Scene76 Arjun's first few weeks

Car reaches apartment.

The driver is an old employee of RPS and his name is Kushwant.

Kushwant: Removes his bag and gives to Arjun

Arjun: (Keeps hand on Kushwant's shoulder) Thanks uncle(kaka)

Kushwant: Arjun beta take care and do keep coming to house

Arjun: Definetly uncle, you also take care. Rashmi has applied for that course and college i told right

Kushwant: Yes Arjun baba, thanks for guiding her

Arjun: Welcome Kaka, after all she is like my sister na. I am more than happy if i can help her in anyway

Kushwant: Thats your greatness Arjun baba, you treat us employees also like family members. God bless you

Arjun: Thanks Kaka, you also take care. Bye

Kushwant: OK beta, Bye

Arjun leaves his bag in the apartment and takes only two sets of clothes in cover for next 2 days.

Arjun keeps searching for a job full day and tired. The new house he will get only after 2 days on Wednesday. He decides to spend those 2 nights in a garden.

The first night is tough as its winter and very chill. Finally at 5am when he falls asleep the park cleaner comes and wakes him and tells him to leave. Second night is better and Arjun keeps staring at the stars and moon and dreams about Arohi and has a very good night sleep.

Wednesday he goes to Siddarth and takes possession of house. Siddarth dadaji is very warm and Arjun likes him instantly. Arjun has some clue on cooking that he learnt while studying abroad and Siddarth's dadaji who is good at cooking starts teaching him fine nuances of good cooking.

Arjun keeps searching for job but everywhere his reputation as a Don's son or person with criminal record reaches their ears and he never gets the job.

Its Sunday and Arjun has over slept. Dadaji comes with coffee to his bed.

Dadaji: Good morning Arjun. I see you had a good sleep

Arjun looking at watch

Arjun: Good morning Dadaji, Its already 10am

Dadaji: Its ok Arjun, this is Sunday. You can afford to get up late

Arjun: Why did you make coffee dadaji? I would have woken up and made it.

Dadaji: That's no problem. Did you get any job beta?

Arjun feeling sad. No Dadaji

Dadaji: Do not worry beta. You will get it soon. Keep faith in GOD

Arjun: Thanks Dadaji. You are so right. I would have been alone after leaving my family but GOD sent you in my life.

Dadaji: Yes beta, even i would have had to go to some old age ashram or live alone if you had not agreed to stay in our house. Its all GOD's plan. Chalo, get ready and we will go and cook a great brunch together.

caught up finally.. i hope arjun can start afresh.. bechara..

i loved the part where he puts his head on rps's lap and rudra feels guilty because he heard rashi-arjun's convo.. and this convo, of dadaji..life is GOD's plan. we just have to go with it.. now lets see what else is stored for arjun-arohi in this plan...

Scene 77 Arohi meets Arjun in his apartment

Shefali goes to meet Arohi at Ahluwaliah residence

Shefali: Arohi, tujhe pata hai Arjun ne Singhania mansion chod diya

Arohi: Kya, Singhania mansion chod diya

Shefali: Yes, i had gone to meet Arjun but Romit told me he is not staying there

Arohi: Then where is he staying

Shefali: Some apartment, i cannot remember name. But Romit said he will take me along next time

Arohi: Why did he leave house?

Shefali: That Romit did not tell me. I will ask Romit the next time i meet him

Arohi: And Raj is still in the Singhania house alone?

Shefali: Where is he alone? Romit and dadi are there no to take care of him

Arohi: Yeah, but still

Shefali leaves after sometime.

Arohi going to her room and thinking why Arjun left the house. She remembers Raj saying "First you left the house and never came back and now dad"

Arohi calls Romit and asks Arjun's address from him. Arohi goes to meet him in apartment and dadaji opens the door

Arohi: Arjun Singhania?

Dadaji: Yes

Arohi: I am Arohi Ahluwaliah

Dadaji: Yes, come in. You are his wife right

Arohi: Yes, how did you know uncle?

Dadaji: Your wedding time picture is there on his table bedside

Dadaji: Its 8 o'clock at night. Do you want coffee/tea?

Arohi: no, thanks dadaji

Door bell rings

Dadaji: One minute. Wonder who has come at this time?

Dadaji opens door: Arjun, you have come so soon. You have a surprise, come in

Arjun walks in tired and sees Arohi and surprised

Arjun: Arohi?

Arohi: I thought i will come and meet you

Arjun: Please sit, i will just come

Arjun freshens up and makes coffee for all three and brings it

Arjun: Did you have your coffee dadaji? I just made for all three of us

Arohi: No thanks

Dadaji: Have it beta? You are lucky, very few wives get coffee made from their husband hands

Arohi blushing and having coffee.

Dadaji: You both talk i am going to my bedroom

Arjun: So, how did you know i am here?

Arohi: Romit told me

Arjun: Romit? (Thinking- i told him not to say for sometime?)

Arohi: I mean Shefali came to know and informed me and i called and asked Romit the address.

Arjun: OK (In mind- how are you?)

Arohi: Did you ask anything?

Arjun: No

Arohi: (In mind- why you left house?)

Arjun: Did you say something?

Arohi: No

Arohi gets call on mobile

Arohi: Chachu, i am coming in half an hour

Arohi: No, i have gone out

Arohi: With Shefali

Arohi: OK

Arjun: You are going(looks at watch, its 9:00)

Arohi: I am so sorry, i have to leave now. My family is calling Arjun

Arjun: No problem, i will drop you

Both walking back and trying to get a taxi.

Arohi: (Thinking- let me break ice first and ask Arjun why he left house)

Arohi: Why?

Suddenly a car pulls up in front of them. Its Rajveer Chachu. Arohi gets nervous and bends her head.

Rajveer staring at them both.

Arohi: Chachu i can explain.

Rajveer: Sit in the car Arohi

Arohi: But

Rajveer: Sit in the car Arohi

Arohi walks and sits in car.

Rajveer to Arjun: You criminal, now you are teaching my niece to lie

Arjun keeps quiet as he knows its Arohi fault that she lied on phone about her whereabouts

Rajveer: My innocent niece lied for first time with me because of you.

Rajveer threateningly moves towards Arjun and holds his collar and says

"Next time i find you anywhere near her, i will just kill you"

Turns and walks back and goes near car looks at Arjun and says "And I mean it"

The car leaves.

Rajveer and Arohi going into the house and everyone sitting inside in main hall

Rajveer angry.

Arohi: Sorry chachu, i lied

Rajveer still angry

Rajveer: I do not require your sorry Arohi. You betrayed our trust. That man accusses our family of supari killing in court and you are going out with him

All family members admonish her and Arohi goes to her room feeling guilty for lying

finally caught up.

i like your relationship bondings you have shown arjun so deserves this.nice to know he is being loved.i sometimes use to feel that rps actually does love arjun although that thought has now changed.but glad to see this side of rps in your story.

rajveer is so in his character like he would have reacted.just hope arjuhi now meet & pyaar ke dushman support them.

you are doing a great job.waiting for next update.

Scene 78 Arohi thinking of why she loved Arjun

Arohi in her room.

Arohi starts thinking of Rajveer Chachu getting angry with her. She does not feel bad. She can understand his upset after the courtroom fiasco from Arjun.

She understands Arjun had to fight the courtcase to save his family. She knows Arjun is crazy about his family and can die for them. But why has he not bothered about Arohi.

Does he really love her now also?

Although they both fought a lot before marriage and just after marriage before this attempt was made on her life Arohi had somewhere felt he loved her? She could see only love for her in his eyes.

When Rashi's miscarriage had taken place Arjun was mad at her family and her but still after marriage he treated her so nicely. Sometimes Arohi felt he treated her like a child very protectively and lovingly.

Arohi somewhere did not have a very close relation with her own father Sudhir. She had observed how fathers treated daughters in other families. RPS her father in law though was a bad person according to her himself treated his daughter so lovingly. She had seen him call the hospital doctors three times a day and find out about her health and used to go and visit her once in two-three days despite his schedules without miss. And that coming from RPS who never really cared about family or relationships had surprised Arohi. Her father had never showered her with that much attention at all her entire life.

She remembers once she had very high fever and was a kid. She had requested her father not to travel regarding a court case he was fighting to outstation but Sudhir did not stay back. Why? Why was her father not that good to her? That thought always bothered her. And Arjun had stayed back whole night in jungle tending to her fever because of her leg injury.

Two people had taken such good care of her that she had forgotten this upset of hers- One her Rajveer Chachu- he was her uncle, brother, friend everything rolled into one. Second was Arjun-again she fell in love with him because of his protective nature. He was everything her father was not or he was everything she wanted in her father. Protective, strong, loving, emotional and caring.

Every girl looks for her father's qualities in her husband. Shefali had told her so once in high school. And when Arohi met Arjun he was everything she wanted her father to be but was not. Thats why she fell in love with him.

She was shocked when Arjun took the bullet for her in jungle because she was sure Sudhir would not have done that for her. There were only two people who could take a bullet for her Arjun and Rajveer. Rajveer she could understand was related to her and knew her from birth and had a close bonding with her. But Arjun, her kidnapper whom she had met not even a week back had taken a bullet to save her life. That made her fall in love with him and trust him.

loved all the parts. loved how arjun rested his head on rps lap and how rps wanted to return the gesture but didnt, wanted arjun and arohi to finally talk, maybe later.
