Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil Part 2
There was a line full of angry and impatient people in front of the receptionist's desk. Prem started heading to them, to find out what was going on. He goes to the front of the line and asks the first guy what's going on.
"What's wrong? Why are you all yelling for?"
"It's them. We've been waiting here for more than half an hour and they won't even attend us! They're all good for nothing."
"Maybe they're having some problems."
"Well, they can atleast tell us. And what could possibly go wrong? All we need is to know when it's our turn to go inside for the audititons."
"Then go inside. The auditions are in the auditorium right?"
"Yeah, that's what we've been trying to tell them for so long and they're not even listening."
"Let me talk to them."
He goes around the desk, and tries talking to one of the employees.
"I'll take them in. I know where it is."
"I know Prem, but I can't just let you go in like this. There's a big meeting going on inside the conference room right now, and no one is in the auditorium. Plus the auditions have been postponed till 1:00."
"But how can they do that? They've been waiting here for so long, and you're just going to tell them that they've been wasting their time? And besides how can they have a meeting? They never have any meetings without me."
"I know Prem, but..."
"It's in the conference room right."
"Yeah..."
"Let me see what's going on. You settle them down, and tell them that the auditions are starting in 15 minutes and they should be ready."
"But..."
Prem leaves without listening, leaving the receptionists alone to handle the angry people.
Meanwhile in the conference room...
"Yes, I know Mr. Sinha. This deal is very important not to only you, but to everyone here. That's why we need to use very wisely. Our one mistake can ruin someone's career and their confidence."
"So, what do you suggest we do Ms. Maan?"
"Please, call me Heer."
"Ok, then, Heer. Still, the problem is the same. The people don't like the singers anymore. They say they're getting too boring."
"That's because they want something new. Today's generation is up for anything and everything. If we want someone to represent us then we need someone to be from that generation."
"You mean to say a youth?"
"Exactly, if I, being 24-years old can become such a big hit, then why not someone else? All we need to do is find them."
"We'll we can try hosting some talent shows or auditions or something?" suggested Mr. Malhotra.
"Yes. That way everyone could have a chance to show what they've got." agreed Mr. Sharma.
"Well, why not start from today. There's supposed to be auditions right now actually." included Mr. Patel.
"Alright then. What are we waiting for. Let's get started." concluded Heer.
Everyone got up, collected their belongings, and started heading for the auditorium. Mr. Patel held the door to let Heer by.
"Thank you."
He nodded his head politely. As soon as Heer had left the conference room, Prem entered. He asked the peon that was cleaning about the whereabouts of the people who were in the meeting, and found out that they are heading to the auditorium. Since, he knew this place very well, he also knew the shortcuts, and he decided to use one to get to the auditorium, before they did. As Heer and Prem were walking towards the auditorium, there was a janitor who was just finishing mopping the floor. The janitor was pushing the bucket of dirty water to clean the next hallway. Prem came through a door right behind and went into the auditorium, where he saw that no one was there. As he heard voices, he realized that he came early, and decided to find out what's going before he let them in. As he was heading outside, he started hearing music. When he looked around, he saw that it was just some guy rehearsing. Ignoring the guy, he continued walking out the auditorium. Heer wasn't paying that much attention to where she was going, allowing her to miss the 'slippery when wet' sign on the floor. Prem had just opened the door , when Heer slipped because of the wet floor. Luckily, she was close to the door and Prem caught her in his arms, preventing her from falling. Since, Prem was holding onto Heer, he forgot to close the door, and the song, that the guy was rehearsing on, could be heard.
Kahin Toh, Kahin Toh Prem and Heer just keep staring into each other's eyes.

Jaane Na Kaha Woh Duniya Hai Prem slowly brings her up to make her stand.
Jaane Na Woh Hai Bhi Ya Nahin
Jahaan Meri Zindagi Mujhse Itni Khafa Nahin Prem lets her go and they stand away from each other awkwardly.
Jaane Na Kaha Woh Duniya Hai Heer thanks him, but doesn't make eye contact with him.
Jaane Na Woh Hai Bhi Ya Nahin She goes past him into the auditorium.
Jahaan Meri Zindagi Mujhse Itni Khafa Nahin Prem feels a bit weird when she leaves and follows her inside.
The guy turned off the music, when he saw them coming in.
"Shall we start the auditions?" asked the same guy.
"Yes, please." answered Mr. Sharma.
They all sat down, and Heer was about to sit as well, when Prem came in.
"Umm... excuse me?"
Heer turned around, and they were surprised to see each other again, even though they met just a few minutes ago.
"Yes."
"Umm... uh... are... are you the judges?"
"Umm... not exactly. Do you have to be the judges to sit here?"
"Well, yeah."
"Oh, well then..."
"Excuse me young man, but don't you know who this is?" interrupted Mr. Sinha, standing up.
"Mr. Sinha, it's okay. We'll just go sit somewhere else.," said Heer facing him. Then facing Prem, "I'm sorry for the trouble. We'll just go."
She walked past him, and with her staff, sat behind two rows.
About two hours had past, and still they couldn't the person, that they were looking for. Heerexcused herself saying that she needs to use the restroom. When she was coming back, she heard someone encouraging a guy to go on stage for the auditions. Not wanting to interfere, in their personal life, Heer went back to the auditorium. When she sat down, she wished to herself that the guy changes her mind, and decides to come for the audition. Meanwhile, there was a guy encouraging Prem to go for the auditions, but he kept on saying no. Disappointed, the man started leaving, when all of a sudden, Prem started having this strong urge to go for the auditions.
"Where are you going? Aren't you going to cheer me on for the auditions?" asked Prem.
The man started laughing.
"You're unbelievable man."
They both laugh their way to the auditions.
"Next." calls one of the judges.
"All the best." wishes the man.
"Thanks," says Prem.
He goes onto the stage and starts tuning his guitar.
"Let's just go," says Mr. Sinha. "We're just wasting our time here."
"Please Mr. Sinha," says Heer, "it's the last contestant. Let's just see maybe he's the one."
"Alright."
In Dino, Dil Mera Mujhse Hai Kahe Raha Heer forgets her world, and just loses herself in the song.

In Dino, Dil Mera Mujhse Hai Kahe Raha She turns back to look at him.

Tu Jeele Zaara Since the stage was a bit far from where she was sitting, and the lighting on him was too much, she couldn't see his face properly.

When the song was done, she picked up her purse and quickly went to the backstage, so that she catches him before he goes away. When she reached there, she saw a crowd gathered around a guy, holding his guitar. She tried to see if she could see his face but couldn't. She notices a leaf nearby on the table. She picks it up and takes out a pen. She squeezes her way in, but was only able to get her arm out.
"Autograph please."
Recognizing that voice, Prem turns around and sees a hand sticking out with a pen and leaf in it. He's gets pretty amused.
"A leaf and pen. How interesting." he says amusingly.
He goes towards it, and people move to make room for him. He holds onto the leaf in her hand and looks at her. They're both quite shocked to see each other again.
"You?" they say in unison.
"I was..." again in unison.
"You first." once again in unison.
"Ladies first." says Prem.
"I... I want you... to... I have a... deal... a contract, that I would like to make with you." explains Heer nervously.
"Are you going to be in it?" inquires Prem.
"Huh..uh..yeah. Yeah, I'm going to be in it." answers Heer.
Prem takes the leaf and pen from her hand and signs it.
Handing it back to her, "I agree."
Taking it from him, "Just like that?"
Not letting go, of the leaf just yet, "I trust you."
Their hands touch each others and they feel something different. They lose into each other's eyes until somone starts calling them.
"Heer," in the distant, "Heer, Heer."
The distant voice started getting louder.
"Heer, Heer, Heer."
Mr. Sinha snapped his fingers in between them, making them come out of the spell.
"I've been calling you for so long. Let's go."
They look at their hands and let go, and look down at the floor awkwardly.
"Let's go." insisted Mr. Sinha again.
He holds Heer by the arm and starts taking her away. Whhile she was walking, she turned back to look at Prem again, who was looking at her leave. Without realizing, her hand went up and started waving by to him. Automatically, Prem's hand went up to respond back. When she got in the car, she looked down at the leaf and read his name. Then she looked up and saw him looking down at her from out the window.
"Bye, Heer." whispered Prem.
"Bye, Prem." whispered Heer.
End.
