what i predicted came true...but i never predicted this emotional athyachar on prem 😡...why the hell she had poison if she knows he is alright and he loves her... she wants him to be with that dirty jia or what???🥺 🥺 🥺 🥺😲...you become another ekta to give these many twists...cant wait ...update asap.

Chapter 18

In Hospital...!!!

Prem- DOCTOR.. DOCTOR...!!!! ( likea mad.. roaming here and there, tears are fllowing... )

Doctor and Nurses...- dont shout this is hospitall...!!!!

Prem- Please Dekho na meri heer ko kya ho gaya hai... Please dekho issko... ( catchs Doctors hand and drags him to heer's bed...) dr, dekho please...

Doctor looks at.. thik hai aap bhar jaye... DR. POROMA Tasnim ko bulawo jake..!!

Prem- Nai Nai.. !! mein yehi rahunga. please.. dekho aap.. PLEASE...

DR. Poroma comes -- Look Mr, this is rule , and u cant break it if u want her to treat us.??

Prem- Dekhiye... Dr.. yeh meri patni hai.. isko agar kuch ho gaya toh.. Dr. please appp

Dr Poroma - c App sambhalye aapne aap ko .. trust me.. our team will try the best to make her fine .. bt for that.. u have to co-operate..!!! please go...

Prem slowly moves out looking at heer...

He is in corridor shattered in tears and pain standing still there..

Family- Prem...?? kya hua Heer ko...??? Yhe sab kaise...

Prem ( Breaks down in tears again when he sees bauji there.. he quickly runs and hugs him...

Prem- Bauji...!! ( starts crying)

Bauji- Prem.. baas beta.. sambhal aapne aapnko.. ( makes him sit on chair)

Prem- ( crying and saying) Heer ko kcuh ho gaya? woh.. andar hai...?? dr vi kuch nai kehe rahi.. Dr Poroma... ne bahar nikal diya mujh ko? bauji.. heer thik hogi ??? woh

Bauji- Haa... bilkul.. heer ko kuch nai hoga.. tu sambhal aapne aap ko...!!

Prem continues crying and family member are tensed...!!!

Dr. poroma comes out by talking to her assistant... seeing Her Prem quickly gets up and goes to her...

Prem- Heer.. woh thik ho gayi... mein jau andar.. Tries to go in..??

Dr. Poroma- Nai...!! wait...!!! we are trying...!! zeher puri unnki body mein phel chuki hai.. so its difficult...!!

Prem looks Poroma with wide eyes and all family members are shock..!!

Prem- Lekin..?? how can u say that? toh nikalo ZEHER jaldi se... DR kis liye bani hai aap?

Dr.Poroma- aacha.. if u font trust me and my team the TAKE IT ( hand over the stethoscope of her to prem's hand in anger ) go and treat ur heer urself..!!!

Prem looks at stethoscope and tears flows.. and says- nai,.! m sorry.. dekhye please..!! i m sorry.. please take this and treat her please.. Heer

bauji- Dr,. Poroma, please sorry...!! please meri bahu ko bacha lijye.. Woh dono ek dusre se bohut pyar karte hai.. nai jee paye ga yeh agar uusko kuch ho gaya toh..!!

Dr.Poroma- M trying my best Rest ... ( pauses) and thinks ( sab SANJU KE hath me hai...!!) and moves from there taking deep breath...!!!

Prem sits in chair lifelessly...!!!

Meher- zEHEr... bt Dii ko zeher kis ne diya??? i mean Zeher kaise???

everyone is very much tensed...!!!!

Prem- ok. i m going..?/

Heer- jana jaruri hai...??

Prem- hmm.. preet ke liye jana padega na..??

heer- kab aawoge...??

Prem- Umm.. soch raha hu.. wapas hii na aauu...??

heer- (shcioked)- kyaaa????

Prem ( adjusting his coat) - orr nai toh kya? mein yaha wapas aate hii.. fASI ka fanda jo lagne wala hai?

Heer- Kya matlab?

Prem- aaree meri bholi bhali Heer.. aab SADHI FASI KA DAnda se kaam thodi hai...??? hahahha

Heer looks at him in anger,,,

heer- aacha.. toh maine kaha tha.. mere piche aane ko? Tum hii mere piche aaye thy.. mein nai... samjheee...???

Prem- ha ha.. wohi toh pachta raha huu abb.. meine toh yuhi time pass ke liye socha tha... baat sadhi tak puch gayi..?? uff,, poor me???? ( makes puppy face)

heer looking at him in anger...

Prem- ( looking at mirrior and adjusting his hair and talking ) mein ek kaam karta hu...??? mein na sadhi ke liye aata hii nai...??? aur tum uusii madap me... kisi aur ke sath sadhi kar lena... tab Problem solve...?? wht say? ( turn around.. and sees heer's tears flowing down the eyes)

prem feels sorry and Goes near her and hugs her tightly..

Prem - Mein mazak kar raha tha... I m sorry... !!! ( cups her face )

heer- ( by crying only) .. Mein tumare bina nai rehe sakti...!! (drags his collor in anger.) Dubara kavi yesa kaha na.. toh.. mein sach kehe rahi hu... Zeher ka bottle uutha ke Pee lungi.. phir Tum karna kisis aur se sadhi...???

Prem ( SHouts) - HEErrr..??? ( angrily) . bt hugs her again tightly...!!!! Heer to Hugs him,...!!!!

Prem- ( breaking the hug and wiping his tears) - aacha mein chalta hu,.,.. !! aur apni heer ko dulhan bana ke le jaunga...!!!

Heer- ( smiles shyly)- haa.. jawo...!! dil ko thandak puch gayo hogi na mujhe rulake..!!!

Prem ( holding his ears)- sorry...!!!

heer- ( bings his hand down)- SMILES.. Go now... Tumari dulhan tumara intazar kar rahi hai...!!

Prem- aur mein BYE BYEE KISS ka...!!! chalo.. give now... ( forwards his lips to heer lips holding by her waist..!!

Prem feels Hand on shoulder , PREMmm...!!! which makes prem comes in sense and sees Bauji hand on His shoulder... , Looks up bauji and tears rolls down...!!!

Bauji Hugs him...
Prem- Meri waje se yeh sab hua hai...!! meine heer ka yeh haldt ki? meine...?? ( cries)

Bauji- nai Beta...!!! deraj rakh...!!! aavi aavi preet ne DR POROMA ke bare me.. GOOGLE kiya hai.. she is very Excellent DR. m sure she wont let anything happen to Our HEER..!!!

Prem is still crying in Bauji's ARM...!!!

Ther comes DR. Poroma... and Then...

DR. Poroma- MR. Juneja????

Prem and bauji Gets Up - Kyaa? kya hua? Heer thik hai na... ( prem says)

DR. Poroma- (Very akwardly)- WOh...!!!! u come and meet her.. she is still unconscious and m extremely sorry to say... ... umm.. she have less time withher..!!

Prem FACE ( pause ) in BLACK IN WHITE mode ???? BAUJI FACE AND OTHER FACES ALSO PAUSES IN BLACK IN WHITE MODE... !!!!!

Prem slowly goes near DR. Poroma.- Lekin.. aap toh bohut badi dr. hai na..?? poison specialist..?? toh mere heer ke case mein aap yesa kiase kehe sakti hai? ( shouts) HOW DARE U ?????

Dr. poroma ( Little aback with prem's loud voice)- look Mr. juneja... it was extreamly late u u get her here.. she had taken the poision in Morning so... ?? ( takes deep breath) I am sorry.. i couldnt...?? sorry ( puts her hand on Prem's shoulder and Moves)

PREM KNEELS down Lifelessly... and then
