firstly, it is obvious that the doctor who told garv that kali is pregnant, is fake. At the VERY beginning of kali's plan, we see her talking to that friend asking her to go to garv's house and say that she has attmepted suicide. as soon as they both went away, we see NAKUL evesdropping. i think that b4 they get married, nakul will be a hero and drop the bomb on kali and her cunning plan!👏
