Well, Prem was confused...obviously...whatever he thought he knew about relationships was a bit misguided. Sometimes you don't know what you have until you lose it...and its obvious he is regretting what he did but at the time he didn't know any better.
I feel bad for Prem and seldom in life do we get a second chance to prove ourselves. As for the question does Prem deserve to get Heer back into his life? That's a tough one. Prem has to prove himself and make amends. If I was Heer I would be rather cautious about it all. But if he proves to me that he's willing to put all the effort in and value my friendship again then I say he's got room to work with. I'd take things slow with him.
