so guy..... i was thinking that maybe Prem doesnt reli hav a heart defect/hole in his heart....cos to be honest it shud hav been detected before if he had....and ppl dnt actuali die from a hole in the heart!...i know some pp; that havent...
anyways...this isnt my prediction...i was thinking that maybe the orginal Gaurav's fiance and mother are using Prem for the money he is giving them. if u remember when Heer went Delhi, original Gaurav's mother said that Gaurav often sends money (meaning Prem sends money)....therefore, somehow beforehand, original Gaurav's fiance and mother probably found out Prem is rich and has money...and thats why original Gaurav's fiance lied to Prem telling him he had this illness!!!.....
