nope, if the FIR is filed against him, the police have the right to take him in to custody for questioning,

but the prosecution should not be given right to file a fir cos of what they have already done.arrested him and tortured him and now again.

ok guys listen up

the prosecution does not file the FIR, the victims family does, n there they say who they suspect.. n here obviously the Ullus wil say they suspect Arjun, hence the arrest n the questioning...ok?

Lol that didnt turn out the way i wanted to ask it but yeah i accept that cause legal procedures cant be ignored and if ulluwalias did the wrong thing without filing f.i.r we cant ask court to do another wrong by condemning f.i.r and arrest on that grounds...two wrongs dont make a right 😆 But i do request that ulluwalias should only file the f.i.r arresting officer and officer in charge should be someone else

ari add that arjun did go with the intention of killing and had no reason to escape or evade the law if he did go through with his plan, hence he did not wear gloves, he had no intention of cheating the law.

he accepted the gun was his, because he knew truth is on his side.
