Heer saw blurred image of Prem standing in front of her with their 2 month old daughter in his hand. She managed to smile. She thought 'Prem, finally I handed over our Chahat to you. I know you will be happy with our chahat. Sorry Prem I can't be with you. I'm thankful to God for letting me see this wonderful scene before I leave this world.' She felt as if she is moving into another world. She want to talk to Prem before leaving this world. But she found hard to open her mouth. She felt like flying somewhere. She thought 'please God i want to talk to Prem for a second. Prem I'm sorry for hurting you. I love you Prem. Our Chahat will bring happiness to you.' She fought hard to keep herself awake. She want to see her Prem and chahat one more time. She want to feel his touch. She want to touch her daughter. She saw an angel standing near her with a sweet smile. She know angel is there to take her away from her Prem and Chahat. She tried hard to keep her eyes open. But she failed. Her closed her eyes. Her lips murmured which she herself hardly heard. And she became silent.

Prem walked to Heer with their daughter. He sat next to her. Holding Chahat close to his with his one hand and with another he gently caressed Heer's cheek. He leaned forward and kissed her forehead. He leaned back on his seat. An air hostess helped him to keep Chahat properly on his chest. She checked the belt. Prem ' Thanks.' Doctors checked Heer's pulse before giving a nod to flight crew.

Prem took out his mobile 'Dad, everything fine. We are starting.' Lalit 'okay beta. We are praying. You will surely return with Heer.' Prem with tears 'thanks Dad.' Lalit with tears of hope disconnected the line. Prem switched off the mobile.

Prem looked at Chahat who is busy staring around. He caressed her cheek and kissed her forehead. He prayed silently 'God, Please give back my Heer. I'll keep her happy. I'll not do anything which hurts her. Our Chahat needs her mother. Please God. I'll do anything for my Heer.' Prem hoped God has heard his prayer. An Angel standing behind them smiled. Chahat looked at an angel over her father's shoulder and smiled putting her finger into her mouth. Chahat happy giggling gave assurance to Prem that his prayers were heard by God. He wiped his tears. He hugged her daughter close to his heart resting his lips on her little head with love.

Pilot 'sir, we got the clearance to fly.' Prem 'ya. We are ready.' Pilot went back to his cabin. Others rested in their seat. Elderly medical women who is sitting on the other side of Heer placed her hand on Heer's head and whispered some prayer before this small private flight started rolling its wheels. Prem hugged her daughter tightly with his one hand and held Heer's in the other.

As this small private flight headed towards US, Prem leaned back and recollected things happened in past 11 months. It was a painful months for him. Many things which they never dreamt happened in their life. He couldn't believe anything. Heer who never does anything to hurt him torn his heart into pieces. He agrees the mistake. He won't have done it if he was in conscious. He is confused about how he slept with Ash. He is drunk too much after he saw Heer with Rajveer and don't remember anything

Everything changed after Heer left him. He lost interest in living. He cursed himself for doing such a big mistake to hurt Heer. Prem want to bring back Heer at any cost. But his mother Gay3 asked him to be quiet for some time. She gave assurance Heer will return soon to him. Two months passed. Oneday his mother shipra's brother Raj and his wife Madhuri came to their house. It was a surprise for junejas. After shipra's death there was no contact between two families. Lalit happily invited them. Raj invited them for his daughter Sanjana's marriage in Delhi. Lalit agreed. Raj personally wanted Prem and kulraj to be there as they are the only members reminding Shipra now. Lalit also agreed on behalf of Prem.

After they left Gay3 'Prem, if you don't want to attend the marriage you stay here. I can understand you feeling beta.' Prem 'I don't want to come their without Heer ma.' Gay3 pat his shoulders in comfort and went to pack for their journey. Kulraj who was listening from outside came to Prem. 'Prem, Raj mamu has personally invited us. Ignoring his invitation is like insulting our mother.' Prem 'but di. How can i face our relatives there? Everyone will be asking about Heer. She didn't care about me and left me alone to answer all these.' Kulraj 'Prem, are you blaming Heer?' Prem 'no di. I did the mistake. But i love Heer. She knows that. Why she left me like this? I'm dying here. Can't she feel my heart.' He broke into tears. 'i'm not coming di.' He turned to face the wall. Kulraj 'okay. I'll Heer that Prem is not interested in you anymore.' Prem turned with a shock 'di, Heer' he blabbered in excitement. 'di you spoke to Heer when? Where?' kulraj stopped him 'wait wait. Relax. So many question.' Prem 'di, please' kulraj 'Prem, Heer is in Raj mamu's house.' Prem happily 'is it/ how she know' Kulraj interrupted 'Heer went to Delhi. There she met Raj mamu. She don't know about our relationship. Thinking her as orphan they allowed them to stay in their house. Oneday Mathuri mami saw Heer talking to your picture. Then she enquired Heer. She found out Heer is your wife.' Prem unbelievably happy. Kulraj 'this is called God's plan. God wants you both togther' Prem shook his head 'i'm coming.' Kulraj 'good boy. Can i help you in packing?' Prem 'no i'll manage.' Kulraj smiled and walked out of the room.

Raj asked Junejas to be there before two days. But Gay3 suggested pointing Prem's state delayed the visit. Kulraj went a day before. Gay3 couldn't stop her as she is married and has the right to take her own decision. Lalit also insisted Kulraj to leave early as she has to all the rituals in the place of her mother Shipra. Kulraj as soon as reached her mamu's house updated about Heer. Prem didn't spoke to Heer to give her surprise. He beleived Heer too want to say everything personally.

Prem with his family members entered the marriage house. Prem eyes were searching for Heer. Knowing his intention Madhuri 'beta Prem, first you go and meet Sanjana. She wants to see you.' Kulraj dragged him towards bride room. Raj and Madhuri invited other family members. Prem is so excited and saw Heer talking to Sanjana happily. Prem looked at her smiling face. Heer sensing Prem's presence looked around. Prem thought smiling 'she senses me before i enter.' Heer saw Prem standing at a distance. Some dancers were dancing and singing inside the room. Heer got up and rushed towards Prem. Prem stepped forward. Heer was stopped by a dancer and dragged to dance floor. Heer carefully placed some steps. Prem felt Heer is cautious in moving her body. Prem confused. Heer managed to escape from dancers and forwarded towards to Prem.

Madhuri 'Prem, come you have to do this with Kulraj.' Prem smiled 'ha mami. Heer.' Madhuri 'ha Heer has to join you.' She called 'Heer, you too come beta.' Raj 'madhuri 'you bring Heer.' Madhuri went to Heer where as Raj dragged Prem to Sanjana. Raj introduced Prem to Sanjana. Prem and Sanjana were happily talking. Prem looked for Heer. Sanjana teased 'Bhabi won't go anywhere.' Prem shyly smiled. Sanjana 'bhaiya, don't allow her to leave again.' Prem 'no i won't.'

Time passed Heer didn't come at all. Prem and Kulraj finished all the ritual. Raj 'Madhuri, where is Heer?' Madhuri 'Gay3 is bringing her.' After some time Heer came and stood next to Prem. Heer participated with Prem. But Prem sensed her smile and happiness gone. Prem thought 'suddenly what happened to Heer? She was happy few minutes back.'

When again the dancers dragged them together, Heer refused firmly. Prem put his hand around her waist and guided her towards another room. He saw sweat on her face. With his hand kerchief he lovingly pressed over her forehead. 'still hands around her waist clearing her sweat 'how are you Heer?' Heer 'fine. Prem, i'm sorry.' Prem closed her mouth 'i love you Heer.' Heer avoided looking his eyes 'Prem, if it true.' Prem 'what is the doubt Heer?' Heer still looking away 'i want divorce from you.' Prem shocked. 'Heer, i came to take you with me. I can't' Heer nervously interrupted 'Prem, i don't want to live with you.' Prem 'look at my face Heer.' Heer refused. Prem inched forward to her face 'Please Heer come with me. Give any punishment. But don't leave me.' Heer 'Prem' she came out of his hand and looked down 'Prem, i'll normally behave with you until we leave this house. I promised Sanjana that i'll stand with you while she leaves for her husband house. I come with you. That is only for Raj mamu and mami. After that i want divorce.' Heer went out of room wiping her tears. Prem stared at her leaving. 'why Heer is reacting like this? If she wants divorce then why she has tears?'

Gay3 looked at confused Prem 'what happened Prem?' Prem told everything. Gay3 'Prem, now stay normal. We'll discuss about it later.' Prem accepted as it is not a time to shed tears in a wedding house. But he is confused about Heer's sudden change. He saw happiness when he saw her while entering the room. Within few minutes what happened to her? Prem participated in the entire ceremony with all these confusions.

After marriage Sanjana went to her husband house. Raj and Madhuri is happy to hand over Heer to Prem. Madhuri 'Prem beta, many more happiness on the way. Keep Heer happy.' Prem nodded. Raj pat his back with some happiness. Prem is confused 'are they hinting something? But Heer reaction.' Heer came back to juneja mansion. Gay3 asked Kulraj to take arti. Gay3 whispered to Prem 'give what she wants. Her happiness is important to us.'

Prem agreed to give divorce. Heer was living with him but as a stranger to everyone. She eats alone. Sleeps away from Prem in same room. Meher tried to convince her sister. Preet tried his level best to change Heer. Nothing worked out. She kept herself away from everyone including her sister. Prem found difficult to understand. He accepted it as punishment. But divorce. He tried way to keep Heer with him. Harman gave confidence 'bhiya, family court won't allow you to separate before 6 months. They will insist to stay together for 6 more months.' Prem 'i'll surely able to change Heer within 6 months.'

Now they shifted to Delhi as Heer didn't liked Ambala house.

Prem entered the room and found Heer lying unconscious on the floor. He screamed 'Heeer'. Hearing his scream entire family members gathered in their room. Kulraj sprinkled water on Heer's face. Heer got up. Heer looked at worried family members face. 'nothing. I'm okay.' Prem helped her to get. He let her to bed. Gay3 pushed everyone out of the room and gave a look to Heer before leaving the house. Heer realised Prem is sitting next to her stroking her hair. Heer 'Prem, i' okay. Just felt dizzy.' Prem 'you are not listening to me and' his mobile interrupted.

Prem picked up his call. Call from Sanjana who is doctor. 'Bhaiya, why you didn't bring Bhabi for check up?' Prem looked at Heer with panic 'check up.' Heer realised its Sanjana and tried to pull the mobile out of his hand. Prem didn't allow her to do so. Prem 'Sanjana, what are you talking about? Just now Heer fainted. She is not telling anything.' Sanjana 'fanited?' Prem 'ha.' Sanjana 'bhiaya, give the phone to bhabi.' Prem 'first tell what happened to her.' Sanjana 'bhaiyaaa.' Prem gave his mobile to Heer 'she wants to talk to you.'

Prem leaned closer to Heer. Heer teasing pushed him away 'Premmm' Prem 'what you both are hiding from me?' Heer 'nothing.' She continued to Sanjana. Sanjana enjoying their fight 'bhabi, did you had your breakfast and tablets.' Heer 'ha Sanju, even then i'm getting dizzy. Sometime i'm feeling more.' Prem looked at her worried. Sanju 'why you didn't tell to bhaiya?' Heer shyly smiled. Sanju 'you only told you personally want to share this to bhaiya. Waiting for what moment.' Heer 'you tell na. I'm' Heer cheek turned pink. Prem watching her face felt something good is on the way. Still he is worried about her state few minutes back. Sanju 'okay. Give to bhaiya.' Heer handed the phone and smiled shyly. Prem looking at her face took the mobile.

Sanjana 'congrats bhaiya.' Prem 'for what?' Sanju 'bhaiya, you are going to be father soon.' Prem 'what?' Sanju 'bhabi wanted to tell this personally. That is why we didn't tell when you came to my marriage. But now bhabi feeling shy.' Prem 'thanks Sanju.' Sanjana 'acha, bring bhabi to my hospital. Today her check up day.' Prem 'okay. I'll.' He disconnected the line,

He quickly hugged her kissed her forehead 'congrats Heer.' Heer enjoying his hug 'congrats Prem' she shyly stayed in his chest. Prem 'get ready we have to go to hospital now.' Heer shook her head. Prem jumped out of the bed and shouted 'kul di, ma, bapuji, meher, Preet, Harman, maya.' Kulraj came running 'what happend Prem?' Prem holding her hand jumped 'you mami ' he bent down 'mami mami' Kulraj took few seconds to understand. She hugged Prem 'congrats' she rushed to Heer still sitting on the bed. 'congrats Heer' she hugged her and kissed 'bapuji dadaji' by then all reached the room. Everyone was there cheering.

Heer looked at Gay3. She got out of the bed and took blessings from Lalit and Gay3. Others hugged. Preet busy dumping sweet into others mouth. Heer 'ma, i have to go to hospital for check up.' Gay3 'ha beta, Kulraj will come with you.' Kulraj 'no ma. First check up. Prem you go with Heer.' Gay3 'he has so many works. Getting late for office na beta.' Prem confused. Heer 'ha di. He has to go to office. He didn't sleep last night. He was working for some meeting.' Prem felt Heer is suddenly avoiding. She was normal few minutes back. Gay3 keep pressing kulraj. Kulraj agreed when Prem too insisted her.

When everyone left telling Heer to get ready, Heer looked at Prem 'our child will stay with me after the divorce. I won't give her to you.' Prem shocked. He thought this will change her mind. They have only four months to complete in their 6 month granted period. Prem 'Heer, please don't punish our daughter.' Heer interrupted 'you have so many people around you. But i have only my daughter.' Prem 'i want to be with you and our daughter Heer.' Heer 'but i don't want to live with a person who slept with someone else.' Prem is shocked. Heer discontinuing their conversation changed her dress went to the hospital with Kulraj.

Prem didn't leave his room until Heer returned from the hospital. He was worried about Heer and their daughter 'how will i change her mind? Why she is adamant in getting divorce. She loves me. I have no doubt in it. But she is hiding. Why?' Prem got worried when Heer's returned delayed. He called Kulraj. Kulraj 'Prem, we are still in hospital. They are taking some tests. Don't worry. I'm with her only. I brought her some food to eat also. I'll take care of her.' Prem want to go to hospital. But for Heer he stayed at home.

For the next two days Heer was quiet. After that she was normal to Prem within their room. In front of others she behaved hating Prem. When she was alone with Prem she spoke about their daughter, name and everything. Suddenly she will change and say 'i won't give our daughter to you.' Prem first thought its emotional swing because of pregnancy. Some time he felt she is torturing him as a punishment. Some time he felt Heer has some mental problem. Heer behaved like that only.

Every time Sanjana come to meet Heer, Prem is asked to leave the room. Prem hear some argument inside. But nothing is clear. Sanjana always leave with tears in her eyes. Prem met her personally enquired but Sanjana managed 'nothing serious. Always bhabi fights with me and making me cry. Its because of pregnancy.' Raj and Madhuri visited twice. Both went out with tears in their eyes. Prem felt its odd. 'Why all are crying?' He checked internet and didn't find any behaviour of Heer mentioned as pregnancy emotional change.

Court hearing for their divorce case. Prem thought begging won't work out anymore. Prem placed the custody of his daughter to be born in less than a month. Prem thought Heer can't live without their daughter. So definetly she will cancel this divorce. Judge asked Prem. Prem in anger 'i'm ready to give divorce to Heer.' Heer is shocked. Prem do noticed her shock. 'But i want my daughter.' Heer managing her shock 'ha. I'm ready to give my daughter to Prem. I want divorce.' Prem is shocked. No one expected this answer from Heer.

Judge 'are you sure Mrs. Heer Juneja?' Heer shook her head in acceptance 'ha sir.' Jundge asked the same question to Prem. Prem too agreed with confusion. Heer looked down. Prem saw tears dropping out of her eyes like river. Prem expected her to react before judge announces his judgement. Judge 'hearing both sides the court feels .' Prem screamed in his heart 'please Heer' judge stopped when they heard Heer holding her stomach screamed 'haaa'. She is about to fall. Prem ran towards her screaming 'Heeer'. Heer fell down shouting 'Preemmm'. Prem held her in his hand before she touches the ground. Judge ordered ambulance and announced the delay in the result of his judgement in divorce case.

Prem tensely paced up and down in the corridor before the labour room. Sanjana giving instruction to nurse ran inside Heer's room. Raj and Madhuri too came there. But stood few feets away from Juneja's. Gay3 'Prem, sit here.' She made him in a chair. Except Kurlaj all the family members were in the reception area. Kulraj kept his hand on Prem's shoulder. Prem looked at her. She assured with her eyes 'everything will be okay.' Prem still not able to understand various incident happened in his life in past few months, with tears held her sister's hand. He felt his mothers comfort in his sister.

Prem thought Heer saying. 'Prem, even if i want to go away from you, i can't. Do you know why? There is a guarding angel for us. Angel won't allow us to fight.' Prem thought 'now where is our guarding angel Heer. Why Angel allowed us to fight like this. Why do you want to go away. Don't the angel asked to rethink?' He had tears in his eyes. Prem heard Heer saying in his mind 'may be angel want us to fight for some time so that we will understand each other well.' Prem thought 'you never broke my heart Heer. But this time you made me almost into pieces. Please angel tell Heer to see my heart.' Kulraj wiped his tears understanding he is crying thinking of Heer's words in court.

Sanjana came out of the room. 'Bhiaya, bhabi's labour pain. Nothing to worry.' Prem 'can i see Hee? Sanju.' Sanjana 'no bhaiya. Just few minutes.' She rushed to her father and whispered something. Raj shaking his head in acceptance took his mobile and walked away. Sanjana gave assurance to her mother with her eyes and went back into labour room.

In another few minutes Sanjana herself came out with cute little girl wrapped in pink towel. Prem with a tears of joy took his angel from her hand. Kulraj and Madhuri were watching baby in Prem's hand. Prem showed to Gay3 'ma see your poti.' Prem is surprised when Gay3 just smiled and didn't show any interest in taking baby in her hand. Kulraj 'give to me Prem.' She took the baby from Prem's hand and happily talking to her. Madhuri equally excited and lovingly fighting with Kulraj who is refusing to give to her. Prem ran to Sanjana who is talking to another doctor and her father.

Prem 'Sanju, how is Heer? Can i see her now?' Sanjana 'Bhiaya, bhabi didn't gain conscious. In minutes she will be shifted to ward. Then you can see.' She touched Prem's upper hand and walked with the doctor and her father. Prem felt she is hiding something. His mamu walking with them gave thought as a family they are hiding. He turned back to look at his mami. She is handing over the baby back to a nurse. Kulraj and Madhuri happily discussing about baby's features.

Prem decided to ask his mami. Just then Harman came there with a paper. 'bhaiya, if we get a signature from bhabi in this document we can cancel the divorce case.' Prem 'what is this Harman?' Harman 'bhiya, withdrawal of divorce from bhabi side. I spoke to bhabi's lawyer. She is the one who suggested it.' Prem 'but how?' Gay3 interrupted 'Heer will not agree to withdraw the case.' Harman 'I know ma. now they will get signature from bhabi. With that you keep this and get a signature. We don't have any other option.' Prem found that is the only way to keep his Heer with him. Gay3 'Prem. Don't do that. Heer won't forgive you.' Prem 'i don't have any other way ma. I want Heer. I can't live without her.' He looked at Harman in acceptance. Madhuri came to them 'Give that paper Harman. Sanju will do this for he bhiaya and bhabi.'

When Prem gave the documents to Sanju to get signature from Heer, she readily accepted. Prem, Kulraj and Harman and Madhuri were happy.

Prem entered the room where Heer is sleeping peacefully. Their daughter is near her bed in the cradle. Prem silently sat next to Heer and lovingly stroked her hair. Heer slowly opened her eyes. She saw Prem and smiled. Prem bent down and kissed her forehead 'Congrats Heer'. Heer smiled and repeated a wish to Prem. Prem picked up their daughter in his hand carefully and showed to Heer. 'see how cutely smiling like you.' He teased 'she too have the habit of smiling in sleep.' Heer 'she has your silky hair.' Both were smiling.

Just then Gay3 entered with Kulraj. As soon as Heer saw Gay3, her face changed. She kept her face angrily 'Prem, take Chahat home.' Prem 'ha, sure Heer. We'll go home soon.' Heer interrupted 'i'm not coming Prem. I already told everything in court.' Prem confused 'Heer'. Just then a nurse came with few papers pinned in a pad. 'mam, you have to sign in these papers.' Heer without seeing what is in it, signed in the places pointed by nurse. Prem smiled.

Gay3 'Heer doesn't want her child shows she wants to erase all your memories' Kulraj interrupted 'ma, what are you talking?' she looked at Prem 'Prem. You stay here. Ma you come out.' She dragged Gay3 out of the room. Heer turned her face to other side. Prem 'Heer, look at me.' Heer 'Prem, you go home. Take Chahat with you.' Prem got angry 'Heer all these i tolerated you stupidity thinking you will change. I don't want to be silent for out daughter now. She needs you.' Heer 'i don't want her. She reminds you.' Prem 'then why do you want to name her Chahat.' Heer 'i told you because that is the only name i had in mind. You call her by any name. I don't nind.' Prem 'you are acting like stupid.' Heer 'ya. I'm stupid to live with a person who slept with another man.' Prem got angry 'Heeer'

Sanjana came running inside 'bhiya, why are you shouting at bhabi?' Prem 'you bhabi has gone mad. Not understanding anything. She want to take Chahat with me because she doesn't wants her own daughter. how' Sanjana interrupted 'Bhiya, stop blaming bhabi. She know what she is doing. If you want take you daughter with you.' Prem 'are you gone mad Sanju?' Sanju 'bhiaya, I can tell only this much now. I'm helpless.' Prem 'I'm leaving Chahat here. He placed Chahat in Prem's hand and walked out without looking back at Heer.

Kulraj Stopped Prem 'what happened?' Prem didn't reply but Kulraj understood Heer is again started her stupid talks. Kulraj 'you sit here. I'll come back in few minutes.' She went into Heer's room to convince her.

Prem sitting a chair thinking about Heer. 'She was normal when I wished her. She was happy. But suddenly ... when ma and kul di came in... angry on Kul di... not possible. Kuldi and Heer are very lose. Then ma... ' he heard voice 'then something running between ma and Heer' he looked around. He didn't find anyone 'not possible. Ma likes Heer so much.' He searched for his mother 'where is ma?'

He got up and walked in the corridor. After searching in several places he saw in a empty room in one corner of the corridor Raj talking with someone. Why mamu is crying?' He walked closer to hear the conversation. What he heard broke him into pieces. Raj is begging to a doctor. 'Save my daughter in law.' Doctor 'Mr. Raj, we have to start the treatment immediately. But Heer is not accepting. We need patients support for the further treatment.' Prem heart started beating fast. 'what happened to Heer?' He just stood before them giving a shock to Raj, madhuri and doctor. He shouted 'what happened to my Heer?' he cried holding Raj's hand 'mamu, what treatment?' Raj and Madhuri standing his either side comforted him. Raj and Madhuri found hard tell the truth. Doctor looked at Raj with confusion 'who is he?' Raj 'Prem Juneja, Heer's husband.' Prem cried. 'please tell me what happened to my Heer?'

Doctor 'Mr. Juneja, your wife has leukaemia.' Prem 'what?' Doctor 'She knows it also. She is refusing to cooperate for further treatment. She doesn't want to live in this world.' Prem broke down. Raj held him closer ' I know there is something behind her divorce drama. But i didn't think it will be this much serious.' He jumped near to doctor 'doctor please start the treatment. I'll make her understand.' Madhuri 'not possible Prem. We tried.' Prem 'no she will listen to me.' Raj 'no Prem she won't. For you only she wants to die.' Prem 'i'll die without her.' Prem cried 'why you didn't tell this to me? I would have convinced her in last 6 months.' Madhuri cried 'she took promise from us.' Raj 'Prem, you have only one way to change her mind. Still we have time to save her. But' Prem holding his hand cried 'i'll do anything for my Heer.' Raj and Madhuri exchanged looks. Raj 'Prem, take Heer to US with you. You and Heer alone. No family members should accompany you.' Wh repeated 'only you and Heer.' Prem little confused about why his mamu is insisting him alone with Heer. Madhuri understanding his confusion 'Prem, Heer listens to you when you both are alone. ' Prem thoughtfully shook his head in acceptance. Madhuri 'if you stay here then there will be frequent visitation of you family members. That will bring mood swing in her. During her treatment that is not good.' Raj 'to keep Heer under your control you have to take her to distance place. At the same time a best place for her treatment.' Prem got a clear picture about what his mamu and mami is trying to tell.

Gay3 shouted 'how will you manage Prem? Chahat is just few days old baby. I'll come with you.' Prem firmly 'no ma. I know how to take care of Chahat.' Kulraj 'can i come with you Prem?' Prem 'no di, you have two kids. They will miss you. Don't worry about me.' Everyone accepted except Gay3. She is adamant. 'Prem, did you ask Heer about this?' Prem ignored her mother's words. With the help of Sanjana he prepared Heer to go abroad. Heer doesn't know anything about Prem's plan. She is preparing herself for death. Lalit with the help of his business friend arranged a private plane to take Heer to US for further treatment.

Prem came to present and looked Heer who is still in sleeping mode. Air hostees handed over a bottle of milk to Prem. He fed Chahat. He know how much Heer want to feed her daughter. but she can't do it now. Heer is under medication and not allowed to feed her own daughter.

Heer slowly opened her eyes. Her heart still wants to see Prem. She thought 'i'm dead. Prem and Chahat can't come here.' She thought there is no way to see the world again after death. She expected to see God in heaven. She is confused to see heaven looks like hospital. Bed, tables, medicine smell. A nurse entered the room. ' Why heaven looks like an hospital. I expected a angel but nurse is coming. But she doesn't look like a Indian.' She is confusingly rolling her eyes around.

Nurse smiled leaning forward to Heer 'good morning dear. How are you feeling?' she checked pulse and then checked her eyes. An elderly doctor entered with 'good morning Mrs. Juneja.' Soon few more doctors with papers in their hand. Gathered around her. She got panic. She started blabbering 'Prem, Prem' doctor kept his hand on her forehead 'your Prem is outside.' Heer 'outside? Why? Why he came here?' doctor smiled 'he is the one who brought you here.' Heer looked around 'where i am?' Doctor continuing his check up 'you are in hospital. Nothing to worry. You are perfectly alright.' Heer 'no i died. I know.' Doctor smiled and looked at another 'call Mr. Juneja'.

Heer looked at the entrance. Prem came in a hurry. Doctor 'Mr. Juneja, you stay with her for few minutes. She is till under confusion. Make her understand everything. She need to be comfortable before proceeding to further check up.' Prem sat next to Heer. Heer quickly held Prem's hand in fear. Doctor 'any siblings?' Prem 'ya. She has a sister.' Doctor 'good. You spent time with her.' Prem shook his head.

Prem hugged Heer 'what happened Heer?' Heer 'where are we Prem? Why they are checking me?' Prem 'we are in US.' Heer 'why we came here? Where is Chahat?' Prem 'Chahat is at home with a care taker. We came here for your treatment.' Heer 'but i died.' Prem stroking her cheek 'who said?' Heer 'ya i saw an angel.' Prem 'really? When?' Heer 'i don't know the time. I saw you with Chahat. That time an angel came to take me.' Prem 'is he not Guarding angel?' Heer thoughtfully 'i didn't see properly.' Prem 'he is guarding angel.' Heer 'how do you know?' Prem 'you only use to tell whenever we are feeling weak guarding angel stays with us so as strength. ' Heer 'ha. May be he is guarding angel.' Prem kissed her cheek 'not may be. He is guarding angel. That is why you are safely here.' Heer like a kid 'ha' she looked at Prem lovingly 'Prem, i want to see Chahat.' Prem 'i'll take you to her but you have to go to a room where they will do some test.' Next few hours Heer has been taken for test. Prem sat in a place. He is happy Heer accepted to do test. He is confident she will continue to cooperate for treatment. He believed like Heer's belief guarding angel helped him to stay with his Heer.

Prem and Heer returned home. Its a small house of Lalit's friend in US. A servant is also there to help to prepare food and cleaning house. Doctor advised Prem to keep Heer in a natural environment. Doctor asked them to stay away from city pollution. Small house located in a hilly area surrounded with beautiful garden.

Heer is sitting with Chahat in her hand in a swing. Prem sat next to her. He gave her tablet. He took chahat from her hand. 'Heer, you take the tablet and drink this.' He pointed the glass in front of her. 'i'll put Chahat in the crib.' Heer 'Prem, we'll also go inside. I'm feeling little cold here.' Prem 'okay. Then you take tablet.' Heer swallow the tablets.' Prem 'take the glass in your hand.' Heer took the glass in her hand and followed Prem into the room.

Heer sat on the bed. Prem put Chahat in her cradle and checked everything. He kissed her forehead. He came to Heer. Heer like a kid handed the empty glass to Prem 'finished.' Prem kept the glass aside. Het got next to her in the bed 'good gilr.' Heer 'Prem, can i keep my head on your chest.' Prem 'its yours Heer.' Heer happily cuddled into his chest. He hugged her tightly. She stayed silent closing her eyes. Prem thought she slept. As she cuddled into his chest after many months, he didn't disturb her. He hugged her and went to sleep switching off the light.

Heer didn't sleep. Her thought raced back to day when she left Prem after bitter night.

Heer with tears sitting near the window of Delhi train. All the passengers got out of the train as the train reached Delhi station. Heer still thinking about Prem in bed with Ash crying. A lady touched her shoulder. 'beta, don't you want to get down. This is the last station.' Heer wiping her tears 'ha aunty.' She took her things and got out of the train but without knowing where to go she sat in the platform bench. Lady understood Heer has some problem.

Lady walked to Heer 'waiting for anyone beta? Heer 'no aunty? I don't have place to go.' Lady 'what is your name?' Heer 'Heer Juneja.' Lady looked at her closely thinking something 'okay beta. Come with me to my house. Its nearby only.' Heer 'no aunty. I'll find a hostel for me.' Lady 'beta its getting late. Roaming in city alone is not good. Stay with me tonight. I too have daughter of your age. Only me husband and my daughter.' Heer tried to refuse. But lady is not ready to leave her. Finally Heer agreed. Lady introduced herself as 'Madhuri'.

Heer stayed with them. Madhuri, her husband Raj and her daughter Sanjana are very muc caring towards Heer. They didn't ask anything about Heer's past. Oneday Heer was crying in her room when Madhuri came in. Knowing Heer is Prem's wife, Madhuri started asking about the reason for Heer leaving Prem. Heer then only come to know that Raj is brohter of Prem's mother Shipra.

Raj oneday with the help of his friend revealed the truth to Heer. Heer is happy to know Prem didn't do any mistake. It was Ash who created that scene to separate them. In reality nothing happened on that night between Prem and Ash. At the same time she found out her pregnancy. Sanjana's marriage also fixed. Heer decided to meet Prem to reveal the happiness to him. Raj too went to Ambala to invite Juneja's

Heer is happy to see Prem after two months. She is happily going towards Prem. She didn't see any angry in his face. That gave him strength. She rushed towards Prem. Prem is taken to Sanjana by Raj. Heer is stopped by Gay3. Heer 'ma'. She took blessing from Gay3. Gay3 didn't give her blessing. 'i need to talk to you.' Heer confused. Gay3 walked to next room. Heer followed Gay3.

Gay3 with angry face 'Listen, i don't want you to step into my house again.' Heer shocked. Gay3 'i don't even want to see your face. Your face reminds me of your brother Nihal who killed my darling daughter Veera.' Heer 'ma its not bhiaya's' Gay3 interrupted 'I don't want to hear anything from you. Court gave him good punishment. Now i want you to stay away from my son Prem.' Heer about to ask. Gay3 'if you have respect on me. You have to stay away from Prem.' Heer is forced to say 'yes' because she never refused Gay3's word. Luckily Kulraj came with her to hospital. Sanjana got confused when she heard Prem finding Heer in a unconscious state. Sanjana in doubt did some tests which later revealed Heer having leukaemia. Sanjana was about to say this to Prem. Heer came to know about her sickness accidently and stopped telling this to Prem. Sanjana informed this to Raj to convince Heer. But Heer adamantly refused revealing the words of Gay3. Raj got furious. 'how dare she ask like this?' Heer 'its good mamu. Now i'll not live for long.' Sanjana 'Bhabi, you are thinking wrong. Treatment will help you back in good health.' Heer 'i want to deliver my daughter. After that i'm ready to die.' Sanjana tried to convince. But Heer refused for treatment 'what is the use Sanju? I can't live without Prem. Its better to die without treatment.' Raj 'Heer, we have to tell this to Prem. He will talk to her mother.' Heer 'no use.' Madhuri 'i'll talk to Gay3'. Sanjana came to Juneja mansion with her father. She wanted to meet Meher. Gay3 saw them coming in. She thought 'why are they here?' She greeted the with a fake smile which Raj and Sanjana clearly understood. But they are least cared about it now. They are hear for different mission. Raj and Sanjana settled in a couch. Raj 'Gay3, where is Meher?' Gay3 'she went out with Preet? After a long time everyone returned to their normal routine.' Sanjana 'mami, we want to see Meher.' Gay3 'so you didn't come to meet anyone else in this house.' Raj 'its urgent.' Gay3 gave a look to them. 'what is the news? Tell to me. I'll pass on the message.'

She thought 'i have to leave away from Prem once our divorce case is cleared by the court. I will die peacefully. But what Prem will do if i continue to show my love to him. I can't do this. But i don't want to miss this chance also.' She is confused and tears are coming out of her cheeks. 'even if i get saved by the treatment ma won't allow me to live with Prem. Instead of living without Prem and chahat its better to die without taking any treatment.' She bite her lip nervously. Prem from bed watching her every reaction.

Heer wiped her tears and went to Prem 'Preemmm' Prem is no mood to stop the dancing. Heer stopped him 'Prem stop. What happened to you?' Prem stopped with a heavy breath 'i saw guarding angel.' Heer 'you are joking'. Prem 'no dear. I saw. You are right about guarding angel. He always wants us to be together.' Heer 'Prem, don't tell the story which i use to tell. I just tell that so that i can bring down your anger.' Prem 'but i'm telling the truth.' Heer 'Prem' Prem interrupted. He kept his hand on her head 'promise i saw.' Heer stared at him with a unbelievable look. Prem hugged her and kissed her cheeks 'everything will alright soon. Just listen to me.' Heer without any reaction stared at him. Prem went and picked up their daughter and kissed her. He came to Heer who is still in confusion. He put his another hand on Heer and kissed her cheek. He spoke to Chahat 'see mamma.' Heer came out to sense and smiled.

A day passed. Sanjana restlessly walking in a room. Raj and Madhuri is also tensed. Sanju 'why Meher didn't call dad?' Madhuri 'you should have called Preet instead of leaving message to Gay3'. Raj 'ha Sanju, we should call Preet. But we don't his personal numner.' Sanjana dialled Juneja house number. Gay3 picked up the phone. Sanju 'mami, did you tell to Meher?' Gay3 'i told her. He placed Chahat on bed. He sat next to her with a mobile. Gay3 shouted on the other side 'Prem, why you took so long to attend the call?' Prem 'ma, i was holding Chahat in my hand. That is why?' Gay3 'where is Heer?' Prem 'she is in hospital. Today her treatment started.' Gay3 'how will you manage Chahat alone. I'm coming there.' Prem who wants to say 'yes'. A week later, Heer returned home after a first round of treatment. The dosage was lesser so there in not much changes in her physical appearance. But she was weak and needed very caring attention in food and other things. Prem like a mother took care of Heer. Heer 'but ma will get angry.' Prem doesn't want her to concentrate on mother. Prem 'Heer, don't think i'll leave you like this. After you became okay. I'll take everything in double amount.' Heer 'double amount?' Prem 'ha that i'll tell you later. But get better soon. You have to work more for me and Chahat.' Heer smiled 'i'll love to do that Prem.' Her smile quickly faded. She tried to manage her sadness. 'what you and Chahat did when i was in the hospital.' Prem 'We both were talking about you only.' Heer 'me?' Prem 'ha' Heer 'chahat?' Prem 'ha.'
