Oh she is referring to the old track at the beginning of KA when Anjali was holding Kavya responsible for her sister Anjum's death so she did a double role of being Anjum's ghost and Anjali to make Kavya insane. Vansh her friend was helping her at the time but later when she fell in love with Kavya, he stayed the same, greedy for money so he married Arpita so he cud enter the Nanda house.
