Update: November 2, 2005… Abhay's Car Accident

Malaysia- The Court:
The judge sentences KKusum to prison for ten years as she could not produce any proof to prove her innocence… Kkusum is shocked… Abhinav smiles evilly…
India- Kapoor House:
Sarla and Nitin come home… Mahi sees them and starts shouting for Abhay… Mahi says that Abhay has locked the door from inside and has set fire… She appears all panicky (she is the one who locked the door)… Nitin and sarla shout for Abhay to open up… The rest of the family comes there too… They break open the door… Everyone asks him what the problem is… Mahi says that it's Kkusum… Nitin gets mad at her for taking Kkusum's name… Mahi asks them to go and look for themselves; Abhay has burnt everything that belongs to Kkusum… Kali is shocked… sarla asks Abhay what she did… Abhay screams and says that Kkusum is dead for him… He leaves from there, leaving everyone shocked…
Malaysia- Jail:
Kkusum is in jail… Title song goes in the background… She cries… Flashback scenes of Abhinav…
Kapoor House:
Abhay puts garland over Kkusum's picture… the family is very upset at this… Abhay tells them all that happened between Abhinav and Kkusum (in mute)… Mahi is very happy and says that she couldn't do all this when Kkusum was with her but it happened so smoothly abroad… Sarla is in tears and says that they have to end this right there as Kumud is about to come… She says that Kumud will not to be able to bear all this… Mahi says that Abhay's face will tell her everything…
Nitin tells Sarla that they should have stopped Abhay… Arundati says that whatever Abhay is doing is right… Lali disagrees… Nitin too says that it is not right to perform Kkusum's 'sharad' when she is still alive… (I don't know what sharad is, so I'm not sure if it is spelled this way). Kapil says that he is with Abhay this time… He says that Abhay tried to commit suicide because of Kkusum… Nitin says that there must be some misunderstanding and he does not consider Kkusum at fault… He asks Sarla to stop Abhay from doing this… Salra says that she is with Abhay, whatever he is doing is right… She says that she does not want to loose Abhay… They all leave… Nitin and Lali are left behind…
Ayee's Place:
Ayee tries to light the diya but fails to do so… She thinks she should call Sarla.. As she moves, Kkusum and Abhay's picture frame falls down and breaks… Ayee is worried… Aryaman comes there… He tells Ayee that Abhay is back but Kkusum did not come… Ayess is really worried… Aryaman tells her everything (in mute)… Ayee says that she will not let Abhay do the 'sharad'…
Some Place: Abhay performing the sharad:
Abhay is performing the 'sharad'… Lali asks them to stop Abhay as something bad might happen… Ayee comes there and stops them… She says that Abhay should be ashamed of himself… She goes to the family and says that they are just standing there watching it… She cries and says that Kksum is Akhand Saubhagyawati and it is because of her that Abhay has been saved so many times… She says by doing the last rites of Kkusum, she has put Abhay's life in danger… sarla is shocked… Ayee says that today she breaks all the relationships with the family on behalf of Kkusum… Mahi is happy… Sarla is shocked… Ayee leaves… Panditji tells Abhay that it is not right to this for a living person… Abhay says that she is dead and he should continue… Lali comes forward and says that it is not right… He asks everyone to explain… lali says that he feels something bad will happen… nitin aska Abhay to come home… Abhay does not listen but does the sharat… Abhay then leaves from there… He gets all the alshbacks of Kkusum and Abhinav… He is driving recklessly, thinking of the bedroom scene… Suddenly he comes in front of a truck from the wrong direction and the truck hits him… The car goes flying and catches fire…
Malaysia- Jail:
At the same time, Kkusum calls out for Abhay… She asks the officer if she can make one call to India… The officer refuses… Kksuum cries and prays to God to take care of Abhay and the family…
