sg before he picked her up he had walked away from her and then realises that he cannot leave her there like that so he calls for the ambulance and then goes back and picks her up...

I THINK WHAT YUG SAID WAS CORRECT KKAVY WILL CRY VERY HARD FOR WHAT HE DID TO ANJALI WHEN HE KNOWS THE TRUTH ABOUT PAMMI AND NITYA
