Ash saw preet she went near him. Meher saw preet there……

Ash – preet I want to talk to you.

Preet – yes, ash….

Ash – can we go to the garden?

Preet & ash went to the garden…………… meher started washing the utensils.

Ash – preet I am really sorry!

Preet – for what?

Ash- preet I should have stood for you, but I didn't do it because I was afraid I would hurt bauji. But I have never held you responsible for prem's death.

Preet – ash I can understand. & I have no grudges for u.

Ash hugged preet…………After sometime……….

Preet – ash it's too late now, I think we should go in. & you should take rest as u were working all day.

Ash – thx, I am really lucky to have a friend like you.

Ash went to her room all happy that she had won preet's heart again.

Preet went to the kitchen…………meher was still washing the utensils….

Preet – mausam let me help u,

Meher – preet, it's ok. I will manage.

Preet – ok then, today I will cut fruits & will eat here together.

Preet fed meher as she was busy washing utensils, & along with it he shared all the office talks with her.

Meher ideally hated to listen those business talks when r.j would discusses it ……. But now she somehow loved preet speaking.

Then preet shared some joke & meher applied all the soap solution on his cheeks………

Harman saw all this from one window & ash from other…………….. & both of them were not happy………………

A big international disco chain owner mr. wilsan wanted to open a chain of his discos in india & for that he needed an Indian business partner.

All the Indian businessmen wanted to be partner in this project. All the Indian companies that to give their presentation to mr. wilsan Within 1 weeks time. There was an immense competition. Harman & bauji saw the news & were talking…………………………

Harman – bauji , this is a very good opportunity, if we get this deal all our financial problem will be solved.

Bauji – I know Harman, but in such small time, we cannot do all the work, & who will handle this project?

Preet too heard this news; he thought something………………

At almost 3.00am preet went to meher's room…………… meher was sleeping……..it was dark………there was pin drop silence. Everybody in the house was asleep…………………

Preet – mausam wake up! Mausam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!He carried meher in his arms in order to wake her up.

Preet tumbled down as he lost his balance. They fell both on the floor………….. preet's foot hurt……….

Meher – crap! U scared me!

Preet – u are so heavy! I lost my balance!

Meher – don't u dare say I have put on weight!

Preet – mausam, can u please switch on lights, I have got hurt!

Meher switched on lights. On seeing preet's foot badly hurt,

Meher – why did u do all this, u could have awaken me like a little descent person.

Preet – (irritated) – then sleep like a normal person….. Do u expect me to scream out your name at 3.00am!

Meher – stop babbling………. Let me apply some medicine first.

While she was applying medicine…………

Preet – meher, how didu come to know it's me?

Meher – only u can think of something like this, & who could be, other than u at this time. (preet was very happy to hear this)

Preet – forget all this, come to the library,

Meher – what?

Preet – grabbed meher's hand & dragged her to the library.

He made meher sit on the couch & showed her the presentation.

Meher was so impressed.

Preet – mausam, I had been working on this presentation from last 3 days & I wanted to know your opinion.

Meher – all is perfect, your financial calculation…….. Your vision…………. Every thing…….. But as far as I know all the big heads of corporate world are competing for this project………. I am sure that even they would have thought of these points……..

Preet – mausam????? Didn't you find anything different in my project? (preet asked innocently)

Meher – I have found it but, u hasn't; you have not realized what this project has that all the other projects lack….

Saying these words meher left the room…………… preet stood there looking at the project presentation.

Meher went to sleep as she was very tired……………

Chp 19.

In rampal mention……………………..

Rishabh was a complete changed man……. He never laughed now, meher's parents had lost interest in life they spent most of the time together remembering meher's memories…………. R.j was handling both the business single handedly. Vibha was taking care of meher's parents & also rishabh…….

Life seemed to stop at there house. Then there was a time when vibha couldn't handle it more. She thought of a plan to get meher back. She asked r.j not to attend the conference of mr.wilsan. R.j too had lost interest in the business, so he didn't argue, & agreed to vibha's suggestions.

Meher on the other side had thought that she would meet r.j tomorrow as he would be definitely attending this conference, which was in delhi. She was really happy that night. & waiting desperately for the morning……..

Next morning…………….. meher went to preet's room as usual….. She found preet snoring happily in his bed…… she was shocked.

This was the first time after prem's death that preet had slept till this late.

Meher – preet, wake up!

Preet – hummmmmmmmm………..

Meher – this man tells me to sleep like normal people at 3.00am & at 9.00am he is snoring (now how normal is that!)

Meher was very irritated with last night's incident, she just filled a bucket full of water & pore it over his body………….

Preet – crap…………….. I wonder what u was doing when god gave sensitivity towards man to women.

Meher – I think you r not sensible enough to understand my sensibilities! U have your life's most important presentation today & your r sleeping meerily…….

Preet – ok…… I will get ready in just 10. Mins.

Meher – I know u can reach office within 20 mins time once u r out of bed…… but I won't let u skip your breakfast………. So better count that time also……………

Preet – ok get it in my room…..

Preet went to take bath & meher to kitchen………

When meher entered his room with the plate of breakfast……… she couldn't believe his eyes….

In front of her stood……….preet juneja the old preet juneja…………

He was dressed in baggy jeans…….. Blue T-shirt, white a jacket, instead of a business suit…………………a white satin tie with tie bow some where near his chest instead of neck. His hair was a mess.

She wondered………. Preet is going to give his presentation in front of all the corporate dons like this…………. She had always seen r.j dressed in an expensive business suit…………..

Preet was observing meher & loved her reaction…………..

He took a briefcase a just removed a single file from it……… he held meher 's hand and started walking……….

Meher – preet where r u taking me... he didn't reply to her…..

Finally they reached to preet's car…….

Preet (opened the car door……….) – sit in the car.

Meher – what?

Preet – well, preet juneja, always takes his lady luck with him. (He pushed meher in the car) – We r getting late…………

Meher – still had a plate with sandwich in her hands ……….

All the way she asked many question to preet but he didn't answer, he eat that sandwich while driving the car………….

They reached the venue……… preet & meher entered the hotel where conference was held………

All the people were staring at meher….. She was just in the night suit…..

Meher – all the people are staring at me……..

Preet – like u care?

Meher – I don't care, but they all are dressed in business suit & I am one dressed in night suit. Preet , if u would have told me a little before I could have dressed properly.

Preet – mausam, when u dress properly, u r just in a mini shorts…………. & an off shoulder top & a small jacket. & now, u are in full pants & a shirt that too with sleeves. I thing you r wearing lots more clothes then usual.

Meher gave him those tough looks……..

In the conference hall…… all the big heads gave their presentation……. Meher felt nervous… but preet was very cool…. & calm…..

Meher could notice the chance in preet slowly the original preet was coming back ………… no not back…….. preet was coming alive……..

Now it was preet's turn to give presentation……..
