*whistling 'teri ore, teri ore, teri ore, hai rabba' tunelessly underneath my breath* my pcp is really mean. we were supposed to watch the show together at her place. but when i landed up, she "accidentally" had the 9/11 episode playing... i'd almost managed to forget how low pitched and seductive prem's voice was when he told heer "chor nahin - main hoo" too... *shiver* she said it was punishment for telling you guys not to thank her for the "special 17 dec edition bt,lt" 😆

but hurraaaayy!! no more wfp! that struck me forcibly just now - writing this first "normal" bt,lt (yeah, that means it's looooooooonnnnnngggggg! 🤣)

* prem thing: 'kay, what is with that new prem-action of suavely brushing aside his overcoat before sliding his hand into the pocket of his trouser?? he keeps doing that! i mean, in this episode, he did it no less than *counting mentally* three times??! sorry, but it really makes me want to do a sharp rap on the upside of his head! 😡 especially when he's doing it in the background with a totally miserable heer in the foreground.

* prem thing: i did like him showing us how cold he's finding the place. and i wondered -- prem's must've had a really hot time in the delhi blast. unlike the prem who kuldi said can't stand heat, has he now become prem who can't stand the cold? 😆

* gushy prem thing 😆: he looked kinda forlorn when that kodiyonpal kinda snatched the bag away from his hand, didn't he? 😍

just like he looked kinda taken aback/offended when kodiyonpal called him "bachchoo" in such a condescending way? 😆

* gushy prem thing 2 🤣: prem's got a very distinctive way of using his index finger. when he was asking which way was the kachcha raasta that led to the pakka raasta. when he's saying "for just one night!". there's something 'bout that finger... or maybe it's me? 🤣

* little thing: ooooh! was that irritation from ratpal when he saw the little prem's-aakhri-nishani-heer's-payal bag was still in kodiyonpal's hand?? totally loved that. also liked the idea that kodiyonpal may not quite appreciate being ordered 'bout by ratpal, rather than being considered the family pet. hmmmmm... are we gonna see some change-of-sides from kodiyonpal in the future??

* prem thing: and there he goes again! charming old toughie kodiyonpal to giving him a room... and that too a room behind the mahal! "go prem!" 😆 was too thrilled with that to pay attention to what he said 'bout the meaning of that night.. 😆

* heer thing: what a perfect porcelain princess! that red colour totally rocked on her.. and her eyes! good thing prem never got to look into them tonight -- he would've never looked away!! 😍

totally loved how she flinched away when ratpal tried to put his arm around her... heer-prem-are-one. heer can't be anyone else's - she can't! heer....! 😍

* prem thing: what perfect timing prem has (yeah, like what's new, right? *sigh!*) - the moment ratpal says "nothing'll come between ravan-sita", a dark figure emerges amongst all that showy, glittery red... that was sooo cheesy i just had to grin... 😆
(don't worry. pcp gave me a very sharp jab in my side for laughing ... happy?)

* gushy prem thing thing: don't remember quite how that little prem's-aakshi-nishani-heer's-payal bag got back to prem. but totally loved how he tucked it into the breast pocket of his overcoat, right next to his heart.... *thud*

*sigh.

here we go - all over again.
prem-heer's love story starts all over again,
and i-hate-prem starts all over again.
but this time i'm just a bit smarter - not quite all over again
i'm not even gonna bore anyone askin'
why the heck, through the same cycle, i am putting,
myself all over again.

* heer thing: oh the pain in her eyes. i couldn't bear it. the slow drop of a perfect tear. i wanted to start crying. how could everyone not see her pain? how could everyone not tear down ratpal just to set her free from her misery? 😭

* heer thing: can i say that the way she dropped the ring was .. perfect? i knew it was coming and i was cringing thinking that it would be the ultimate in cheesy. but she made it look sooo believeable..

unlike the ring rolling on the carpet, though! carpets have too much friction. and then, the ring slid to prem's feet? i didn't even need my boy-gang to start 🤣-ing then! i could just see the spot boy slide it to prem's feet! 🤣

* prem thing: 'kay, but all my laughter got strangled in my throat when prem picked it up. um.. was it my imagination or was prem looking exceptionally ... uh ... fine just then??? there was something 'bout him... he looked... uh... looked... *brain totally empty of vocab* damnit! here! you tell what "he looked..."! i defy you to find the word!!

what's the word, damnit??!!!

* heer thing: 'kay, totally, totally, totally loved the lost-and-alone-heer in the middle of the entire crowd scrambling to find the ring. totally perfect. it's like her heart has been ripped out - and what is left is the shell of a girl... a shell of a girl who doesn't even respond when ratpal tells her in a menacing whisper to give him her hand! 😡 so i totally got her entire snail's-pace-reaction to the touch of prem's hand..

was kinda like her reaction when 12/17-prem grabbed her as she started to faint on the dune in the night... like she couldn't believe her eyes. or believe her touch on his face... but then...

* prem-heer thing: i sooo loved the way his hand lingered on his. omg. and the way the winds came back to play with his hair, with her dupatta. *i mean, don't tell me no-one thought that it would fly off her head and cover his face as she turned around to look at whose touch that was?? no?? 😲😆*

this phhandoooh was stunning. first of all, i actually thought it was weird that prem found the ring and took so long to bring it to heer. heer is a shell - prem doesn't have that excuse? what is more - someone else tells him to give it to heer! why aren't people urging him - even pushing him! - to give her the ring? why aren't they taking it to her themselves? so funny thing is that i really thought the only perfect person in that scene was heer!

second thing i found odd was that look on his face again - that keen i'm-the-boss look. i think i last remembered that look during the muckmeet-secret days when he was all intense and focussed on breaking the muck-secret to heer. today, he has the same look. *see..??*

with his hand in his stoooopid trouser pocket! 😡 stop it at once, hc!! 😡

why? why this look today? *remember, there has to be a good reason 'cause we all know that hc gets prem perfectly*

and just before he gives her the ring, it's like he's re-organising his face into a hi!-my-name-is-stranger! smile. no? 😕

and lastly, as he touched her hand while giving her the ring, and lingered (and lingered and lingered forever in my heart! 😍) and left with much reluctance, the prepared-pleasant-smile vanishes, replaced by a contrite one.

here i was like "huh! not so smiley now are you, mr. stranger??" *fiercely glad that smile was wiped off!*

why?? why that look? why apologetic? shouldn't it have been confusion. or was it just confusion? or, is my fever-ish brain making more of it?

'kay. don't bother answering that one... 🤣

* prem-heer thing: 'kay, i know i don't need to say this here, on this mad forum. but ... totally love the way they make magic while not even looking at each other. man, the ephe** reaction in my head was way off the scale today. it nearly made me forget there was parts of the episode after that phhandoooh. 😆

only "nearly" though. but i can't claim that i have become stronger 'bout withstanding ephe effects. my brain didn't meltdown only 'cause of that precap...! omg. the beauty of heer's face - wet with tears and smiling with her love - all at the same time. and teasing us with those far off, zoomed-out shots of prem around a fire in the stormy desert... as a good precap should do.

'kay, is anyone else getting that they're freaking out on the precaps these days? the quality of these are almost as great as the show itself! 😆

highlight of the episode: do i need to say it? phhandooooooooh!! 😆 (for details, check khushi's screen caps -- link above -- or the phhandooh at, page 16 😆)
even though, i'm seriously tempted to also include that "he looked..." prem face as a highlight as well... 😆(what? what?? why're you all grinning like that?? i hate prem still! i have not changed my mind 'bout it! *huh!*)

yeah.... a proper btlt, with no wfp. (well, i suppose last weeks btlt also counted, but that was a condensed one for 1.5 weeks, i suppose i needed this post to feel like it's back to normal.)

Oooohhh, you know when you began these btlt, there used to be only big things, and little things. Then it evolved to prem things and heer things (sometimes preet things?), and now to gushy prem things? Is this a sign of growing epe, or ephe? (a question, how did you disinguish between the gushy prem things, and prem things? Cuz I was gushing at everything prem did today).

Okay, about Prem finding the ring, I found it hilarious that there are voices telling him to give it to her, and then telling her to take it from him, but we have no idea where they're coming from! I'm so sure the voices were added in the last minute, so it explained Prem's actions. Otherwise, I think the original scene had no bg voices, and just Prem picking up the ring and figuring out that Heer needed it back (he just walked onto the scene, so i think he didn't realise there was an engagement). That would explain why it took him so long to walk over. I think it was bad direction, because you could see that prem had been told to wait for some time, before walking forward due to dramatic effect *rolls eyes*.

Lots of people are talking about how different Prem is looking in these episodes, he is looking more.... fresh? new?... i don't know. I actually think it's the same look he used to have before he met Heer. He's just, untouched, and innocent. I also think he has no clue about his surroundings, because who in the world answer "ek ajnabi", when someone asks them who they are? I really want to know if he knows who he is (did that sentence make sense?). Okay, I really need to know what Prem is thinking (as long as it's not in that horrible voice they had yesterday.

About Prem's face during the phhandoooh, i think it was just curious. Although, if, like you said, it was apologetic, it would be perfectly understandable, because it would be a normal human reaction. He just touched Heer's hand, and he felt something - in the context that's not a good thing, because Heer is getting engaged. He just handed back her engagement ring, and then he is getting feelings for her? Moreover, it was happening in a place that he was just offered shelter in, where he had promised not to cause any trouble. (Of course, we all know that this situation has played out before, but this time, it's all new to Prem).

The precaps are amazing, its like they're teasing us... *sigh* I love how they're replaying parts of their story... I hope it continues this simple way, without any unwanted twists.

this kodiyonpal is an oddball.... be it his suspicous dostana wid RR or his talks..... first he luked like da one who just keeps pridicting n all.... but then he was all pal family pet.... not so trustable he is..is he?? no.... i think this man can change sides nytime n wid ease..... satpal's gone n now if he changes side then da large pal family'd becum a small one..... good!

hi estee,

how can u not watch the show as soon as it airs in India? how can u bear watching the phhandooh pictures and not see the video? I am having such a terrible time at work forcing myself to at least wait till lunch before i scramble to see if any segment has been uploaded to youtube, and specially now that prem is back....

I really like prem lost look, his thinking over SS words, about being a stranger, looking at his hands, wondering why are they tingling after touching a bag? why is that sound so familiar?

how can he look so good?

and heer is looking so good....exactly like porclean doll, a very sad one but so still, so full of sorrow, specially in the shot below, she seems hunched over with grief

yes the other people were weird, looking for the ring and giving instructions to prem and heer, glad its only prems thoughts that are dubbed over, not his dialogues, its so nice to see prem back in the show

i know khushi said something in her pictures post abt prem faking his memory loss .... or something like that, but i dont think that would be possible, prem would not stay away from his family if he had a choice, and his lost manner, he is trying to figure something out, before it was probably who am i? what am i doing here ? where do i belong? and now it is more of a why i am feeling this? whats in the bag that i want to keep close to me? its so funny that she lost the ring, but WHOA why do i feel i want to hold onto this hand and not let go?

i think it is confusion.... sad and confused, but i loved the way u showed the transition from smiling prem to 'what the ' prem

the hand in the pocket was irritating specially with the ring in the other hand and heer in front of him,

but i still want to see lots more of him today, how soon do you think will they show prem and heer face to face, i think last time it was at least a month, the first phhandooh, the one at night when heer sees him for the first time was beginning april....and the first conversation after heer is fired maybe it was two weeks later....well i hope we have something fun these next two weeks, can only w&w,
