No way how can I be fed of you. I believe my readers including you deserve
the big round of applause 👏 and not me but thank you so much. As a
matter of fact I will be updating very soon again and I don't mind you asking
me too at all as I love writing for you guys 😊 and I don't do it under any
sort of pressure at all.

Hey Guys,

First of all, I'm sorry for not updating, after Sunday. Its just, I had exams which as of today are over yay 😛!!! I'll be updating regularly from now on. I promise 😳. This part is dedicated to all you ppl. Enjoy!

The next day Preet and Meher who had hit it of by then spent the day together. Meher gave Preet a tour of the town on which Balraaj and Teji joined them too on the pretense of leaving Prem and Heer alone. Since their little confrontation last night, Heer hadn't been able to get any sleep and neither had Prem. He felt that he had been to hard on her. She was right in reacting the way that she did. Any girl would. Prem was unaware of the fact that he and Heer were home alone and that this was a golden opportunity to talk to her and perhaps apologize. Instead he preferred to spend the day in his room in solitude.

That was until Heer herself came to him. The silence they shared spoke enough for them to remain quiet. Although they both truly wanted to apologize to one another, they couldn't find the words to do so.

"Kuch chahiye kya Heer? Prem asked getting to the point. He wouldn't let his emotions take over. Not this time at least. He had to be firm and strong with Heer until he found out how she felt about him, about them and most importantly about their alliance. The last thing he would want would be for her to sacrifice her happiness for him and her parents.

"Nayi woh sab bahar gaye hain na toh maine socha aap seh baat karne ka acha mauqa hai" she mumbled really quickly.

"Heer, I don't need for the two of us to be alone in order to talk to you. Ab toh hum sab keh saamne hi baat kareinge." Prem stated, the anger evident in his tone.

"Prem listen, I'm sorry for last night. Mujhe galat mat samjho." she tried to apologize.

Instead of accepting her apology Prem couldn't help but voice his opinion on the matter "Maine kab tumhe galat samjha Heer. Galat to tumne mujhe samja tha."

But before this intense conversation could progress further, everyone else was back, exhausted after their day out. Teji became busy with housework and Meher for a change helped her. Whilst Prem and Preet challenged Balraaj to a chess game. Throughout all this Heer felt so alone and ignored. How could she have hurt Prem? One thing she was sure of was that she didn't do it intentionally. He was her prince charming. She had waited for him all these years. But why were there doubts in her mind regarding Prem?

Balraaj being the great chess player he was beat Prem and Preet easily. They then decided to take a walk around the house. Preet excused himself as he had the feeling that Balraaj wanted to talk to Prem but who knew for once Prem would be doing all the talking. Unfortunatley the topic of marriage didn't come up like Balraaj had wanted it too. But it did later once again at the dinner table.

"Uncle, main Heer seh kuch baat karna chaahta hoon. Agar aap ijazat dein toh." Prem asked for permission.

"Haan...haan kyun nahi beta. Heer, Prem ko apne kamre mein lejao. Udhar araam seh baat karlena." Balraaj suggested to his daughter who by now was quite apprehensive of what Prem was going to do or say.

"Nahi hum idhar hi baat karlenge. Kahin jaane ki zaroorat nahi." Prem added.

"Acha beta hum sab living room mein chalte hain. Tum dono baat karke ajaana." Balraaj agreed.

"Ruk jaye, aap sab ke saamne hi main Heer seh baat karna chaahta hoon. Akele mein nahi." Prem announced shocking everyone to their wits. Both Balraaj and Teji felt that Prem was going to refuse to marry Heer for some odd reason. Meher and Preet didn't understand what was going on and Heer just stood there like a statue.

"Jaise keh yahaan sab ko pata hai, bachpan mein hi aapne aur Bauji neh mera aur Heer ka rishta paka kar diya tha. I have no objection to this marriage. Lekin main ye jaan na chaahta hoon keh kya Heer bhi poori tarha seh raazi hai. Kya woh khush hai? I don't want anyone to force her into anything especially not into marrying me." he assured Balraaj and Teji.

When Heer did not answer, Teji felt the need to do so before Prem got any wrong ideas "Beta, Heer toh bachpan seh hi tumhare sapne dekhti ayi hai. Use bhala kaisa ateraaz hoga." she answered on her daughter's behalf.

"Lekin main yeh Heer keh moon se suna chaahta hoon aunty. Aaj sirf Heer bolegi. Aur koyi nahi."

This eventually forced Heer to speak up and she very firmly expressed her opinion on this marriage making it extremely clear that she had no objection to marrying Prem. Once Heer had spoken up, Prem was fully reassured. Everyone went back too mingling with each other. The atmosphere was once again calm. Everyone had now shifted to the living room where they sat and talked to each other. Soon however, Prem got up-to leave and that too quite suddenly.

"Are beta Prem kahan jaa rahe ho?" Teji asked.

"Ji woh coffee....coffee chahiye thi." he stuttered with his words.

"Yeh kya keh rahe ho beta. Coffee chahiye toh main banaa laati hoon na. Tum bhala kyun banaoge." a shocked Teji asked.

"Aunty, Bhaiyya aise hi hain. Sab kuch khud karte hain. He's not going to agree. Aap inko jaane hi dein." Preet interrupted knowing how his PB was.

"Aise kaise jaane de Teji isko, acha chalo ek shart par, Heer beta tum Prem keh saath jao." Balraaj butted in.

Heer unwillingly went with Prem to their kitchen. She didn't want to be alone with him once again. She trusted him fully but couldn't face him after the way she had treated him the night before.

"Tum peyogi kya?" Prem asked finally breaking the silence between them. He had noticed Heer had been quite lost in her thoughts and that too for quite some time now.

"Huh? Um....nahi mujhe nahi chaahiye. Lekin aap mujhe dein main banaadeti hoon."

"Aise kaise.....itni mushkil keh baad toh yahaan tak pohuncha hoon. Mujhe laga tum ab toh mera saath dedogi. Lekin tum ho keh"

However before he could continue, Heer interrupted him "Acha baba...khud banaalein. Main kuch nahi kahoongi." she gave in as there was no point arguing with Prem over this. She couldn't help but wonder whether Prem would allow her to make him coffee after they got married. Boy, did she have a wild imagination right?

"Tum fikr mat karo. Shaadi ke baad tumhe main banaane doonga. No need to worry okay?" he said as if he had read her mind. Had she been thinking out loud or did he know her better than she knew herself.

"Ji?" she replied staring at him intently.

"Well at the moment I'm, on vacation. Koyi kaam bhi nayi hai. Lekin shaadi keh baad toh main ghar bhetne waala nahi na?" he joked once again whilst explaining the situation to Heer.

"Ji." was all she said in return once again.

"You know Heer I always thought I was really shy lekin tum to mujh seh bhi zyaada sharmaati ho." Prem was tired of listening to the same response each time and thought it was time to bring her back to reality. But even that didn't affect her and all she said once again was "Ji".

He was beginning to get annoyed now. Was she even listening to him? All she had been doing since they had entered the kitchen was staring at the marble floor. Still there was something about her that intrigued him. Was it that strand of hair covering half her face. Without thinking once he reached out for it and tucked it behind her ear. Heer couldn't believe how much happiness this gesture of his had brought her. She couldn't help but blush intently and with Prem so close to her, almost towering over her petit figure, she couldn't run away this time either.
