Lalit, Preet and Gaya3 came into Premeer room. Preet 'PB, I spoke to Harman. He is coming here now.' Gaya3 'but this devils are here.' Preet 'no ma. They just now went out. Veera said they are going to meet their lawyer.'

They all remain quiet until Harman came in. they all sat in Premeer room, while Megher sat downstairs to keep an eye on Veera, Visaka and Daljeet.

Prem is sitting in the bed hugging Chahat. Heer is sittting next to him. Gaya3 is on the other side of the bed. Lalit, Preet and Harman settled in couch. Harman carefully read the court notice. 'surely they will order for DNA test. That is the only way to prove that he is not Sagar.' Prem got tensed and thought 'I'm Sagar.' But he decided to stay quiet 'I'm leaving to God.'

Heer confidentely 'then no problem.' She tucked her hand into Prem's 'we are sure that he is Prem.' Harman 'but we need to tell the result to be produced only to the court. We have to keep an eye on them because there is chance to change the result.'

Preet 'that Veera will keep the eye on them.' Harman got up 'I'll see you t'row in the court.' he turned to Prem 'don't worry Prem. everything will be alright.' Prem nodded. Lalit and Preet went out with Harman. Gaya3 turned to Prem 'Prem you are my Prem. don't confuse yourself.' She turned to Heer 'I send dinner. You stay here. Don't come in front of that Visaka until this case ends.' Prem and Heer nodded.Gaya3 left the room 'Heer always keep the door locked.' Heer closed the door.

Prem leaned his head back on the board keeping Chahat on his chest. Heer sat next to him leaning on his upper arm. He kissed her forehead. He scared inside but don't want to show that to her. He decided 'even if I'm proved as Sagar I won't leave Heer and Chahat. I cannot live without them.' but he feared 'how Heer will react?'

Heer woke up Chahat. Chahat rubbing her eyes looked around. She searched for her father. She couldn't find him anywhere arounf she started crying 'Mamma where is papa?' Prem coming out of the washroom. 'I'm here beta.' Chahat ran to him. He picked her up in his hand and kissed her cheek. Chahat with tears 'papa. I love you.' Prem sitting on the bed with her 'I love you too beta.'

Heer hiding her tears sat next to them. 'Chahat, come and wash your face. You didn't eat anything.' Chahat went to washroom with Heer. Prem thought 'how Chahat will accept the truth if the DNA result comes negative?' he quickly wiped his tears when he saw Heer and Chahat stepping out of washroom.

Chahat sat on Prem lap. Heer fed Prem and Chahat. Prem fed Heer. After dinner, Prem told Chahat a story to make her forget everything. Chahat was laughing hearing the story. He tickled her stomach. She giggled. Heer along with Prem and Chahat enjoyed the story. Chahat rubbing her eyes 'papa, I'm sleepy.' She yawned. Prem kissed her cheek. He lay down keeping her on his chest. Heer swiching off the light cuddled into his arms.

Veera biting her nails. Nihal interrupted her. Veera 'why Visaka is telling such a big lie. From where she got that baby?' Nihal 'she was telling me that day that Sagar succeeded in his plan. She was quiet for that all these days.'

Veera's doubt cleared 'so she wanted to enjoy the money.' Veera thought 'I wont allow her.' Nihal looked at Veera who is lost in her own world, he went to sleep.

Visaka and Daljeet happy after meeting the lawyer. 'Chachi, DNA test will prove that he is Sagar.' Daljeet 'yes. but they won't let him go because that little devil won' allow him to go with you.' visaka 'then what is the use of this case?' Daljeet 'then you have to ask some bulk amount of money.' Visaka understood her plan. 'okay we'll proceed step by step.' They slept happily.

Next morning, Prem opened her eyes first. He couldn't sleep throught out the night. He was kissing Heer and Chahat. Heer opened her eyes and saw Prem staring at them. He snuggled and kissed his cheek. Prem smiled stroking her hair. They got ready without any word. Prem felt he will burst out into tears if he opend his mouth. Chahat was hodling his hand always.

After having breakfast leaving Chahat with Megher others decided to Court. Chahat cried 'Papa, I'm coming with you.' Prem knelt before her 'Chahat, listen to Papa. I won't go anywhere leaving you. I'm going to office. I'll be back soon.' Chahat kissed his cheek. 'I love you papa.' Prem kissed her cheek 'I love you too beta.'

In the car, Heer is holding Prem's hand tightly. Prem holding his tears kissed her forehead. Heer 'Prem I have confidence.' Prem nodded.

In the court, Visaka's lawyer asked many question about his past as Sagar. But Prem couldn't recollect anything. Nihal and Veera are enquired. They said he is Sagar but not VIsaka's husband. Visaka lawyer argued they are telling lie for money.

Harman argued producing some of the birth mark reports of Prem. Visaka lawyer argued that is framed.

From the cross questions from both the side some of the details came out. Prem cottage is exactly behind Nihal's house and Sagar informing Veera about Prem's face resemblance to him just before the earthquake. But Veera and Visaka didn't reveal Sagar's plan about cheating Juneja's.

Nihal 'behind my house?'

Harman asked the same question to Veera. She 'I saw him lying inside the house before the earthquake but after the incident he was outside.'

Visaka lawyer interrupted 'may be he ran out to save himself.'

Veera unknowingly 'we don't have back door.' Harman happy for the point. Harman 'so there is the chance Sagar who resembles Sagar must hit Prem and threw there. Prem cottage is exactly behind Nihal's house. Sagar is the one who died in the disaster. Prem is saved by Nihal thinking as Sagar.'

After hearing both sides Judge came to the conclusion. He ordered 'since Prem aka Sagar didn't remember anything about things happened before one year, Court is ordering to do DNA test for Lalit, Prem, Heer and Chahat. same to Sagar, Visaka and Chandini. The report should be produced only in the court not in anyone's hand.'

Harman is happy. But he decided to keep an eye on Visaka and Daljeet through some of his friends. Juneja's are happy and confident. Only confused person is Prem.

Visaka is happy. Visaka lawyer 'don't worry. DNA report will give your Sagar to you.' Visaka thanked her laywer for running the case successfully and giving right advice. Daljeet looked at Juneja's happy face 'soon they are going to cry.'
