Here is part 4 guys. Sorry I took so long. I had been away during the weekend and had a big interview on Monday. Thank you all for your wonderful comments and keep reading! 😛

They continued chatting until they heard a knock on the door. As Heer was about to go open the door, Preet said "I'll get it Heer bhabhi, you relax. It's probably just one of my girlfriends anyways" while winking at Meher. Meher playfully hit him and told him to go open the door. Preet made his way to the door pretending to be hurt by Meher's hit. After he opened the door, he stood there, shocked. Anger started brewing inside him. His fists clenching with rage and fury. "What the hell are you doing here?"

Preet stood shocked and raging while looking at her. He couldn't believe she had come back. She actually had the nerve to come back, after so many years. He knew she was back to wreak havoc on his family's life again and he would never allow it. "Who is it Preet?" asked Heer from the family room. "No one Bhabhi, just someone trying to sell something. I'll be right in." said Preet while trying to push the lady out of the house, but it was too late. She started making a fuss and she forcefully went inside the house. "Chahi?" Heer said in fright while Ash and Meher stood there speechless. "Meher, can you take Adi upstairs please? I don't want him to be here for this." Heer said with a low, controlled voice. Meher agreed and silently led Adi to his room upstairs. "What are you here for, Mrs. Daljeet Maan?" asked an angry Preet. That was when everything went dark for Heer. She collapsed. Preet, Ash, and Aakash rushed over to see what was wrong with her. Aakash carried Heer to her bedroom and quickly called a doctor. Downstairs, without even letting her talk, Ash took her mothers hand and dragged her out of the house. "Get out of this house. You have no right to be here and I don't want to hear anything from you." She calmly said before shutting the door on her face. "Ash beta, please, open the door. I need money. Your father, beta, he has cancer and we don't have any money. Please Ash please." A few seconds later, Ash opened the door and threw some money at her mother. "Take this and never come back. This is all I have. You don't deserve this, but because you gave birth to me, I am indebted to you. Please leave from here. I don't want to cause this family any more pain because of me." Ash said in an emotional tone. She shut the door and started sobbing. Preet was about to comfort her when he heard another knock at the door. "Didn't you understand your daughter, don't ever come back to..." screamed Preet while opening the door, before being surprised at the figure standing in front of him. "Oh, Dr. Shah. Sorry, I thought you were someone one else. Please come in. Heer bhabhi is upstairs. She fainted all of a sudden."

After a full check-up on Heer, Dr. Shah was led out of the house. She had said it was nothing serious and that because Heer hadn't eaten all day long, she was just a little weak. The stress of seeing Daljeet Chachi probably just sent her into shock which caused her to faint. All of the family members were curious to know why Heer hadn't eaten all day long. They cursed themselves for not paying more attention to her, because they had become so engrossed in themselves.

"Bhabhi, why haven't you eaten all day long? The doctor says that is the reason for your kamzori. Why didn't you eat today?" asked Preet while sitting next to his dear bhabhi. Heer looked at her devar, but couldn't meet his eyes. "I was just so engrossed in today's party that I forgot to eat." She said while looking away. After trying to convince him, she finally gave up. "Fine, today is Prem's birthday, and we had always planned to do everything together today. We had decided to wake up, eat, laugh...to do everything together. Since I wasn't able to do other things with him, how could I eat without him? How Preet how?" Preet sat there dumbfounded. "Why do you still do this to yourself bhabhi? For that man? The man that took everything away from you? He doesn't deserve you and you shouldn't put yourself through this torture." Replied Preet in a very low voice. "Preet, you won't understand." "I never will bhabhi. I will never forgive the person that made you suffer beyond belief. NEVER" he sternly said before storming out of the room. Heer sighed in her room, thinking about Prem. She still missed him and still loved him. She thought back to the last time they celebrated his birthday together.

Flashback

Prem awoke to an empty bed. He looked around the room, but there was no one there. All of a sudden, his eyes fell upon a letter.

And you'll find me everyday

Prem smile to himself. He knew where she was. He ran out the door and drove to the Shiv Mandir. They embraced and prayed for this happiness to continue. They then spend the rest of that day together, shopping, eating, and basically having fun. They came back that night exhausted, but Heer had one last surprise for her husband. She gifted him that night. The entire night was his. His to love her and hold her and...(well you get the idea). He made her his in the true sense that entire night.

End flashback

Heer remembered that day like it was yesterday. It was actually the first time they had ever made love. (I have diverted from the actual show a little here). She felt like nothing else mattered in the whole world and she longed for that feeling again. Why didn't Prem trust her? Why had he doubted her? Tears formed and she began crying.
