NOTE- okay guys, there are some changes that have been done, i didn't go back and edit the last part but know this, Heer DOES NOT know that Prem is her boss, and they both know each other very well actually *smirk* expect a twist *wink* but not a bad one, this one is a twist that you all will be enjoying because its gnna make Premeer be "together". *muahaha* And a request to all, please don't send me PMs or comments over and over asking for an update, frankly its irritating as much as being really sweet. I appericiate that you all enjoy my writing, but do realize that i have a life outside of IF like all of you, so im not going to be writing a part for my FF's every single day. I expect all my readers to be mature about this and give me time to handle my school work along with personal things while balancing my ff's. Chapter. 2

The Encounter on the plane

"All passengers boarding the flight 201, please head to the boarding area, the plane to Greece will be departing in 10 minutes exactly. Thank you," the lady's voice on the overhead was heard as the people pushed past one another, trying to reach their destination. The two sisters glanced up as their flight was called, walking to their plane slowly, trying to engrave the past memories in their minds. A week had gone by since Heer had spoken about the Greece offer to Rinki and now, they were leaving for Greece, their new home. "Di, lets go," Rinki interrupted Heer's thoughts, they went off to search for their seats.

"Bro, lets go! I cant believe i spent my week here for some stupid meetings with you, that was the most boring week of my life man," Preet complained as the two tall figures walked through the isles of the plane, searching for their seats. "What the..? Bhai i think they made a mistake in the seats arrangement, looks like we're in different places. I'll see you after the flight okay?" Preet said before walking off to find his seat. Prem sighed, leaning against his seat tiredly he decided to get some eye-rest as he knew the flight would be long.

Preet walked through the light crowd searching for his seat, finally finding it he let out a sigh of relief. A girl was sitting on the window seat, she wore a blue anarkali suit, her long black hair resting on her shoulder as her fingers playing with the sequences on her dupatta idly. She seemed familiar to him; her doe like eyes glancing around quickly and then turning back to look out the window, her creamy skin that shined when the light hit it just right, the way she bit her lip with apparent anxiousness. A faint memory haunted the back of his mind as he placed his bag away before sitting down next to her, but it never came clear to him, so he decided to let it be and instead began listening to his I-pod.

Rinki let out a growl as another old lady jabbered on about her son and how his wife was a complete witch and ruined her life. She rubbed her head lightly, hoping that the headache would leave her with some peace but nothing worked; not even turning up the volume of her I-pod seemed to make the woman's voice fade. She glanced at the man sitting next to her; looking competely comfortable in his white buttoned shirt and black dress pants, his coat was laying over his crossed leg as he rested his head on his hand with closed eyes.

"Madam, did anyone ever tell you that you talk too much?" a voice spoke quietly yet it was heard by all close by, it was simple and straight forward but a hint of annoyance could also be felt as one listened to the silky voice. Rinki turned to look at the man sitting next to her, he still had his eyes closed but his eyebrows furrowed with annoyance as he sighed quietly. Rinki was unable to stop the laughter that erupted from her mouth, causing the old lady to glare at the two and humph loudly. Prem opened his eyes and turned to look at the source of the innocent laughter, finding a girl of about 21 in the seat next to him, he was unable to stop the grin from appearing on his face as he realized who it was, how could he not know this little girl?

"You found that very amusing, i assume?" he asked making her stop her laughter and catch her breath for a minute. She turned in her seat and looked up at him with a smile, "actually yea i did, its just that i really wanted to say that and just was about to when you spoke up, and did you see her face? Ah hilarious! Well thanks for the great laugh, Im Rinki by the way," she spoke fast and held out her hand for him to shake. He took his time and finally shook hands with her.

"Im Prem, nice to meet you," his voice soothed her, he seemed like an older brother to her, but she wouldn't admit that to this stranger. But for some reason it felt as if she had heard that name before, but then again its not really a rare name is it? She gave him a smile and turned back to her I-pod, he let a smirk appear on his lips as he realized that she didn't recognize him, of course he couldn't blame her, after all they had never met techincally. 'Hm, so this is Rinki, the Maan's younger daughter, meri sali,' he smirked as he thought that and turned to look at the girl mouthing the words to some song while dancing in her seat.

'She's so different from Heer, where Heer is quiet and sensible, she's loud and talkative, while Heer would rather hide in the back of the crowd, she seems like someone that loves to be the center of the attenion, two sisters, same blood but different characteristics and obviously different likes,' a voice that sound suspiciously like Preet's said in his mind as he heard the rap music coming from Rinki's earphones. His smile turned into a frown when he remembered what had happened, how Heer never showed up at the mandap. And his mood was ruined for the rest of the flight, ignoring Rinki when she tried to talk to him.

Heer glanced up when she felt as if someone was calling her, seeing no one looking at her, she turned back to her the book in her hands. "Twilight" was on her favorites, Rinki managed to make her read the first page some time ago and since then she was hooked. Edward was probably one of the most amazing guy she had ever pictured in her mind, not knowing how to describe him other than perfection, letting out a sigh, she fell back to the other "perfect" guy in her mind. Prem Juneja had been on her mind for the last two years, how could someone make her feel such desperation at not being able to see him when she didn't even know that much about him? Okay that was a lie, she knew more than enough.

'Two years passed by so quickly, it feels as if only yesterday i had came home to find Prem sitting on the couch with his family and asking for my hand in marriage. We never really talked during college now did we? Him being my senior of two years, it was obvious that i would avoid him, especially the way his eyes seemed to look through me and read my thoughts. Maine bahut bar socha ki Prem mujhse shaadi kyun karna chahte hain...his answer really surprised me! He found me "fascinating" and i seemed like a sensible girl...but why was there nothing more than love in his eyes the entire time he looked at me? He didn't know me that well, except for the few rare meetings in the hallway and the library. Aur mujhe pata bhi nahin chala...kab main unhe apna dil de bhathi," Heer thought to herself silently, her hand reaching up to play with her necklace.

Preet watched silently from the corner of his eye as she began to gnaw at her lip gently, her eyes filled with past memories as she thought carefully about everything. "AHA!' his sudden yell shocked the people around him, Heer jumped in her seat and turned to look at him, only to find him pointing at her with a wide grin. Heer gulped, her wide eyes taking in his image, he reminded her of some crazy guy, the way he was smiling as if he had just discovered the biggest secret on Earth.

"Your her..i mean you are her right? Ah! I can't believe i didn't realize it was you! I mean come on, its you!!," he exclaimed loudly, not noticing the stares he was recieving from the passengers as he sat up excitedly in his seat. Heer leaned back as he leant forward, pushing his face near her, his eyes wide like a bugs. "Um sir, do you need some medication?" a lady's voice was heard, making Preet turn back, letting Heer sigh relieved as she thanked the air hostess in her mind. "Huh? Medication? Of course not! Why would i need medication? I mean im perfectly fine, i just found my bhabhi," Preet told the young woman with a smile, she nodded her head with a wary look and left as everyone else turned away quietly.

"Bhabhi? What are you talking about?" Heer asked in a loud whisper, hoping to not disturb anyone again. "Arre bhabhi, you don't remember me? Its me, Preet! Prem's younger brother!" Heer eyes widened as he clarified his realtionship to the man of her dreams. The rest of the flight passed by easily as the two talked about everything. Only one question ran through her mind throughout the conversation, 'Is Prem here too?'. She didn't have the guts to ask her devar though, her cheeks turning pink just at the thought of him. Preet smiled, knowing exactly what she was thinking about.

Heer sighed as she waited for Rinki at the spot they decided to meet at, standing alone in the crowded area, she didn't notice anybody around her as her thoughts went to the topic that was on her mind most of the flight: Prem Juneja. The feeling of guilt gnawed at her stomach as she thought about her leaving the house with Rinki, not only did she leave her house that day, but she also left the relationship that was to be made with Prem. How could she do that to him? Leave the day before their wedding, only a emotionless person could do that, and somehow Heer found herself fitting that category as she thought about the miscalls she had from Prem at her not arriving. Never was she able to bring herself to dial that number, not realizing that somewhere, he was waiting for his cell to ring and her name to flash on the screen.

Only Heer knew what she had gone through when she realized her mistake, she didn't let Rinki know about this at all. That was probably the only thing she kept from Rinki, who was like her journal and vice versa. 'I lost my chance at having my love, kisne socha tha ki main aaj yahan khadi hungi...ek videshi jaga pe jahan main na toh kisi ko janti hoon aur na koi mujhe samajh payega. *sad smile* I cant let Rinki know about this whole deal with Prem, she'll blame herself for the marriage not happening. Its a good thing she wasn't at the engagement, yet it was a bad thing, because if she had been...then maybe this whole thing never would have occured and we would've been living out lives like we saw in our dreams'. Vaada raha...vaada raha...vaada raha pyar ka...vaada raha...vaada raha...vaada raha pyar ka...

She glanced up when she heard "Di!", seeing Rinki walking towards her with a huge smile made her forget about her previous thoughts. Rinki seemed to be slightly annoyed as she came to hug Heer. "What's wrong? Tumhara mood thoda sa off lag raha hai," Heer asked as the two sisters began to walk toward the exit, where their new driver was waiting with their ride. She watched as her sister sighed exagerratedly, and finally spoke up, "Uff di, the guy sitting next to me was really cool and then out of nowhere he gets all moddy and acts like a "angry young man". I dont even know why! We were having a pretty good time, and then for some reason Prem becomes all upset and lost in his thoughts," Rinki continued to mutter, not noticing her sister still at the mention of Prem. "Prem?" Heer uttered silently, Rinki turned to her and nodded with confused eyes. Both continued to walk in silence, lost in their own thoughts. 'No, its probably just a same name, lekin Preet bhi toh flight mein tha, but then again it doesnt mean he went with Prem, he didn't mention Prem either...yea its someone else, but why do i feel a pull towards something?' Heer thought as she passed by two girls giggling while pointing to some guys watching them with smirks.

Rinki though was thinking of something else, 'hm...whats up with di? Prem ka naam sunte hi kaise inke chehre ka rang uth gaya, kahin di Prem ko janti toh nahin? Nah, i would know if she did, main bhi na! I think too much sometimes,' she shook her head with a small grin, her happy mood back again. Heer played with the sequences that decorated her dupatta, the memories of her in college and the times she would see Prem sitting with his friends playing his guitar flew across her eyes as she let a soft smile fall upon her lips. Throwing her dupatta behind her, she moved to keep on walking but was stalled by her dupatta getting pulled. She turned around slowly and was surprised at what she saw.

Prem walked through the crowd with Preet at his heels, he was in a hurry to get out of there. The way teenage girls looked at him with flirty glances made him amused while the laughter of innocent children made his heart soar with delight. He didn't let his focus go off his mission though, he had recieved a text from his secretary, Kulraj saying that they were going to have a meeting in exactly three hours, and it would take him one hour just to get home, and then get ready and go over the file so he knows what he's gonna talk about in the meeting and not look like an idiot. Preet followed at a much more calmer pace, making sure not to lose his PB in the crowd as they navigated through the loud and abnoxious families yelling at one another about luggage.

Prem walked behind a girl dressed in a blue anarkali, he slowed down to a slow walk, memorized by the way her long black hair was twirling around as if dancing to an unheard tune. He watched as she threw her dupatta back and began to walk again, but was halted due to the pulling on her dupatta by the small child that had been following her for a while now. She turned around and looked down at the child with a surprised look, he couldnt see her face due to her bowing her head. He completely stopped walking as the wind came and rustled his hair, caressed his cheeks lovingly as would a mother to her child, his eyes closed as he took in the little peace he recieved at the feeling of the caress.

Hey guys! long time no see huh?

okay this was part 2, be happy i posted it today, or else you would've had to wait a couple more days because trust me only me, kimmu, and meera know how many times i've gone back to change something or make this happen and all that jazz. Been working on this part for a whole week now, i swear...very tiring to tell the truth. *laugh* anyway hope you all enjoyed and understood! and please do pay attention to the note at the top...because i really am serious about no PM's asking for updates, i am really really packed with work! like seriously, no joke at all! I did write Inactive along with a tiny note in my siggie box, because seriously it might say im online, but most likely im logged on, am listening to music on Youtube and am doing my hw while checking in some updates and pms here. And now more than ever, i will be inactive except for those reserved spots i have to update, PM's i have to check on, but other than that i will most likely not be around...i am doing a book report on a controversial topic and mine is Media: How fair and balanced and its due in December i believe, so thats like a month, thats already kind of a hint that its pretty big and time consuming, along with that preparations for exams will be starting some time soon and next week i have like 4-5 tests and/or quizzes so yea, wont be here chatting with you all on some topic.

Now after that another announcement of mine, lets get to the usual yea?
