Entire episode is pretty much a flashback

- parvati is trying to leave the function when she encounters her husbands first wife & is being insulted by husbands first wife and her brother in the function. The brother is too cruel and drags parvati by neck and throws her out of the function.

Parvatis husband comes and hits his first wife's brother and warns his wife and her brother that they have to give respect to his other wife parvati and leaves. After he leaves the brother of the first wife tells his sister to be prepared to even lose her husband as if her husband is alive nothing will happen, but if he is dead everything is possible for them and her children.

Next the husband goes to visit parvati. She is crying , and is very emotional & he tries to console her. They have some emotional dialogues, while little laxmi , is lying on the fathers lap. Finally he asks her to think of santhanalaxmi and live for her. Parvati, says that he will take care of them come what may.

Flash back ends

Next they show that person's photo(lacchus real dad's) hanging in jeevas office reception, as laxmi & arvind go to meet jeeva. As they are waiting in the reception, arvind tells her that the job that she will get here will be the turning point in her life. laxmi looks at the picture and her eyes are locked on the photo. As she goes to meet jeeva her eyes are still locked on that photo. Finally arvind and lacchu meet jeeva, who brings nethra to meet lacchu, as nethra enters she goes and touches the photo, as that happens to be her father.

Jeeva introduces lacchu to nethra, who eyes lachu with her egoistical look, and Nethra tells jeeva that since he is the GM he can appoint anyone he wants, and asks what position he is thinking of for lachu, jeeva says that lachu's resume meets all the qualificatins that nethra is looking for a in a personal secretary. nethra oks' it and both the sisters shake hands in front of their fathers photo

jigglypuff u r right, laxmi is going well, actually the way they have picked up the people to play each characters, is awesome. Nethra & lacchu are awesome step sisters, nethra's inflated ego and body language, & lachhu's homeliness were portrayed so well yesterday simply awesome. Just hope this serial keeps its focus

I really like the way Lakshmi is shaping up!! 👏 . Good choice of actors to play the characters! Netra has that baby doll looks, but shows meanness and visiciousness just with a slight change of expressions!!!! 👏 👏 SUPERB!. Meena as I mentioned earlier is mind blowing! I kinda guessed that Netra and Lachu will be sisters in the beginning of flashback!! 😃 😃 . All this serial watching experience, I guess 😃 😃 😉 . Anyways, Lakshmi is going great. Keep up the good work, Lakshmi team, and maintain a crisp phase.! 👍🏼

I notice the background music is not as painful as before!! That was one thing which was an overdose earlier and kept bothering me, (it was good music, but too much!!) but its limited now 👍🏼

Just a brief update

Lacchu is getting ready to go to work, sacchu notices that lacchu's earrings are missing so she finds them and puts them on her, arvind drops lacchu at work

Lacchu is at work and the junior staff out there like her simplicity and easy going nature. Two of them talk amongst themselves as to how lacchu with such a simple humble nature will survive under nethra. nethra listens to this conversation and calls them inside and also lacchu and asks lacchu to give them their dismissal order, lacchu is confused but nethra just gives the orders, it was such a beautiful scene, guys, the way lacchu was looking at nethra so innocent and confused and nethra's arrogance. anyway the 2 who are being dismissed warn lacchu against who is up against

nethra asks her brother to go and speak of her alliance with jeevas mom. her brother does so. jeeva's mom refuses, and she warns jeeva inthe evening when he gets home as to how she thinks this entire thing about offering him a job is a ploy to make him veetoda mapillai in the end,

jeeva goes to clear this confusion with chakravarthy and he says that he is confused how chakravorty asked for his hand, Chuks tell jeeva that it was his sister nethra's desire to marry jeeva and he is used to satisfying his sis's every desire. jeeva is shocked, and nethra who is eves dropping comes and tells her brother that she asked him to find a mapillai like jeeva and not her friends to be husband jeeva himself. jeeva becomes sucker to this and says this is ok, and leaves

nethra tells her brother that now they have taken the first step towards letting jeeva know that she prefers someone like him, and slowly she will draw him towards her.

maybe jeeva will fall for our cute innocent lacchu and jeeva will be caught inbetween the sisters

when nethra calls laxmi, laxmi asks her who is it, nethra retorts back saying who are you , laxmi is a little confused, then nehtra continues and says im the one who is giving you lakshmi, lacchu apologies and says that she could nto recognise her voice at first, nethra then asks lax to come to her cube

i really like the car trip between lax & jeeva, i think there will be some good chemistry between them, as of now they are good friends 😳
