovers (which she will.. of course..) she is going to be vengeful towards Jeeva. We were talking about DNA and all...ippo baby is no more...so it looks like it was Jeeva's baby after all...adhum when he was totally knocked out after a heavy booze....JEEVA YOU DID IT MAN...THIS MUST GO INTO THE GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS..!! 😆

I don't think that Meena is a great actress. The only film I liked of hers is Anbulla Rajnikanth 😆 😆 so, yes I am not a Meena fan. However, I am also not impressed with LG. I find her character one-dimensional and all she can do is open her eyes wide and scream at people. 😆 In fact, I don't think anyone in Laxmi serial can act. The only character I enjoy watching is Saba. 😆 So this is one serial I do not miss.

Guys, LG has acted in many mallu movies as heroine and if its a big deal that a actress is great and big if she has acted with superstars then she too has and are acting with superstars like Mohanlal and Mamoothy 😊

Another new about her, she has refused to act as Trishas mother in Prakash Raj new moive and one of the reason was that she felt she was still young and only 2 years older to Trisha, so thats mean she is 26?? 😕

Meena was maybe a big star big screen, but in small screen, her acting are not good if we compare her with other tv actress who carry off their roles very good.

Meli, i agree wit you in this. Meena had hit big screen wit big stars but her acting is noting compare to roles like jo in mozhi, netra in lakshimi, and pooja in kalki...... Until now, i've dun think i've watched a movie of meena's which had attracted me except her character when she was 5, in a movie wit Rajini Sir.
