Arjun's lack of trust has caused by Ayesha... she lied to him many times before and also these kind of coincidences are hard to believe.. but the best part is she already told him the truth now he cant blame her in the future that she never told him the truth ;)
soon he will realise niceness of our Arohi and fall for her :)
