Authors note: friends I know u guys r mad at me specially saba for not updating for so long but I cant help it m having exams as well as m not well so all in all m like messed up

I have to top this time too to keep away my rankings in third terminal and I need almost above 97 in 4 subjects so u can think that through how much headache m going through
Well still I tried to give u this update might be its not too long but not too short alswo
Read and enjoy amd next part after 25 th of dec

PART -21

IN HOSPITAL

Prem was moving along with the stretcher holding her hand

Their hands got seperated when she was taken inside the intensive care unit

They were waiting restlessly outside the O.T

An then the doctor came

Prem : doctor howz she ? can we meet her ? she is ok na ?

Doctor: relax mr.juneja have a sigh

Preet : doctor who thik to ho jayegi na

Doctor : humne bullet nikal di hai , par she had bleed a lot as well has the anaesthesia given to her previousl has caused us a lot of problem

Prem : problem ??

Doctor: we have kept her under observation but we doubt she has slipped to coma aur main aapko false hope nahi dena chahta our experts think she cant survive through the night , she is still slive due to her life supporting system
Its only 10 % chance but still miracles happen lets see if she gets back her senses through the night………

Hearing this prem got broken

Prem : she cant survive through the night preet what is he saying she she ,………………..

Preet : ssh calm down kuch nahi hoga heer ko god cant do this , after so much struggle u have to be united kuch nahi hoga usse

Prem : doctor I want to see her

Doctor : not now mr. Juneja kam se half an hour ke baad

Prem : make it fast doctor I want to sdee her

Doctor : relax and keep up the hope

The next half an hour was very tensed for prem he was like getting killed inside but he didn't shed any tears he was too determined to what he is thinking and was sitting with is fists clutched

Arjun and preet were roaming here and there and in the meantime arohi and kashish too came to the nursing home ''

Nurse: mr juneja u asked for meeting ms. Mann , doctor has allowed but u have just 10 minutes not more than that

Prem : yeah

Prem went inside her observation room

He went near her bed side
She was sleeping peacefully in a deep sleep and prem didn't know when she will get up from it , many systems were attached to her body it felt like life is away from her

Prem went to her and took he one hand to his palm

Prem : heer its not done u cant give this punishment to me now please get up ,,,,,,, why do u do this to me, when I think everything is ok u find different ways to be away from me , see if u don't like me then I l be away but please get up please heer
Tears were rolling down his cheeks when he was saying all this

Prem : please heer be up damn it why don't u listen to me anytime ??? but this time I promise if u don't be up then m not going to leave u so easily u think u can always run away from me na but not this time I m not going to let t heppen don't think that if u r gone then u r free u don't know me I l even hurt myself

During all this conversation heer was still calm prem was saying but he didn't cared that the person lying beside him was not listening

Prem : heer ru listening come on get up u cant lye like this

He was really fuming with anger and was telling this all in an extra loud voice

Preet heard it from outside and ran inside

Preet : prme plz lets go out she cant hear u prem plz lets be out

Prem : she have to lisyen to me why cant she understand I love her not this time preet

Prem : heer u listening u have to be awake

Prem was really going through a bad phase of life and he cant stop his feelings now he was so mad with himself , with her and with life

Preet : prem plz she cant listen to u plz

He and preet went outside and the nurse came in

Prem : preet usse kaho na why she always do this to me??

Preet : relax uss ekuch nahi hoga m too sure

Then some panic was on t the hospital corridoor

Nurse : doctor ! I think she is sinking

Prem : prem ran towards the cabin of heer which was locked from inside as doctors were treating her
Prem could see thorugh the glass that she was trembling in the bed
The machines were doing a loud sound and all could prem hear was doctors saying that make the injection ready

Prem : whats on doctor?//

Doctor : we doubt she is sinking

Prem : what the hell do u mean by sinking

Doctor : mr . juneja we will talk later now she needs me

Doctor ran inside followed by another 2 or 3 doctors

It was a situation for about 1 an hour prem was restless outside and arohi and kashish was continuously crying

Arjun was running for medicines and all

Doctor : mr. Juneja

Prem : yes doctor howz she

Doctor : well our experst treated her and they r saying that she is out of danger

Prem : u mena she is fine

Doctor : no mr .juneja we still have to keep her under observation but she will recover I think even will get her consciousness withing tomorrow

Preet : thank you doctor thank you

Doctor : I think u guys should relax and go bck to ur homes nor I l have few more patients ill with exhaustion

And the doctor leaves

Prem : preet tum baki sab ko leke jao I lbe staying

Arjun : u r not staying tumne na kuch khaya na tum baithe u just be quite and go home yaha agar koi urgency hogi then we will inform you

Preet : let him stay arjun waise bhi isse ghar jaake chain nahi aayega let him stay

Arohi : main bhi rukti hun

Arjun : preet and kashish u guys leave hum rehte hai

Prem : tum sab jao I l stay alone plz go I have my cell koi problem hui to I l call

Kashish : lets go usse kuch der akele rehne do

NEXT MORNING

Nurse : mr .juneja she is up u can see her but don't let her speak

Prem went ahead and went inside
She was lying on her bed with her eyes open , she looked pale and had some bruises in her body , some of the instruments were still attached to her body but her oxygen mask was removed , her hair looke dlike a haystack and her eyes were really looking small but all in all she was still the beautiful , the beautiful person he loved

Prem : u always check my patience right

Heer tried to speak up

Prem : u better close ur mouth now m not in mood to argue , last night u took my life away from me , how dare u do that ha ???

Heer: she said in a low voice
M sorry

Prem : u better be

He moved forward and gave her a small kiss on her forehead

And that moment arjun arohi and preet and kashish came up

Preet : how r u ?

Heer: good

Arjun : heer yaar tum na hamari shadi postponed karwa di ab jaldi se iss bed se niklo
Waise accha hi kiya kuch din aur mujhe chudail ke saath narak jaane se chutkara mil jayega but

Arohi : chudail kaun main ?? ha ruko tum ghar chalo main batati hun chudail kya kya kar sakti hai

Arjun : yaar mujhe doubt hai shadi ke baad suhagraat par mujhe ye ghunghat uthane ka mauka nahi degi balki ye khud mera khoon chus legi vampire ki tarah , mere debit cards , atm cards sab ka satyanash kar degi

Kashish : tumhe aisi situation mein bhi chain nahi hai na

Nurse : she is not at all well s u guys let her rest

Arjun : ya hume chalna chahiye

Preet: bye tc we r there outside if u need any kinda help call us

Arohi : wais ebhi prem will be staying aur kya chahiye

Prem : m too outside she need to rest

All of them went outside giving heer a blink

Promo : heer will u marry me ?????///////////

That's all guys well there is a full shock waiting fr u guys after 2 or 3 updates I mean there will be no prem in the story so keep on tuning

Arre ab mujhe maro mat prem nahi to kya koi aur hi sahi hahaha don't take me seriously

for me.its so sweet of u.agar mujhey pata hota k tu itni messed up
