Months passed. Prem was the strength for Heer during the time of her treatment. His love brought Heer back to life. Doctor shook Prem's hand 'Mrs. Juneja is perfectly normal. No need to worry Mr. Juneja.' Prem happily 'thanks. Thanks a lot.' Dr. 'But envery 6 months she has to undergo few test.' Prem face became sad. Dr. 'it just a formality.' Prem smiled. Dr Pat his upper arm and walked away handing over the reports in his hand. Prem thanked God with heart full of happiness.

Heer sitting in her room cried. She thought 'I doubted Prem. That is why God has given me this punishment. I have to fulfil my promise to ma. Prem, I thought I can die after handing over Chahat to you. Now I have to live without. I can't live without you. Still i have to. I'm sorry Prem.' Heer recalled how Prem took care of her during the treatment. Like a mother he was giving strength to her. She know its cruel to leave him. But she respects her mother-in-law as her mother and wants to obey to her words.

Hearing Prem's foot step, she quickly wiped her tears. She kept her face smiling so that he won't guess anything. Prem entered the room 'Heer', she is sitting in the dark. He switched on the light. 'why are you sitting in the dark Heer.' He placed file on the side. He jumped happily next to Heer on to the bed. 'Heer'. Heer gave him a smile.

Prem looked at her face 'why are you crying Heer?' Heer 'who? Me' she rubbed her cheeks with her palm 'no.' Prem 'Heer, don't lie. I can read your face.' He leaned on the board pulling her to lean on him. He put his hand around her. She leaned herself back on him. He rested his chin on her shoulder and kissed her cheeks 'why are you crying?' Heer 'its tears of happiness.' Prem teased 'oh'. Heer tilted her head slightly on his shoulders. 'ha Prem, God is merciful and gave me one more life.' Prem pushed aside her hair falling between his cheek and hers. 'ya. He wants us to live happily with Chahat.' He rubbed his cheek on hers 'just now i met the Dr. He said you are perfectly alright.' Heer tearfully 'all because of you.' Prem ordered 'Heer, stop crying. I don't want to see your tears.' Heer 'i'm happy.' Prem 'tears are not the only way to express your happiness.' He started placing kisses on her cheek. She didn't stop him. She enjoyed as its going to be her last chance to feel his love. She tilted her head further back so that he can kiss her neck. Tears ran down side of her eyes. She pulled his hands around her more tight. Prem without hurting her went on kissing.

Prem opened his eyes. He felt something missing. He realised Heer is not on his chest. He looked next to him. Heer place is empty. He stretched his hand 'Heeer'. He got up 'where is she?' He looked for Chahat. She is also not there. 'Where is Heer gone?' He stretched his hands 'she just got okay. immediately she started her routines. She will never change.' He got out of the bed. He went to washroom to take shower. 'i wanted to see her face.' He brushed his teeth 'Heer' he took a deep breath. He smiled looking himself in mirror. 'my love my life everything for me.'

Prem came out of the washroom. He got tensed thinking 'where is she? Who asked her to go to Kitchen.' He shouted wearing his shirt 'Heer'. Still didn't get any response from Heer. 'Heeer'.

Prem opened his room door with full of anger. He stopped in his pace.

Prem stopped seeing Heer infornt of him. Chahat in her one hand and his favourite cake another hand. Heer loudly wished 'Happy birthday Prem.' On behalf of Chahat. She shouted 'Happy birthday papa.' He forgot today is his birthday. He returned a thanks smile but he is concerned about Heer. He is not happy about Heer with Chahat and Cake in her both hands. Prem 'Heer, what is this?' he took Chahat from his hand 'how did you managed to claim stairs holding Chahat and Cake in your hand.' He put his hand around her shoulder. He kissed Heer first 'thanks dear.' Then he kissed Chahat 'thank you beta.' Chahat giggled in the happiness of her father's kiss. He closed the door.

Heer kept the cake in a small table and sat in the couch. Heer looked at Prem who is closing the door. She want to be with Prem on his birthday. After their marriage they never got the chance to celebrate his birthday or their wedding day. They celebrated her birthday inbetween so much misunderstanding between them. Even then Prem made it memorable for her. Today is the chance for her to enjoy Prem's birthday. Its time for her to leave him. She will never get a chance to be with him on his birthday. In her life they are not going to celebrate their wedding day together at all. Tears threatened to come out of her eyes.

She quickly decided to divert her mind so that she won't get tears. Prem settle next to Heer in the couch with Chahat. Heer 'ha cut the cake. I want to eat.' Prem 'what? You want to eat. Today my birthday. So i'll eat the entire cake.' Heer 'no.' Prem 'no' Chahat looked at her parents arguing for cake. She clapped and laughed making baby noise. Prem and Heer stopped and looked Chahat. Both burst into laugh. Prem handed Chahat to Heer. Prem lit the candle. He blew out the flame. He closed his eyes asked for a wish. Chahat is eagerly looking at her father with a wide open mouth. Heer waited patiently until he placed the knife on the cake. She started singing 'Happy birthday' song clapping chahat's hands.

Prem took one piece of cake. He gave to Heer. Heer took big piece and stuffed into his mouth. She enjoyed him eating that piece with great difficulty. Chahat too expected some small piece watching her father eating. Prem and Heer together gave her a taste of cake. They just rubbed a sweetness into her mouth. Chahat is happy.

Prem hugged Heer. He took Chahat in his hand and kept her on his lap. He sat adjusting himself closer to Heer. 'Heer, actually i forgot today is my birthday.' Heer seriously 'is it so? I don't know that. I wasted one cake.' Prem 'what?' Heer 'ha. I thought you will ask for a cake and scold me for forgetting you bday.' Prem 'Heeer'. Heer 'Premmm'. Prem put his hand around her waist 'okay. I liked your surprise but where is my gift?' Heer 'gift?' Prem 'ha gift.' Heer sadly complained 'you ordered me not to go outside. Even this cake, i asked Kuldi to order one from a shop. I wanted to make for you.' Prem 'for me your health is important.' Heer 'then why are you asking gift. How will I go outside ignoring your.' She kissed his cheek 'loving order.' Prem smiled 'you need not to go outside to get an gift.' Heer confused. Prem 'you can give it here.' Heer 'is it? What do you want? Tell me. I'll give you.' Prem 'sure.' Heer 'ha sure.' Prem looked at her very lovingly. Heer understood his intention. Prem 'you should not refuse later.' Heer 'i won't. Promise. I fulfil your request. Today your birthday. So granted.' She happily announced 'anything and everything.' Prem is about to ask her sweet night with him.

Angel interrupted him 'this is the perfect time. Ask her a promise.' Prem thought 'what?' angel 'don't you want her to be with you all the time.' Prem understood. Heer 'Prem ask me what do you want.' Prem 'i want i want.' Heer shyly 'ha you want'. Prem is confused 'will she accept it?' Angel warned 'you won't get chance again.' Prem looked at Heer lovingly 'Heer,' he moved to her more closer 'Heer, first promise me. You will give me what ever i ask for.' Heer took his hand and promised 'pakka promise. I won't say no to your request today.' She smiled 'today not only now. Whole day what ever you ask i'll give you.' Heer thought 'this is the only thing i can give it to you. This is my last chance.' Prem gained strength 'okay. i trust your promise.' Heer 'good Mr. Juneja. Now what is your wish.' Prem 'i want you to be with me rest of your life.' Heer is shocked. Prem reminded her 'you promised.' Heer confusingly 'but' she stopped with tears thinking 'you are asking something which i can't do.' Prem 'i don't want to see your tears. I want to here 'yes' from your mouth.' Heer shook her head positively 'ha Prem. I'll be with you.' Prem 'me and Chahat.' Heer 'ha with you and Chahat.' Prem 'in any situation you will not leave me and Chahat.' Heer 'ha promise.' Prem hugged her and kissed 'thanks Heer.' Heer didn't have strength to refuse his wish as she already promised to fulfil his wish.

Heer 'but Prem. I'm confused.' Prem saw Chahat sleeping in his hand. 'one second.' He went to place Chahat in bed. Heer is confusingly staring at Prem. Prem returned to Heer 'come Heer.' he pulled her on to his chest. Heer kept her head on his chest 'Prem, i'm scared.' Prem kissed her head 'why? I'm with you. You don't have to worry about anyone.' Heer thought 'but how will i manage ma. She will get angry. She is already angry on me becasue i asked you divorce.'

Prem 'Heer, we are leaving to India next week.' Heer sat straight 'what?' Prem confused 'don't you want to go back to India.' He teased 'you like our India.' Heer 'but Prem.' Prem closed her mouth 'no need to worry i said.' Heer really scared. She thought as she is going to stay away from ma in another country, she won't get a chance to meet her. Now returning back to India will end up meeting ma. Prem cupped her face. Heer like a fearful kid looked at him. Prem placed a kiss on her forehead 'we are going to stay in separate house with kuldi and kids.' Heer shocked 'why? What happened to our house? Where is ma and bapuji?' Heer is not aware of the incident happened in India.

Prem caressed her cheek 'Heer, don't panic. Ma is not happy about bringing out Nihal out of Veera's case. She believes Nihal is reason behind Veera's death. So now ma is with Harman and Maya. Even bapuji is in Delhi with Preet and Meher.' Heer confusingly 'i agree ma's anger. But why all of them went away from her.' Prem gave a thoughtful look then continued 'all got angry because ma gave priority to punishing Nihal instead of saving you.' Heer understood ma wanted her to die in that disease. Heer is not shocked to hear that. She understood ma is determined to keep her away from Prem. Prem 'Heer, i know this is a shocking news to you. Forget ma. We have our family. Concentrate in our own life. Oneday ma will understand everything.' Heer shook her head with a hope. Now her feared increased. But she decided to stick to promise which she gave to Prem now. She thought 'instead of respecting a lady who wanted to kill her, its good to fulfil Prem's wish for the reason he saved her from death.'

Prem took her hand 'i'll promise you Heer. i wont repeat my previous mistake. I'll trust you and be with you in any situation.' Heer smiled with tears. Prem 'but you should not hide anything from me.' Heer 'i'll not.' Prem is happy. Both hugged happily. Prem 'i'm so happy Heer.' he started placing feather kisses on her face. Heer enjoyed but stopped him when he was about to go deeper.

Prem disappointed 'why Heer?' Heer 'i'm hungry.' Prem 'sorry Heer. I forgot.' Prem really felt bad as Heer has to take food and tablets promptly. He quickly got up. 'you stay here. I'll bring the breakfast for you.' Heer 'no hurry.' Prem 'no Heer, already late.' He ran downstairs to bring breakfast for her. Heer shouted looking at the way Prem hurriying down the stairs 'Prem careful.'

Heer silently sat until he returned. She is oneside happy to be with Prem and Chahat. Otherside she is scared to face Gay3.

Maya 'ma, your plan flopped.' Gay3 'what are you telling about?' Maya 'you wanted to keep Heer away from Prem. But that didn't happen.' Gay3 'i never fail in my mission.' Maya 'Prem and Heer are returning to India trow.' Gay3 'i wont' allow Heer to enter this house.' Maya 'they are not staying here. Raj mamu has given them their mothers share of house in Ambala.' Gay3 'anyway they are going to be here. But Heer defeintely won't return with Prem.' Maya 'how come you are so sure.' Gay3 'i have done such a big thing to stop Heer.' Maya wants to know what is the secret behind Gay3's confidence but Gay3 is very much careful. Maya understood Gay3 did something to keep Heer out of Prem.
