How can a husband always come up with "business" related excuses to his wife's questions each time even if he knows how wrong he is? Only Farid and Kabir can do so.

How long can a wife tolerate without loosing her cool? Only Natasha and Lubna can do so.


Natasha-- Go Natty! She shut her mum up and HOW?!👏

Lubna-- Poor Lubna! She was a simple, good natured woman with a simple dream--having a simple and sweet family. even though God gave her more than she ever dreamed of, she doesn't seem happy.🤔

Kabir-- Stay away from that nasaly Tamanna-- she's another Vasu! 😡 and How dare he yell at Lubna? where did his vows about being with her and keeping her happy vanish? It seems with all the material success that he has gained over the years, he has lost the most valuable thing in the world--- family. his relationship with Zulekha, his daughter, seems aloof as well from what we heard today.

Yes Amy u have interpreted it perfectly...I too felt that now Kabir is changing...he was a man who valued relationships and who gave them priority over power and success...but after seeing yesterday'e episode Kabir seems to have lost his positivity...lets see how it develops further...I wanna re-read K&A to see if the show is progressing in line with the novel...I had read it a long time ago and have forgotten it...will miss the show when it ends...I think that EK show may be taking its place..if so then Kismat should end by end of May...no confirmed news about the date of end, except that it is ending...

How true Shreya...even I was disappointed with Kabir yesterday...all said and done when compared to ARM the latter still has some ethics in his personal life...felt terribly sorry for Lubna...her words were so true...the old Kabir has gotten lost somewhere in all this success...

@Amy: LOL I enjoyed the whole episode. The beating part was good.. I think Farid deserved it all.. You can't expect to do so many wrong things and then expect to walk away scot free.

lol maybe now he can concentrate on Rihana and finish her off!!🤣 Is it just me or is she actually looking so old🤣

Thanks for the post!! Mubarak beating up Farid was a bit scary! Farid may have been bad, but he is a grown man!! And what is up with Kabir? I thought he loved Lubna!! Anyway, It was an interesting episode, as always!!

@hamavand-- I wouldn't call Kabir arrogant yet, but he's still loosing his cool somehow. And as far as i remember from K&A, Abel too had a rocky relationship with his wife and daughter. Actually, abel and his wife had legally separated according to the book. Also, if you go from one of the previous interviews from the woman who plays lubna, she said that Kabir and Lubna's relationship goes through some hard times and they separate ways but they are still husband and wife. So, i'm guessing as the years go by Kabir will grow aloof from his wife and daughter and also from himself.

the show's ending by end of may. will definitely miss it but it's better that it ends than seeing it become a drag fest.

@shreya-- Kabir disappointed you? Ahh! i see why one would feel that way. Right from the beginning, Kabir had been shown as a guy who valued relationships more than other things in contrast to ARM who valued his name and legacy (re: Mini issue). But just how ARM has been changing, so is kabir. Kabir can't get over ARM and neither can ARM get past kabir. It's not just about business rivalry...it never was between these two. It's always been something deeper..something so perplexing that even they can't explain.
@their relationships with their wives--- Oh! i like the contrast. Sapna is a smart, sophisticated woman who has grown up in that sort of world (higher class) whereas Lubna is a simple sort of woman with simple dreams. The contrast goes along with the characterization.

@Raj-- 🤣🤣🤣 I so knew it that you'd have enjoyed that part. lol Mubarak was on a rampage there!🤣 it was funny how he told Natty to go in to room and shut the door and not to come out even if she heard anything with this single expression on his face.🤣 Farid got some serious spanking there!

@telesoap-- yeah that beating part was indeed scary. How can Mubarak beat his own grown up son so ruthlessly? There's more civil ways of making the guy understand his mistakes...but then again, it's mubarak who we're talking about! lol

HAHAHA the beating up kinda surprised me! I mean we know how Mubarak works... but i SO didn't see this coming, where he beats his own blood 🤣🤣🤣

Oh I so wanna see Vicky-ARM and Zulekha-Kabir scenes and of course how Vicky-Zulekha come to be. I hope they devote ample time to that instead of giving only a week to that while wasting pointless time on Tamanna crap or Mubarak crap.
