Sacred Heer quickly gets out of the bed to check on Prem.
She goes to where he was lying fast asleep. She looks at him closely and notices that he was shivering. She bends down………………..and pulls up his blanket……………and then at first a little hesitant but then she puts her hand on his forhead…………………and Heer is shocked!😲
Prem was running a high fever. She tries to wake him up, tapping on his face and calling out-- Prem!............Prem…………….Prem utho Prem!................😭
Prem doesn't even stir. Heer is all panicked by then. Outside the thundering continues and so does the heavy rainfall………………………..She goes to ake up Meher………………
The next instant both of them are by Prem's side. Meher runs downstairs to call Shanno Chachi. Heer is already in tears.😭
She sobs-- Prem……………..tumhe………..tumhe kuch ho gaya toh…………….toh main bhi nahiin jii paoongi…………………Please Prem…………aankhein kholo……………..Mujhse baat karo…………..Prem………….Kuch toh kaho! (She says all disheartened and sad)
Prem still doesn't stir at all which makes Heer terribly tensed. She is relieved to see Meher with Shanno Chachi. She runs upto her and says crying-- Dekhiye naa chachi………………..Prem ko bahot tez bukhaar hai………………….Kuch kijiye naa!?😭
Shanno chachi tries to calm down Heer assuring her saying-- Tu fikr mat kar Heer…………..vo gaye hai naa docsaab ko lane…………………..abhi aate hii hongein……………tere Prem ko kuch nahiin hoga………………(and she wipes off the tears rolling down Heer's cheeks).😊
The doc comes in with Shanno chachi's husband. He examines Prem who is now lying on the cot. He gives him some injection and then says turning to Heer-- Aap inki patni hain?😉
Heer is taken aback and is quiet in shock but then she remembers Prem telling her that they had got the house for rent since he said to the landlord that they were a newly married couple…………………and Heer nods her head for a yes…………………😳😭
The doc continues giving her a sheet of paper saying-- Mainney kuch dawaaiyaan likh dee hain………………aap jaldi se inhein le aiyey………………..inse farak nahiin padta toh…………..phir inhein hospital le jaana hoga………………….😭
This upsets all four of them……………..Heer the most worried of them all……………..she controls herself and holds back her tears with great difficulty………………and without wasting anymore time……………….she quickly leaves from there………….alone to get the medicines………………………
Outside she quickly makes her way to the med store……………….and as she walked away……………all alone…………….in the night……………..the darkness outside was no match to that which gripped her heart then…………………….it was fear………………..fear to loose Prem…………….loose him forever…………………….😭

And for the first time in all these days she had known Prem……………….Heer realized…………..hoe much she ………………loved him…………..and how much she didn't want anything to happen to him…………………..
And she remembers the first time she had met him at the temple from where she had run away………………….then when she was dressed as a bride and Prem had stood for her, against the entire marriage party……………….defending her……………..believing her…………..(The song Tum hi ho palys in the background ina low sound as Heer continues to walk having flashbacks)--
Bakhuda tumhi ho,
Har jagah tumhiho,
Haan main dekhoon,
Jahan jab, uss jagah tumhi ho…………………..
Yeh jahan tumhi ho,
Vo jahan tumhi ho,
Iss zameen se falak ke darmiyaan………………

And Heer remembers when Prem had come to the jail to meet her……………….aur ussne Heer kii aankhon ka aansooon apni ungli par liya tha…………………..Then when the two had danced together on Heer's engagement party (Remember what our naughty Prem had done to dance with his lady?)……………………….Then when they had left the house……………..and then when bearish mein bheega Prem had walked upto Heer……………..(nahiin yaar he wanted the towel remember?)………………………
The song comes to and end………………and Heer thinks with tears in her eyesas she walked briskly towards the med store (which was in vicinity by now)…………………….Prem………….maa bauji ke chale jaane ke baad……………ek tum hi toh ho………….jiske zindagi mein aane se…………..mujhe aisa lagne laga hai……………….kii haan koi mera apnaa bhi hai………………..Jiske kaandhe pe sirr rakh main ro sakti hoon………………jisse apne dil kaa haal bayaan kar sakti hoon………………
She continues to think-- Koi aisa…………….jo mujhe jaanta hai…………….samjhta hai………….mujhse………….pyaar karta hai……………Haan Prem tumhi ho…………Tum hi meri zindagi ho Prem………………….mera sab kuch ho…………..aur main tumhe kuch nahiin hone doongi…………………Kuch nahiin………………..(Hee thinks determined as she entered the med store).
There Shanno chachi's husband had gone with the doc while she and Meher stood there waiting for Heer to come back soon.
Prem stirs a little, which alarms Meher instantly and she goes upto him.
Prem is mumbling weakly-- Heer……………….Heer……………..
Meher calls out to Shanno chachi who comes by Prem's side and embraces his forehead…………wiping off the beads of perspiration……………relieved that his fever was better now………………………….
Prem continues to stie and then………………….he suddenly gets up calling out loudly-- Heeeeeeeeer!
They both look at Prem shocked who is feeling a little dizzy and very weak…………………..taking a second to clear up his mind………………..He then turns to ask Shanno chachi-- Heer……………Heer kahaan hai chachi?
Shano chachi tells him to relax and that Heer hhad gone out to bring medicens for him.
Prem is alarmed and he gets up from the cot instantly saying-- Kya?..............Itni……………(He feels dizzy and weak and loses his balance and in order to not to fall down he sits back and continues)…………….Itni raat ko……………Heer baahar gayi hai………………..aur vo bhi akele?!...................Main abhi jaata hoon…………….usse laane…………………
Kaisa laga.
Jaldi batao.
And haan my new avtaar kaisa laga yeh bhi batan.
