Chapter 2

It was 8 PM and Heer got up late in her new Fulham apartment. She was meant to be at work by 8:30 at FarOut Magazine and now there was no chance. She quickly took a shower and put on black dress pants with a white button down shirt, grabbed a sweater and ran to the tube. With the morning rush, it took her about an hour to get to the FarOut office in Docklands. When she finally got to office, Shanu took one look at her, shook her head and told her Fari was waiting for inside her cabin. Heer went forward, nervous.

You are late. Fari said calmly.

Woh...my alarm clock didn't work. I am really very sorry but this won't happen again. I promise.
