here is an idea : defense should ask for quizing of all of the people who were present in ahluwaalia's home at the time of shooting...it can be done by either police or court lawyers...something of that sort !! rajveer ne to pehle se hi arjun ko guilty declare kar diya hai...it doesn't work that way.

during quizing in court, i am sure the real shooter will show some sign of wrongdoing or make a blunder !!

Ari...remove the FIr bit from urs as i've clearly stated that in my summery... Arjun will be released from custody n will be rearrested after the proper FIR is obtained...

Kavs, there was no FIR filed, so technically the police cannot arrest Arjun... hence no bail is needed, Arjun would be released n then rearrested with a proper FIR

rosh i request arjun should not be arrested again cos he already has suffered.he should be asked to attend court and co-operarate till investigation is ongoing at each hearing.
