Recap – Hussein surprises Heer on her birthday. Preet propose Heer in the party. Prem dances on a song "Mauja hi Mauja".

Part 9

Prem makes announcements and Suddenly a voice comes from behind " yeh hai meri honewali Bhabhi"…..

All look at the direction where the voice came from. A girl says "I am so sorry, Please carry on" and she leaves from the party.

Prem starts the announcement again but unfortunately stopped seeing a waiter crashed into Heer who was holding a glass of drink which fall on her dress.

Heer looks at a waiter. Waiter seeks for forgiveness.

Waiter (looking down) – I am sorry, madam.. maine jaan bhuj kar nahin kiya

Heer – koi baat nahin bhaiya..

Waiter – thank you madam

Waiter leaves. Heer asked Kulraj to show her a wash room so she could clean her clothing. Kulraj gives instructions from outside. Heer gets to the washroom and cleans her outfit. She was making her way out when Prem sees her inside so he grabs this opportunity to take a revenge for challenging him to dance. She made it half way through when all the lights go off and it's really dark. She gets tensed. She starts searching her way out but in vein. So she starts looking for a candle and matchstick and finds it later after a lot of difficulty.

She is relived and thinks to herself, "chalo ab to candle aur match dono hi mil gaye… jaldi se mai ise jala leti hoon… warna yahin na reh jaaoo"

Heer lighten the candle and take a deep breath but it blow off as the strong wind from the window occur. She gets more tensed and scared. She starts running and bumps into Prem.

Seeing Prem with her she hugs him tightly and said "achcha hua tum aa gaye, mujhe andhere se bahut hi darr lagta hai… Please mujhe chood ke mat jaana". Prem couldn't believe his ears. He was shocked hearing what Heer just said. He just looked at her, and could see how scared she was so he let go of her and lightens the matchstick.

They have an eye locking session. They were lost in their own world. It was a strange feeling that they both could feel. Both keep staring at each other until Prem gets burned by the flame of a matchstick. They both realized their position so they take few steps back in different directions. They start walking opposite side and think to themselves.

Prem thinking in his head, "yeh..yeh kaisa ehsaas tha..kyun mujhe aisa laga jaise mai kisi apne se mil raha hoon"

Heer "aaj Prem ki aankhon mein dekh kar aisa kyu mehsoos kyun hua ki jaise hum dono ek dusre ke bahut kareeb hai… "

Prem continues "humare bich yeh kaise rishta hai??"

Heer, "ek anjana sa ankaha rishta.."

They both walk back to party.

Prem asked everyone to give attention to him as he has a very important announcement to make.

Prem continues, "aaj yeh party kisi khas wajah se rakhi gayee hai.. mai aap sabka sukriyada karta hoon ki aap sab humari khushi mein shamil huye…"

Prem order one of the waiters to get the cake. As soon as the cake arrives he starts singing.

Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Heer

Heer is amazed listening to Prem's words. She is on cloud nine.

Then Preet asked Heer to cut the cake and they all sing the Happy Birthday song to her. Heer feeds the cake to her known faces and thanks everyone for the respect she had been given. Everyone wishes her. Lalit Juneja asked Prem to drop her home as it been late night.

Prem and Heer leads to his car. Prem opens a door for her in a true gentleman style. She hesitates to sit beside him but anyhow she manages to sit. Prem then get into the car and starts driving. They both are quite for little while. Prem looks at Heer who was looking outside the window.

Prem – Heer.. mai tumhe wish karna chahta hoon..

Prem continues, "A very happy birthday.. hope all your dreams come true and may you get all the happiness in life"

Heer looks at him with teary eyes. Prem stopped the car and asked her, "Hey… what happened? Tum thik to ho na".

Heer just nodded her head indicating she is fine. But Prem was not satisfied to her answer.

Prem – Batao na ki kya hua?? Kya meri koi baat se tum???

A tear rolled down from Heer's eyes after hearing Prem. Prem extends his hand to wipe her tears but stops in the midways as he thought she might not like it. Seeing him, she got a clue what he was going to do so she wipes off her tears herself.

Heer – meri kuch samaj mein nahi aa raha ki mai kya kahoon

Prem – kya kahena chahti ho??

Heer – I want to say thank you

Prem – thank you for what?? Maine aisa bhi kya kar diya

Heer – thanks for the surprise party. Tum meri khusi ka andaja nahi laga sakte… shayad tum samaj paate ki mai is waqt kaisa mehsoos kar rahi hoon… mai tumhe bata nahi sakti ki mai kitni khus hoon

Prem – sach mein tum bahut hin khus lag rahi hoo aur yeh mai achchi tarah se samaj sakta hoon kyunki……..

Heer – kyunki???

Prem – chhodo.. baad mein

Heer – thik hai.. thank you once again Prem

Prem – ab chalen?? Warna bahut der ho jaayegi..

Prem drops her home. She thanks him for the ride and goes inside the house. Everyone at her house was sleeping so she gets to her room, changes her clothes and goes to bed as she was really tired.

At Juneja's, Preet was waiting for Prem as everyone fall a sleep because of exhausted day. Preet hears a car's noise so he looked out from a window. He could see Prem. Prem come up to Preet and ask him whether he is ok or not?

Prem – aree Preet, itni raat gayee tum yaha… tumhari tabiyat to thik hai na?

Preet – Kya Prem bhai aap bhi na

Prem – arre bata na kya hua?

Preet – aap hum sab se kahin dur jaane wale ho

Prem – mai.. aap sab se dur… kyu jaaooga?

Seeing Prem confused, Preet starts giggling to himself. He was having fun teasing Prem.

Prem continues with confusion, "arre duffer batana?"

Preet – aap ne mujhe duffer kaha.. ab to mai kabhi nahi bataooga..

Prem – achcha baba thik hai… I am sorry mere pyar bhai… ab to bata

Preet - thoda aur butter lagayiye… baad mein

Prem gets angry but asked him nicely "batana"

Preet refuses to say anything right now but he promised Prem that he will definitely let him know in the morning. Prem could see the happiness in Preet's eyes. He knew it was something important and big. He couldn't wait anymore. Prem comes to his room and changes his clothes.

He thinks to himself "haay yeh raat.. kab kategi?"

Prem couldn't sleep. He is getting the same nightmare that he gets all the time. A woman running after a small child. He sees someone's bloody hands coming towards that kid. He gets up all sweaty and screaming "Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa…………………".
